Apple Configurator Device Backup Not Working - HELP ASAP Please
Hey Everyone!
We are trying to backup one iPad so we can take that backup and add it to all of our other iPads....
In Apple Configurator I've added all of the apps, setup a profile, etc.
On PREPARE, At the top I go to DEVICES and click on BACKUP. It gets to the "archiving" part of step 1 of 2 and I receive a popup saying "Could Not Create a backup. The device was disconnected... check the usb connection to this device".
I'm going to assume this has nothing to do with my USB connection as I've tried several ports and several cables.
We really need to get this backup and restore it onto all of our ipads as soon as possible.
This is our first time using apple configurator!

Let's get your iPhone back up and running reeset12! My first recommendation is to try a soft reset by holding down the power and home keys. If the device doesn't respond, I recommend connecting it to a computer via the usb cable. If you are unable to get past the logo screen in either case, I recommend a hands on evaluation at a store location.

i restored my iphone 3gs to factory settings and now when i turn it on it says to connect it to itunes well i tried that and its not working then i tried to hold the power button for three seconds then the home button for ten seconds but still nothing please help asap

Possible to extract documents from Apple Configurator device backup file?
We updated several student iPads via Apple Configurator. All went well except for 2 devices that came out of the refresh process with all the student data wiped from the device. I am afraid to check the device in and check it out again for fear of losing the original backup made prior to the restore. I can see the device backup files but have no idea how to work with them. Is it possible for me to extract the documents and photos the students need?

Itunes "apple mobile device" will not work or install
Recently my computer has being doing some strange things. I have used iTunes on my Windows 7 computer for many months and several years on other computers without incident but recently my iTunes fails to detect my iphone 4gs. I have read some of the posts about manually restarting the Apple Mobile Device but all attempts had failed so I uninstalled all of iTunes. But now when i try to install iTunes again the message:
"Apple Mobile Device failed to start. Verify that you have specific privileges to start system services"
appears everytime with only the options : "abort" , "retry" and "ignore"
If I click abort the installer does not finish, if i click retry the same message appears and if i click ignore the installer does not install everything. i am the administrator of my computer so i am confused as to why it asks me about my priveleges and iTunes has never had any problems such as this on my computer.
Please help me resolve this issue as i am desperate to find an answer
PS. Also before this problem occured i noticed that my itunes kept failing to update when it asked me to. i do not remember the specific message but it was something to with the update not installing/downloading properlyI am Having Exactly the problems running win 7 I have installed / uninstalled rebooted clead reg the lot 5 times as ****. I have wasted many hours on this.

I'm trying to sync my phone but for some odd reason it's not listed in devices in iTunes. I've followed all of Apple Support recomendations to no avail. Could it be a new security app I imnstalled today. Please help and thanks in advance.
LyndafromOttawaIf you still cannot restart it, check this Apple support document, http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1567 if that doesn't work, then you may need to uninstall iTunes and reinstall it. Interactive ALV not working - help me please

This is my first time here and I hope somebody could help me out with this.
I have created an interactive ALV report in OOP. I have screen 1000 which contains the selection screen, and 2 custom controls. What I wanted to do is that when I select from the screen, data will be populated on the 1st ALV. Then when I double click on any item on my 1st ALV, it will do another selection and data will be displayed on the 2nd ALV (while 1st ALV contents remain). And when I double click on any item on the second ALV, it will call a transaction.
Quite complex. But the event for my 2nd ALV is working, it's able to call a transaction. What puzzling me now is the event on my 1st ALV. Data selection is okay, but data are not populated on my 2nd ALV. It only shows data in the 1st ALV. Somebody please help!Hey Ayem...

Try testing the speaker on another audio source and see if it works.
