Hi,
1. Understand how the current Business Process is being accounted in legacy system. What types of transactions being carried on and the integration with SD and MM Module. Before in which industry the Business is being carried on is important, because retail sales business process vs Corporate sales business process will be different.
2. Analyze how best the current Business process can be mapped in SAP standard configuration settings and prepare a TO BE document.
3. If MM and SD modules are implemented it is very essential that a comprehensive view is taken with those modules while configuring AP and AR modules in SAP.
4. Assignment of GL Accounts for postings from MM and SD needs to be signed off from Business and the relevant accounts should be created in GL.
Most of configuration settings will be based on the Business process.

    According to your description, you want to design your report as the screenshot your post and hide the detail row until select in top parent group. Right?
    In this scenario, we can design the report as you have done by yourself, then delete the column (Label), but still keep the Label group, then add a column left of Disc, put the data field into appropriate textbox. You can get the same effect as your first
    screenshot. And we can hide the detail rows and set them toggled by Artist. We have tested your case in our local environment. Here are steps and screenshots for your reference:
    1. Create a table. Drag Disc into textbox, add parent group with header (group on Label) for Disc, add parent group with header (group on Artist) for Label.
    2. Delete the column Label, add a column left of Disc.
    3. Right click on detail rows, select Row Visibility. Set hide and toggled by Artist.
    4. Save and preview. It looks like below:

    I am expecting your help to achieve blow task in SQL Reporting Service. I am pulling data from a SharePoint List and my data set looks like below; and, I need to show those data in following layout;
    Group by: Destination and Week (vertical, horizontal)
    Detail : JobNo and VessleName (no aggregation and should show detail text data)
    How could I show that in SSRS Report? I tried Matrix and couldn’t get that layout yet; it shows me always 1<sup>st</sup> Job NO and Vessel Name for each Destination, not showing the rest.

    Also, when I check in details with my test data, I saw that Job2 is missing in your output.
    I can not find any reason why it is missing, could you please tell me what could be the reason?

    These are two possible approaches that will normally work to move an existing library to a new computer.
    Method 1
    Backup the library with this User Tip.
    Deauthorize the old computer if you no longer want to access protected content on it.
    Restore the backup to your new computer using the same tool used to back it up.
    Keep your backup up-to-date in future.
    Method 2
    Connect the two computers to the same network. Share your <User's Music> folder from the old computer and copy the entire iTunes library folder into the <User's Music> folder on the new one. Again, deauthorize the old computer if no longer required.
    Both methods should give the new computer a working clone of the library that was on the old one. As far as iTunes is concerned this is still the "home" library for your devices so you shouldn't have any issues with iTunes wanting to erase and reload.
    I'd recommend method 1 since it establishes an ongoing backup for your library.
    Note if you have iOS devices and haven't moved your contacts and calendar items across then you should create one dummy entry of each in your new profile and iTunes should  merge the existing data from the device.
    If your media folder has been split out from the main iTunes folder you may need to do some preparatory work to make it easier to move. See make a split library portable.
    Should you be in the unfortunate position where you are no longer able to access your original library or a backup then then seeRecover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device for advice on how to set up your devices with a new library with the maximum preservation of data.

    Use tcode:se13 and write down the table name.(PLAF)
    click the change button.
    In teh next page u should click the "Log data changes".
    After system will log all changes in this table.
    And you will display all changes with tcode:AUT10(evaluation of audit trail:standart mode) .
    I doubt you may not be able to view for deleted planned orders, once you convert to production order, system deletes it.

    Its not a required field, but if you are configuring ACH payment then you would like to make this field as mandatory for  vendor.. where you will store his bank information to be picked up

    Is there any function module or BAPI to obtain cost center and profit center details
    for a GL account. Actually I am obtaining the carry forward balance for a
    fiscal year from the table GLT0 but I am not getting the corresponding profit center
    and cost center details.

    If you are getting data from GLT0 table, using the Account number go to SKA1/SKB1 tables and get the CostCenter(KOSTL) and Profit Center(PRCTR). If you want to get details about CostCenter, its master table is CSKS and master table for Profit Center is CEPC. you can get required info from these tables.

    How to find R/3 job and get the details of variants like (from and to) for that job.
    the job is extraction job and running for 4 hours in R/3 once atfer this job completes BW job will start executing. Now i have to analyse R/3 job that how many years of data it is extracting (from, to) and other useful information why it is taking time for 4 hours.
    Please let me know what transaction i have to use and how to check this information in R/3 side.

    Go to SM37 >> select the job >> Click on Job log.........Check there whether u r getting any Clue or not...........Is this load is through PSA..........? if so check the records of the First data packet...........then the Last data packet............from there u can get some idea..................
    Also u can check the data in the Extractor.......is it a full load?.............Go to RSA3 >> Execute..........there check the data........
    Is it a LO datasource ? if so................Go to LBWE >> Click on maintenance link for your datasource........>> Here in the Right pane u can see the Structute associated with that Datasource ...........If u remove MC from those structure name............u will get the table name..............In those tables also u can check the data...............there should be some data field.............from where u can get some idea.........
    If ur Extractor is extracting data using some Function Module.............then open the datasource using RSA2.............there double click on the Exrtractor..............u will get the function module.................u can try to analyze the function module............
    For Variants..................select the job >> click on Step in the top >> then Go to in the top >> Variant..............but I don't think this will help u............this will tell u that this Extraction job is part of which chain or IP......

  • Assessable value and the Excise details are NOT coming in MIGO

    We are facing problem that assessable value and the Excise details are NOT getting populated automatically when doing MIGO in IN03 plant.We have a STO from a DC to plant. We created the outbound delivery and then captured the excise invoice using J1IJ.In migo we give the reference of this excise invoice in the excise invoice tab then the values calculated should flow in MIGO.This is not happening and user have to manually calculate the tax and put in the system.
    I have followed the following steps
    1. Create STO PO ME21N
    2. Create outbound delivery using VL10B
    3. Do the PGI using VL02N
    4. Capture the exice invoice using J1IJ in depot
    5. Do MIGO and give the reference of the excise invoice created

    In STO, your supplying plant is your Vendor for the receiving plant. Hence, you have to maintain the supplying plant as vendor also. Pl. check in table J1ID that the vendor data is maintained for the supplying plant.

    I want to get a LIST (not report) which shows both PO and GR document details. For ex; I can get a LIST of all POs through ME2N or ME2L. I can get the GR document details through MB51.
    Is there any standard list which shows in a SINGLE LIST both PO and GR document details.
    Requirement is, I have to send a report which shows a list of POs created after Jan 1st with GR Numbers.
    We are not using any customized reports. Are there any standard reports available?

    Please share the error message in the IDOC.
    If the error message is IHC204 "No valid clearing partner was found", it may be due to the missing correct configuration in Set Up Creation of Payment Requests for Inbound IDoc in FI, which links the clearing partner, ALE logical system partner type and IHC account number.

  • Prepping Leopard Mac for Sale and removing old details

    Hi all,
    I'm about to sell my Mac Mini with Leopard installed on it, and I want to remove all my details and user accounts from it, preferably in such a way that the Mac is at the same state it was when I bought it - i.e. asking me for my details, etc.
    I realise I have the option of doing a wipe and reinstall and switching it off before entering my details, but this has the weakness that none of the apps that came with it will be installed.
    As I'm sure most of you will know, Windows has a tool called sysprep which does what I want to do - does anyone know how to do this for OS X? Is it even possible?

    The easiest way is to wipe your HD from Disk Utility I would use the 35 pass option which is time consuming. Then Put your OS install disc that came with your computer in and run thru the install process. Once it is complete it it will restart and prompt for details, At this point you are ready to shutdown and ship to the new owner. I have done this with a couple old computers never had an issue.
