App store keep me looping

I Recently changed my main apple i email
it was succesfully changed and verified
game center works
but when i try to download in app store
it show this window and then keep looping in asking me my password after this window below.

Hi kladrian,
The restrictions article below may explain why you’re running into the issue that’s causing you to enter your Apple ID password each time you download something from the App Store on your iPhone 6.
Use restrictions to prevent purchasing on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Require a password for each download
If you don't want to prevent in-app purchases or disable purchasing completely, you can require a password for downloads on your device. After you enable restrictions, Tap Require Password, then choose an option.
Immediately: If you choose this option, you'll have to enter your Apple ID password each time you make a purchase or download a free item.
15 minutes: If you choose this option, you'll enter your Apple ID password once, and you won't have to enter it again for any other purchases (except in-app purchases) you make in the next 15 minutes.
Ciao,
-Jason

  • Mac App Store updates are looping (stuck in the same updates)

I've been using Mac OS X Mavericks since last year and didn't had any issues with App Store before. However, since last month, I've been trying to install some application updates (TextWrangler, iBooks Author,...) and it seems to be looping. The updates are shown in "Updates Installed in the Last 30 Days" but they are always reapearing in the Available Updates windows, as you can see in the attached picture. Has anyone seen this behaviour before ?  Do you have any idea how to solve this problem? Also, I've tried to remove two of those applications (123Make and iBoostUp) but the Updates continue to appear in the same window.
    Thanks.

A Fix For: App Store Keeps Wanting To Update Apps

  • App store keeps telling me I have an update but I don't.

The app store on my iPad had an update for an app the other day but rather than updating I chose to delete the app as it was of no use. However the app store keeps telling me I have an update but when I open the app store none are listed.
    Anyone experienced this?
Also the iPad keeps telling me my mail settings are incorrect and that I should check them yet I can still send and receive my mail.
    Anyone experienced this?

    A couple of thoughts.
Once you purchase an app, you will continue to get the update notification even if you delet the app. the notification is based on your purchase history and I don't think there is anything you can do to stop the update notices.
As for the email alert - no clue - but this is what I would do. Restart your iPad. Hold down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut down. To start up again, hold down on the sleep button until the Apple logo appears on the screen. Maybe the email alert will go away.

  • My app store keeps asking for me to update my payment method as its about to expire so i enter my details and it keeps saying card declined , why is this ?

my iphone app store keeps asking me to update my payment method every time a go to download something from the store , it says my method is about to expire so when i re-enter my card information it keeps saying that my card is declined , why is this?

What sort of card are you trying to use ?
If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined
If it's a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

  • App store keeps crashing ipad3

App store keeps crashing when viewing top charts in the app store..

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the iPad shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the iPad back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.

  • HT4191 Hi, I can't log in App Store, keep downloading, any one can advise, thanks

Hi, I can't log in App Store, keep downloading, any one can advise, thanks

Make Sure iOS is updated to the latest version
Reboot the device by pressing and holding down the home and sleep/wake buttons (power) at the same time until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
If that doesn't work then reset the device by going to settings/general/reset/reset all settings

Read this whole message before doing anything.
Back up all data. Quit the App Store application if it’s running. Test after each of the following steps until the problem is resolved.
    Step 1
Triple-click the line below on this page to select it:
    /Library/Updates
Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select
    Services ▹ Reveal
from the contextual menu. A Finder window should open with a folder selected. Move the contents of the selected folder to the Trash. You may be prompted for your administrator password.
    Step 2
Do as in Step 1 with this line:
    /Library/Preferences/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.plist
If there's no change, quit the App Store and restore the file you moved from your backup, overwriting the one that may have been created in its place. Otherwise, recreate your settings in the Software Update preference pane.
    Step 3
Hold down the option key and select
    Go ▹ Library
from the Finder menu bar. Move the following items from the Library folder to the Trash (some may not exist):
    Caches/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate
    Preferences/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.plist
    Preferences/ByHost/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.*.plist
    Saved Application State/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.savedState
Here, "*" stand for a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes.
    Step 4
If you still have problems, quit the App Store again.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
    open $TMPDIR../C
Copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C).
Launch the Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Terminal in the icon grid.
Paste into the Terminal window (command-V). A folder should open. Inside that folder, there may be a subfolder with the name "com.apple.SoftwareUpdate". If so, delete it. You can then quit Terminal.

What dose my App Store keep crashing when I try and go into purchased and what do I need to do to fix it?

    Stop doing that.
Seriously though... does this happen when attempting to edit one specific photo or all photos?

  • Mac App Store keeps crashing...

Whenever I want to see any updates for my Mac, the App Store keeps crashing, as well as the iTunes Store and iBooks Store. I don't know what's going on, but last night everything was working...

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
    Step 1
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select
    View ▹ Show Log List
    from the menu bar.
Enter the name of the crashed application or process in the Filter text field. Select the messages from the time of the last crash, if any. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message (command-V).
When posting a log extract, be selective. In most cases, a few dozen lines are more than enough.
Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.
Important: Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.
    Step 2
In the Console window, look under User Diagnostic Reports (not "Diagnostic and Usage Messages") for crash reports related to the crashed process. The report name starts with the name of the process, and ends with ".crash". Select the most recent report and post the entire contents — again, the text, not a screenshot. In the interest of privacy, I suggest that, before posting, you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header of the report, if it’s present (it may not be.) Please don’t post other kinds of diagnostic report — they're very long and not helpful.

    Hello ,
In the past two days App Store keep telling me to update for 10.9.4 and its already installed on my laptop . and if i press to download App Store is downloading the whole mavericks again which is 5.* GB .
in order to try solving the problem i went to apple website and downloaded the update manually 10.9.4 that fixes the same bugs , and i installed it . but App Store keep telling me to update something that its already installed !!! any suggestion please ?
    I'm using MacBook Pro 2011 late .
    8 GB Memory
    The existing OS X is 10.9.4 .
    Thanks ,

@Barney-15E : i have only one hard disc divided into two partitions one for mac and the other for windows so i think its not a problem !!
@quarkdoll : The thing I'm having is that the update pop's out sometimes and tells me to "Update to 10.9.4 as i said above" and mostly its telling me "No Update Available" . its really confusing !!
    Thanks !

  • MacBook Pro App Store keeps crashing

I am in a macbook pro and am using 10.6.8 but my mac app store keeps crashing whenever i open it i get an error that says. http://pastebin.com/6XiW3Px2
i need to update to at least 10.7 but i need the app store.

As you are running an old Mac OS X, install the OS X 10.8.3 Combo edition from the Apple website > http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1640?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US This will update all apps updated in 10.8.3, including the Mac App Store, so after upgrading, open Software Update and check that you can install all updates

  • Mac OS X 10.8.5's App Store keeps offering the free 10.10 Mavericks...

    Hello.
Mac OS X 10.8.5's App Store keeps offering the free 10.10 Mavericks when I manually check for updates. I right clicked and hid this update to make it go away. After I exit App Store and recheck for updates, it returns. Why is it not hiding? I don't want it!
    Thank you in advance.

    petermac87 wrote:
Not sure why it is showing in your updates list as it is not an update. It is an entirely new upgrade which has nothing to do with your currently installed software and OS X. It comes up on the home screen, naturally, as it is Apple's latest OS X which they wish to promote, but I have never seen it in the Software Updates page.

Interesting.  Here is what I see everytime I check for Software Updates from Apple's menu: http://i.imgur.com/3tbiySG.png (note its hide update option I used).

  • The Mac App Store keeps installing iMovie after i've deleted it. I assume it is due to auto updates.

The Mac App Store keeps installing iMovie after i've deleted it. I assume it is due to auto updates, but am not positive. Has anyone else expierenced this?
I know it was a clean install where I deleted all the support files as well.
(Running 10.9 on an intel i7 iMac.)

OS X Mavericks: Reinstall OS X Heres the link if anyone else had the same problem!! This is if you deleted not only the Mac App Store, but iTunes, Calendar, whatever came with the Mac (Apps that came already installed on the Mac), if you deleted one of those then you have to reinstall the Mac OS, Note: This one is for Mac OS X (Maverick) my version is 10.9.4, go to that link and follow the instructions if you have Mac OS X (Maverick). Other help: Common Mistake: If you delete the app from the dock then just go to finder and applications folder and drag the app back onto the dock(it was just deleted from the dock NOT your system/computer). Hope that helps others who had the same problem.
