App store wont let me install "Pages" onto my macbook pro

I brought an app recently from the app store called "pages". I am trying to install this app onto my MacBook Pro but whenever i try and install it, it comes up as "An error as occurred" How do i fix this?

Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy then select the General tab.
Select: Mac App Store and identified developers
If that area is greyed out, click the padlock icon to make changes. You may be prompted for your admin password.
Then try installing Pages.

Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill ? If it's not then that might be the reason that you are getting the security code error : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.

What does "new actualization" mean?
Do you have Restrictions set that world prevent installing those apps? Settings>General>Restrictions

App store wont let me access account or download or sign out

Whatever I try to do, app store wont let me do it.
I want to download Mountain Lion, however all the account options seem to be light grey, and nothing I do will let me into my account on there, or download new things. When I go onto purchased, it says I need to sign in but when I click on store on the banner at top, it says I am signed in but when click sign out nothing happens. Driving me mad.

Reset ( No Data will be Lost )

App store wont let me change my payment information

I recently lost my old debit card and now whenever I try to download any app (both free and $ ones) the app store wont let me because its asking for my old security code from my old debit card. I have tried changing my payment informaiton both from my phone and at the apple website but its not letting me. How do i fix this?? Is it even possible to change payment information?

If you see a dialog advising you to contact Apple support, then that's what you need to do in order to purchase apps.

Today When I tried to open the app store on my ipad I found out that's the store is not working,,, It's giving me the loading screen like for ever without any error message. So I tried my Macbook and my iphone and it was the same,,,, I thought it was from the connection so I tried several different connections and It was the same.
Any Idea what is going on with the app store ?

The App Store app on your iPhone in your iPad is a different App Store than the app store app on your Mac. You use the same account for both app stores. So I would guess that the real issue is perhaps something to do with your Home Network. You might try rebooting your modem/router. Also, turn off any antiviral software, firewalls or apps such as Little Snitch.

What do I do when my app store wont let me go back?

I was just o the App Store in the Featured folder when I clicked onto the App I liked. It took me to the page where I Could download it from my iPhone so I downloaded it. When I went back to the page I was on it wouldn't let me go back to the Featured page. I can go to categories, search, Top 25, and updates..., but I can't redeem money or get back to Featured page. I reset my iPhone and it worked, but then it happened again.

There have been reported problems with the App Store. We'll just have to wait it out.

If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store:
Make sure your date, time, and time zone are correct in Settings > General > Date & Time.
Note: Time Zone may list another city in your time zone.
Make sure that your iOS software is up to date by tapping Settings > General > Software Update (iOS 5 or later) or connecting your iOS device to iTunes and clicking Check for Update on your device's Summary page.
Check and verify that you're in range of a Wi-Fi router or base station. If you're on a device with cellular service, make sure that cellular data is turned on from Settings > General > Cellular.
Note: If connected to cellular data, larger items may not download. You may need to connect to Wi-Fi to download apps, videos, and podcasts.
Make sure that you have an active Internet connection. You can check the user guide for your device for help with connecting to the Internet.
Make sure that other devices (portable computers, for example) are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network and access the Internet.
Try resetting (turning off and then on again) your Wi-Fi router.

App Store says I've installed pages 5.0.1 but I get 4.3 when I open it up. Docs from pages 5.0 won't open

I can open my old documents but new ones made on pages 5 won't open. I checked the app store and it says I've installed 5. Any idea why I'm having a problem???

Are you launching Pages from an icon in your Dock? Installing the update does not change the Dock icons & it does not remove the older versions. Go to your Applications folder & launch the new Pages from there then right-click on the Dock icon & select Options > Keep in Dock.
Installing new versions of iWork has never replaced existing versions. This is nothing new. The only thing new is that the '09 apps are moved to an iWork '09 folder if they were purchased from the Mac App Store. If they were installed from disk they should already be in a separate folder in Applications.

when i go to search for an app in the app store it wont load anything i even tried searching for angry birds becasue i know theres an app for that and nothing loads at all i have turned off and on my phone and still nothing!

Tap Settings App > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then in Settings make sure Cellular Data is ON. If you are in a WiFi area, relog into WiFi.
