App.launchURL does not open sometimes

Hello everyone
I need help with this problem, for some reason, in certain circumstances, Adobe Reader 8.1.3 with the button that runs the javascript:
app.launchURL("http://...", true);
is not open, no error throws to JS console, or anything ... you can press the button as many times as you want, it does not open.
The odd thing is that sometimes works and sometimes not, with different instances of the same form PDF.
PDFs forms are designed with Livecycle Designer ES 8.1 and saved as (Adobe dinamyc XML Form) finally the form are passed by ReaderExtensions (before delivery to user), so the user can fill in Reader.
This happens only in the client's computer.
Context where this occurs (corporate intranet):
- Windows XP
- Acrobat Reader 8.1.3
- OfficeScan Antivirus
It is possible that some other program or antivirus is blocking the opening of the new window may be why it happens randomly?

It not mininized but it may have been hidden in a folder. Go to each folders including your homescreen, press menu and choose show all. If you dint see show all, that means there's nothing hidden.

I have this issue also. What I am doing is going to mailbox and to "get mail". Then it appears in the inbox. But there has to be a better way! I just posted my quetion, also.

I really don't know what happened, but i click the button to open app store, but does not open!!!!! I had already reboot the system several times but still not opening. The same happens to Calendar!

Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then try the action that you're having trouble with again. Select any messages that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message (command-V).
When posting a log extract, be selective. In most cases, a few dozen lines are more than enough.
Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.

If you are having issues with the camera on your iPhone 4, you may want to take a look at the Camera troubleshooting steps in the following article:

Camera is not functioning
If the screen shows a closed lens or black image, force quit the Camera app.
If you do not see the Camera app on the Home screen, try searching for it in Spotlight. If the camera does not show up in the search, check to make sure that Restrictions are not turned on by tappingSettings > General > Restrictions.
Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from any obstructions. Use a microfiber polishing cloth to clean the lens.
Third-party cases can interfere with the autofocus/exposure feature and the flash (iPhone 4 only); try removing the case if you have image-quality issues with photos.
Try turning iPhone off and then back on.
Tap to focus the camera on the subject. The image may pulse or briefly go in and out of focus as it adjusts.
Try to remain steady while focusing:
Still images: Remain steady while taking the picture. If you move too far in any direction, the camera automatically refocuses to the center. Note: If you take a picture with iPhone turned sideways, it is automatically saved in landscape orientation.
Video: Adjust focus before you begin recording. After recording begins, you cannot readjust focus until you stop recording. Exiting the Camera application while recording will stop recording and will save the video to the Camera Roll. Note: Video-recording features are not available on original iPhone or iPhone 3G.
If your iPhone has a front and rear camera, try switching between them to verify if the issue persists on both.

Apps review does not open in Store in N9

Are anyone facing an issue that reviews of apps don't open in Store in N9?
It Keeps "Loading" status when clicking on Reveiws.
Oother pages open, only reveiw does not.
If someone faced the issue and solved already, could you please tell me?

Tried opening reviews in App store today, and they can be opened without problems!!
I did not do anything as uninstalling some apps or reboot my N9.
At the same time, i could not install Firefox13 during the spinning circle, could install it today without problems.
Guys who had this problem as me, try to open it now.

Installed Yosemite and now lost apps and also my App Store does not open. Does anybody know how to fix the problem?

Some weeks ago, I installed OS X Yosemite, as shown on my App Store, that was a "System Update available for my IMac 2009". Followed all the steps, normally and installed it as I did many other times ago (with the Maverick, Mountain Lion, OS X).
Just after the installation, I noticed that every single folder or program that depends on "Apple", stopped working.
Examples: Office package opens normally, so as Firefox. But, IPhoto, ITunes, Safari and App Store itself do not.
That is causing me fear, because even trying to reinstall Yosemite or return to the one I had before, using App Store became impossible. Even the "Apple Icon" on the top left corner does not work. I click, it flashes, just IF it was ready to open, but nothing happens, seams that have something stopping the "loading process" of the softwares.
Does anybody know how to fix the problem, please?

I Tried before, but the Mac App Store was not responding either, and worse, after 5 years, There is no free phone support
I ended up solving it by reinstaling the Yosemite pressing "comand + R"

Mail app window does not open, mail won't send

Ever since my upgrade to 10.7, my mail app has not opened a window (although the app opens). I can manually open a window from File/New Viewer Window. I also have to force quit the mail app, it will not close from Mail/Quit Mail. Also, it cannot send mail. I have been hoping 10.8 upgrade would solve, but no luck.

IBooks, Maps and App Store does not open after Mavericks installation

I'm having troubles after I update to Mavericks, iBooks, Maps and App Store doesn't open, I can't check for updates or anything. How can I reinstall Mavericks or how can I solve the proble.

Boot into the Recovery volume (boot with the Command + R keys held down) and use Disk Image to repair disk permissions and the disk itself. Reboot and try again.
To reinstall the system boot again into the Recovery volume and use the install system option. That will reinstall only the system.

App store does not open on Macbook pro

For the last couple of months App Store has been inaccessible from my MacBook Pro. The App Intro Screen with the large A just sits there and does nothing. I still get notices of upgrades and am able to do these. But there is no access to the App Store from my own screen.
I have tried trashing the preferences apple appstore plist files but that made no difference.
What do I do to get the App Store app working again?

I've had a few (too many) apps that will not open, sometimes giving Error -1712. In one case it was TextEdit, the others are ones I've recently downloaded.

I've done some basic troubleshooting: repair permissions; trash and reinstall app; restart the iMac. I recently had the Apple Store reinstall OS X 10.9.2 (after I couldn't get any installers to work). That fixed that problem, but now this.

I can send and receive calls.
I get "messaging stopped" when doing a lot of texts.
Texts come up "ghosted" meaning they have the text on the bottom and a transparent one overlaid on top. they then become one. But I get the ghosting most of the time when I go into a message from a contact to send a text.
When I go to call logs or text logs, the numbers come up first, and then then the names pop up randomly, meaning not in order down the page, until they are all shown. lots of lag time.
It runs slow.
I have 5 apps on here. I should be able to have a lot of apps on here, and play music, and have files, and...and....and.
I can get online but doing a Google search, when the page with the choices comes up, it is blurred and I have to tap on the screen for it to become clear and readable.
When online and scrolling, it hitches sometimes/lags/gets stuck then unstuck
I get VZWAVS has stopped. (not sure if those are the right letters)
The status bar that is supposed to be gray with the new update, goes back and forth between green--the old os--to gray. And I have found no continuity with when I get green or when I get gray.
I get a black screen on occasion.
sometimes the proximity sensor doesn't work.
sometimes when I have my bluetooth on and have "hands free mode" on, I get the a text message read through the headset and also through the handset.

My friend who works in the Apple Store says is amazing how much hardware can be fixed by simply updating your iPod.
to do this:
1) Ensure that you have an active Internet connection as new versions of iTunes and iPod Software may need to be downloaded to your computer.
2) Download and install the latest version of iTunes if you do not already have it installed.
3) Open iTunes, and then connect your iPod to your computer using the USB or FireWire cable that came with your iPod.
4) After a few moments, your iPod will appear in the Source panel in iTunes.
5) Select your iPod in the Source panel and you will see information about your iPod appear in the Summary tab of the main iTunes windows.
6) Click the Update button. It should take some time check, so give it a few minutes.
If this doesnt work, you can always have it looked checked it out at your local apple store. If you plan to do this, i strongly recommend you make an appointment. I spend lots of time at the Apple Store, and see people that dont have appointments have to come back in hours.

Apps store does not open

Newly purchased IPad 2 on o6 has blank apps store screen. I have reset iPad but still no access.

Quit the app completely and then restart the iPad.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
If that doesn't help - reset the iPad. Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
