Apple ID Query

Hi
I recently got a free @me.com address with icloud. All my iTunes purchases, Apps, Mac, App Store App's where brought with a different apple ID. Is there anyway of transfering the purchases so I can use the @me.com address instead. I tried to update my previous Apple ID (the one associated with my Gmail Account) but it's says I am unable to use the @me.com address.
Can anyone help please?
Thanks
Matt

  • Apple Mac query

I’m thinking of buying an apple Mac.   I’m presently using windows seven on a PC and lightroom 4 and have bought the upgrade to lightrooom five.  On the box it says it can be used with windows or a Mac so I presume this software will work on a Mac.  I’m also using Photoshop cs6 which I bought only six months ago.  Is there any way this can be used on a Mac?

    Hi george-s101,
Most Adobe software is licensed per platform (operating system) so it's either Windows only or Mac only.
Fortunately, Lightroom is multi-platform so the serial number will work on both Windows and Mac.
So it's just a question of downloading the Trial version from the Adobe website and entering your serial number when you launch the trial.
    Thanks

  • Download with Apple ID queried

New iPad Air, downloaded the free BBC iPlayer app from the App Store. All working fine. Then I got an email from Apple warning me that my Apple ID was used to download that app from the App Store "on a device that had not previously been associated with that Apple ID".
I had been warned in a similar manner about signing in to iCloud and also to FaceTime (both of which I had done).
What can I do, or perhaps what haven't I done so far, to fix things so that these warnings aren't generated?

I don't believe that you will see those warnings again. They are just warnings to advise you that something might be happening that you should be aware of just in case that you were not one one that initiated the activity.

  • HT204053 Apple ID query

I have just changed my apple Id but my iPad is still showing my old details how do i change this?

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > store, scroll down and tap your ID)

  • Querying Apple lom via open-source ipmitool on Linux

Has anyone managed to remotely access the LOM of an Apple (e.g., an Intel-based Xserve) with the latest release of the open source version of ipmitool compiled on Linux (or some other platform)? The command line options that appear to work when I run ipmitool from an Apple to query another Apple's LOM, i.e.,
    IPMITool -U username -H hostname.com chassis status
results in an "invalid username" error when I try it with the binary I compiled.

Motherboard kt6 delta has winbond w83697hf chip so you can use
modprobe i2c-/ dev/core/isa  and w83781d, after you can use sensors.
I understand corecell as aa extra setup chip that can change rpm of fans and voltages etc while pc is running.

  • Dynamic Query Input Variables / Dynamic Reporting Ouput

    Hi All,
    Overall Architecture :
    Front End : Webpshere Portal
Middle Tier : Webpshere Application Server
Reporting Presentation Layer : Business Objects Reports (The reports will use the BEX query as a datasource)
    Reporting DataSource = BEX Query
I am trying to build a BEX query based on the following. I have a sales ODS that shows the following data. Based on a user's selection, the report should return the corresponding data. What would be the best way to tackle something
like that ? Thanks all or your help !
    Example :
    SALES ODS :
    Customer -
    Sales $ - Rebate Indicator---Refund Indicator-----Equipment Indicator
       Apple -
    1000--False False--
    False
       Apple -
    10--True -  False--
    False
       Apple -
      50--False True--
    False
       Apple -
    40--False False--
    True
    QUERY INPUTS #1 :
    Customer Site             = Apple
    Rebate Indicator       = True
    Refund Indicator       = True
    Equipment Indicator     = False
    QUERY RESULT :
    Customer -
    Sales $
       Apple -
         1060
    QUERY INPUTS #2 :
    Customer Site              = Apple
    Rebate Indicator        = False
    Refund Indicator        = True
    Equipment Indicator      = False
    QUERY RESULT :
    Customer----
    Sales $
       Apple----
    1050

    Hi Nigel ,
Instead of creatin query on ODS u should create on Cube .
    ODS Data :
    Customer -
    Sales $ - Rebate Indicator---Refund Indicator-----Equipment Indicator
    Apple -
    1000--False False--
    False
    Apple -
    10--True - False--
    False
    Apple -
    50--False True--
    False
    Apple -
    40--False False--
    True
Cube data :Would get aggregated depend on Customer and other similar charatoristic.

  • Identifying an Apple Product

This is a generic question, arbitrarily posted as an iPhone 3G question.
Many technical support and product compatibility issues issues are unique to specific Apple products. Therefore it's important to know what product you have. In this instance, my wife doesn't recall which model iPhone she has. Unfortunately, as with all Apple products, querying "About" in the iPhone's settings (or the system profiler on a Mac for that matter), doesn't give that answer by the specific product name commonly used. One just finds the model number and serial number. I haven't been able to locate a means to derive the common name for an Apple product from its model number.
    Any help would be appreciated.

Look at the back of iPhone. There is a Model No, for instance mine is A1241.
Then simply compare that model number to the ones listed here:
    http://www.everyipod.com/iphone-specs/index-iphone.html
And you can see what iPhone you have. Alternatively, though not recommended, just by querying the features, purchase date, etc. you can identify the device. This could help if it's running iOS:

  • Printing my PDF with File name and Tags Stamped on

    To Forum,
Possibly not a completely Apple related query, but if anyone know it would be great.
id like to print a PDF on my MBP with the File name and Tags applied to it stamped on the paper copy... or come to think of it, stamped on the PDF copy which i then print out with those stamps on. Either way will do. Any ideas? Its not immediately obvious when i look at the Printing Prefs box.

This is an option built into various apps - Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Office.
There are "PDF Utils" that do this on PDFs one at a time. Can't find a specific one for Macs, but found 2 for Windows.

  • Leopard 10.5.6: netstat, lsof -i, traceroute slow

Did anyone else notice that netstat -a, lsof -i, traceroute and establishing connection to another Mac take exceedingly long after 10.5.6 update?
netstat -a can take up to 3 - 5 min on my Mac Pro, whereas it used to list all connections in a second or two before?

Since I installed the combo update my overall performance is horrible!
My specs are the same as yours, therefore I'm responiding.
Almost everything is slow, even moving windows around is jumpy sometimes.
For DNS resultion I run a local named installation as a forwarding/caching installation. After connections are established, everything is fine, but something is really messed up.
It's not the response time of my DNS server, that is perfectly fine for cached queries. It's the initial TCP connections that take ages!
I already installed the combo update twice, my file permissions are totally fine.
Everything seems to be OK as far as the installation goes, but still all of my applications that do any kind of networking are somehow screwed up ...
My post is no help at all, but I read your post and feel your pain.
Please find below that CONNECTING takes more than a second,
the whole request takes nearly 2.5 seconds.
No network activity while I am doing this!!!

Is there any other query related to above query?

Null values aren't counted, as mentioned already. Is that what you're asking about? To count rows regardless of whether individual columns have values or not, use <tt> count(*)</tt>.
I don't know what you mean by "any other queries related to this query".
btw please use tags for code, e.g.
    {noformat}{noformat}
    select count(*) from mytable;
    {noformat}{noformat}
