App downloaded that i did not download

Early this morning my AppleID was blocked due to my account being accessed from an unkown computer. Then I find an app for some game that i did not download. I promptly deleted it. Has this happened to anyone else. i suspect someone tried to hack my account and put some malware on my ipad. Thoughts?

Your Apple ID was hacked. You need to immediately change your Apple ID password, by logging in here:

There are a few apps with variations on 'Bingo Blitz' as their name, at least one of which is paid for and a couple of others, whilst free to download, then allow in-app purchases to be made within them (you can turn off in-app purchases on your iPad via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off').

1. Force Quit .
    Press command + option + esc keys together at the same time. Wait.
    When Force Quit window appears, select the Safari if not already.
    Press Force Quit button at the bottom of the window.   Wait.
    Safari will quit.
    Relaunch Safari holding the shift key down.
2. Safari > Preferences > Extensions
    Turn those off and try Safari.
3. Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies and other website data:
    Press “Remove all website data” button.
4. If adware is installed without your knowledge,
    download free AdwareMedic by clicking “Download ” from here

   Install , open, and run it by clicking “Scan for Adware” button   to remove adware.

If the app is G-Toolkit and you have a Gmail app on your iPhone, delete the Gmail app. Apparently the G-Tool kit is tied to a Gmail app. From searching the web my impression is that G-Toolkit is not spyware and is from a legitimate company that produces app for several platforms.

I got an Itunes card and when I loaded it itunes downloaded an album that I did not order; so my question is how did this happen and how do I find out how much this album costs cause I would like to get my money back.

My wife got me an iTunes card today and as soon as I redeemed it a music album that I did not order downloaded and deducted the cost from my iTunes card. My wife loaded her ITunes card right after I loaded mine and the album did not and still has not loaded onto her phone so we think it could be in my settings we are going to check into that but I did have money removed my account so thank you for the link to the form.

Contact the iTunes Music Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of this web page and explain the problem to them. They should then issue a credit to your account.
And you might want to change your password to your iTMS account, just in case someone has indeed gotten access to your account.
