"Apple ID has been disabled" why do i keep getting this message, it started two days ago when I tried to update my apps, i have reset my password and payment information to see if that would help and restarted my phone as well

I keep gettign this message, how do i fix it

    Please sign out of the iTunes Store by selecting
              Store ▹ Sign Out
    from the iTunes menu bar. Then sign back in.

    To protect your security, your Apple ID will be automatically disabled if your account password is incorrectly entered too many times.
    Resolution
    Reset your account password
    If your account was disabled for security reasons, use iForgot (iforgot.apple.com) to reset your account and restore access to the disabled services. You can also click the Reset Password or Forgot Password button in the alert message.
    If you are an iCloud user, be sure to type your full email address when you're asked to enter your Apple ID. For example, [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]
