Hello I would like to know if this is true that Apple do not allow giveaway iPad/iPhone/iPod ? And if it so, does it apply to all world or just some countryes?
And I would like to know about country: Slovenia in Europe. And where can such company who is giveing away free apple products (in giveaways) can be reported?

This is a separate issue than what you stated in the subject. Syncing recent iPhones and iPads that have iOS5 on them require iTunes 10.5, which also requires OSX 10.5.8 on your Mac. Your profile says you have 10.5.2. If that is correct, you need to update to 10.5.8, then update iTunes to 10.5, if you haven't already done so.

ITunes does not allow music purchased on iPhone to be sent to my computer

So, I "purchased" (thankfully only FREE songs) two songs on my iPhone and I was told I could simply download them onto the computer when i connected. Well I can't, so I tried to download again but it told me they were already downloaded and should be there....they weren't. I followed the instructions to "check for available downloads" and I was told there weren't any.
Long story short the ONLY way I can get those two songs is to download them again. THANKFULLY it is a MONDAY and they are STILL FREE!!!

Apple does not repl;ace the battery in your iPod. They exchange your iPod for a refurbished one with a new battery.

Thanks, but a I indicated in my original post, I have already tried everything in that KB article. That article doesn't address the fact that I can mirror from an iPad 4, but not from an iPad 2. According to all of the documentation about mirroring, there is no reason why the airplay / mirroring icon shouldn't appear. It's explicitly enabled on iPad 2.

As a relatively new apple user, i find it difficult to understand as to why apple doesnt support whatsapp for ipad. I am mostly on the go and carry my ipad for business purpose, and as you know, these days social networking is an intergral part of our lives, i find it perplexing as to why ipad doesnt support whatsapp. Almost all of my collegue's and friend are using this, it becomes increasingly diffcult to multitask between a phone and an ipad.
Could Apple kindly make it available for users. It would be really convinient, especially for people in the age group 50+ who would like to be in touch with their families regularly.

Whatsapp is meant for phones, authenticated via the voice carrier link. That's what the developer (nowadays Facebook, who bought the company) decided to do with their app. Hacking that design sounds dangerously against the TOU for discussion in these forums.
You can always search in other message boards outside Apple's regulations for what you want. Regardless, you will need an iPhone to authenticate and activate you Whatsapp account.

Apple does not allow my free OS upgrade - says it can`t read receipts

Apple refuses all copies of invoice/receipt of purchase and is refusing to accept sending me the code for free update of the OS.

I bought my MacBook Pro on July 7th, 2012, in El Corte Ingles, in Lisbon.
According to Apple, it qualifies for the free upgrade, but so far ... nothing but refusals.
Sometimes Apple says it can not read the file, other times Apple says that it lacks the "reference", I still don`t understand what that means.

After telephone contact with Apple, the problem was solved and i had already installed the new OS.
It was not easy, but it's done.
Apple acknowledged that I was right and apologized.
We're all friends again.

The adobe version 10 update does not allow use of tabs

I had tabs working ok on my laptop, then an adobe update to ver 10 has stopped the tabs feature working. I get all sorts of notices about this being embarrissing to Firefox and analysing the problem. But nothing is offered. Everything locks up when I try to open tabs. Seems trawling q and a that this is not a prob unique to me. Do Firefox actually moniter this feedback and offer some hope of resolution?

If you only changed the name of your ID rather than creating a new ID, just go to Settins>iCloud and tap Delete Account then sign back in with the new name. (Deleting the account from your phone does not delete it from iCloud. Your data will be synced back to your phone when you sign back in.)
If you created a new ID, you'll have to go to Settings>iCloud on your phone and turn all data you are syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.) to Off. When prompted choose to keep the data on your iPhone. (If you are syncing iWork documents with iCloud, also open your iWork apps and turn off iCloud syncing and choose to keep the documents on your phone.) After everything is turned off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Next, set up a new iCloud account using your other ID, then turn syncing for your data (contacts, etc.) back to On. When prompted, choose Merge. This will upload the data to your new account.
You won't lose any photos in your camera roll or photo library. If you have any photos in your photo stream that are over 30 days old that are not in your camera roll or saved on your computer, be sure to save these to the camera roll before deleting the account. To do so, open the photo stream album on your iPhone in the thumbnail view, tap Edit, tap all the photos you need to save to select them, tap Share, then tap Save to Camera Roll.

It helps if you describe what happens when you try to move an object in Pages...the sequence of events that you go through.....

Try deleting the mail account and setting it back up again.
