Apple card was purchased and used but still showing 25 credits?

Purchased a Apple card for my son on Sunday for him to use it on his game, "clash of clans." He used the card and recieved what he purchased but it is still showing a 25 credit on the account. Did they mess up and didn't use it or what. Do you think he can use those credits again?

This is completely normal.  NO need to be so over dramatice and go accusing anyone of ripping you off.  Calm down and understand, before you mouth off.
Itunes verifies your account using the credit card info.
This does not mean that they will charge your credit card.
