Appointments with option Working Elsewhere not visible in Scheduling Assistant

I have a problem with appointments that have the Show As option as "Working Elsewhere".  When someone tries to use the scheduling assistant and selects someone who has an appointment set to "Working Elsewhere" the appointment is
not visible at all in Scheduling Assistant. If the person changes the appointment to Busy or Out of Office is becomes visible again to the person using Scheduling Assistant. Outlook 2013 and Exchange Server 2010 with the latest updates installed are being
used in our Environment. Is this type of behaviour by design or is it something else like using Exchange 2010 that doesn't support it fully?

Based on my research and test, the WorkingElsewhere field is applicable for clients that target Exchange Online and versions of Exchange starting with Exchange Server 2013.
Between outlook 2013 clients and mailbox being on Exchange 2010, the meeting invite would show as "Working Elsewhere" for each of the attendees in their respective calendars but does not show any information regarding other attendee who accepted
the meeting request.
Thus, the Working Elsewhere field is visible in attendees’ Schedule Assistant with outlook 2013 and mailbox on Exchange 2013. Here is an article talked about it:

    Hi Charlie,
    Base on my search, because "Working Elsewhere" is a new free /busy state introduced in Outlook 2013 clients, exchange 2010 may not know it.
    So, this is a type of behaviour by design, thanks for your understanding!

    I wonder if the disk being referred to is actually your iPod which is not plugged in. Maybe something has stuck thinking the iPod should be there.
    Try completely removing all the iTunes related programs according to this method.

    Restart you PC and see if startup improves.
    If it doesn't improve you need to consider the possibility that there is something else going on.
    If The problem goes away, hopefully a fresh install will be OK.

  • ERMS work items not visible in IC Web Client Agent Inbox

    We have configured ERMS rule modeler with a routing to an organisation unit if email content contains a specific word.
    ERMS seems to work fine as workflow is triggered and work items created in the relevant user SAP inbox (any user assigned to the organisation unit used in ERMS routing.
    When I log into the IC Web client and check for email items in the Agent Inbox, the emails are not visible!!!
    Has anybody faced a similar issue?

    ->Agent Inbox ->Setting for Asynchronous Inbound Processing -><b>Define Receving Emails/Fax settings</b> inthis Set Comm.method as <b>INT</b> i.e E-Mail.

  • Performance Management: 'Share with Main Appraiser' button not visible

    Hi Gurus,
    I am using Oracle R12.1.3, Performance Management module.
    I am trying to publish Performance Management Plan with Objective setting and Appraisals both tasks. Appraisal plan is set to be appraisee initiated, standard appraisal
    However - When the appraisee is trying to initiate the appraisal (by clicking 'Update' on the appraisal task appeared) - s/he sees all the objectives set and get to choose a performance rating. However - the button 'Share with Main Appraiser' button is not visible.
    When I am trying to create a Performance Management Plan with only 'Appraisals' - this problem is not occurring. Any clue as to how to rectify this problem?
    PS - I have tried disabling personalizations and re-tried several times - but the same error occurs.
    Would really appreciate any response which might help.

    I'm thankful for your effort Hussein. However, this document is applicable for version 12.1.4+ while I am working on 12.1.3. I re-tested the thing after making some changes in appraisal template where I ticked 'Update Appraisals for Terminated Workers' and also checking 2 more related check-boxes. Surprisingly it worked.
    Also if I am selecting method for objective allocation as 'Parallel' - then also this error is not occurring - even with old appraisal template. Although this hit and trial worked, I do not have a logical view about the solution and correctness in all environments yet.

    want to share my calendar across evices and macs, so iCloud is on. Calendar now sends meeting requests using my icloud email address instead of my professional work email.
    I've tried to creat a new calendar but it only gives me the iCloud option under New Calendar.
    How do I associate Work calendar with work email. (I know I can re-name the defaiult WORK as iCloud, but hiw do I create a new calendar that I'll call work with my work email?)

    I have exactly the same problem - compounded by invitations coming in for meetings which go to my iCloud email inbox - which I don't want or need - leading to me missing meetings.  I am surprised that you have had no replies to date - as this is fundamental to the diary system.  Did you sort it out?

    i have a activated substitution and in our dev- and test-portal i have the uwl filter "work on" above the uwl. Everything is fine.
    But in our production-portal i do not get the filter. I have a activated substitution, but the filter is not visible.

    I've deactivated Adobe Acrobat standard and restartet adobe but when i go to help the option activate is not in the list. Is it only using port 443 to activate Adobe?

    Usually it's the port 443 and port 80.
    After deactivation when you launch Acrobat did it prompt for activation?
    Many a times it takes a few seconds before the Activate / Deactivate option is available under 'Help' Menu.

  • FTP Delivery Destination Not visible while scheduling a report.

    Hi All,
    We are implementing BI Publisher 11g (As part of OBIEE 11g).
    In BI Pub administration we have defined FTP and Email Delivery Destinations.
    But while Scheduling a report, under Destinations we see only Email option, we are not seeing FTP option.
    Is this happening due to any of the missing configuration or any privileges are missing?, please clarify.

    Do you have "Use Secure FTP" checked?
    I tried adding a source with that checked and the FTP option didn't show up either, but when I unchecked that box I was able to see the FTP option.

  • Default values for static report parameters are not visible when scheduling

    Crystal Reports Server 2008
    When I publish a report to the repository and then try to schedule that report, the default value that I have set for a static parameter in the report is not visible.
    In the Parameters section of the Scheduling wizard this parameter is marked as [EMPTY]
    However, when I View the report (right click and select View) from within Infoview, the parameter default value is visible
    I have published in the following 3 ways:
    Publishing Wizard
    File > Save As > Enterprise from withing Crystal Reports Dev
    CMC > Folders > Add > Crystal Reports
    The results are the same for each method of publishing.
    To try to eliminate any DB issues etc i have created a report that is not attached to a datasource. 
    This test report has one Static parameter. 
    I have set 3 values for its list: Entry A, Entry B, Entry C
    Entry X is set as the parameter Default Value
    The parameter is placed in the details section of the report
    When the report is Viewed it will prompt for parameter entry, with the default value present
    When I try to schedule the report is will not have an entry for its parameter
    It seems to me that the default values for parameters should be retained from report design through to report schedule, especially when the default values are retained from report design to report View
    Is this a config problem that i have ?
    Can anyone help me with this ?

    Thanks for the reply and apologies for not responding sooner.
    What i have found is that if i use Publishing Wizard to upload reports it is then possible to set values for prompts during the last step of this process.
    Although this is a bit clumsy, it is sufficient for now

  • My iPhone 5 just stopped working now not visible with iTunes

    I have had the iPhone 5 for a few weeks, tonight I was recieving a call, as I went to answer it the slide bar locked half way accross and the phone locked up. It then turned its self off and now won't start up again, I have connected it to my iMac to see if iTunes can resotre it but iTunes doesnt even recogonise anything is plugged in.
    Whats my best steps from here?

    Same thing just happened to me, through no instigation. Ive had my iphone 5 for a couple of weeks, working ok, came to reactivate it from sleep and got no response at all, tried plugging it in and still nothing. Found this thread and the trick worked, I'm grateful to find the post but the occurrence is disconcerting, has anyone had any recurrent problems with this? I bought my phone abroad and am going back to UK soon where I'm worried the warranty won't cover it. Considering going back to the store in case I have further troubles with this handset.

  • "Always open with" option for VLC not working

    I like to open my .avi files with VLC, but the default is set to Quicktime. So when I right click a .avi file and choose open with, then change the default settings by clicking on 'always open with' and then selecting VLC, it opens with VLC, but the next time I try to open the file, the default application is still Quicktime and it opens in Quicktime.
    It's getting frustrating

    Somehow certain file types will no longer work with this method, the only software update recently having been the one for Safari 4.0.5. After I did that update, almost all of the file types that I use "Open With... >Change All..." get kicked from QT 7 (what I select) to QT Launcher, which launches any video file in QT X.

  • Airport Extreme working but not visible in Airport Admin Utility

    Recently my Airport Extreme (spaceship version) stopped showing up in the Airport Admin Utility v4.2.
    The internet works fine computers can connect wirelessly or wired to the Airport Extreme and use the internet. AppleTV isn't visible in iTunes anymore either so it can't sync but can connect to the internet to see previews, YouTube, etc.
    I have tried removing Airport Admin Utility and reinstalling, checked permissions, all okay.
    Any ideas?

    In that case, I tend to agree with your assessment. For some reason, the Bonjour automatic network device discovery process seems not to be working properly on this Mac. I'm not going to be of much help in troubleshooting that problem.
    The only other issue I have encountered is with the installation of excessively robust firewall software on the Mac blocking Bonjour's ability to discover network devices. VPN client software is sometimes also a culprit, for the same reasons. You have already indicated this could not possibly be the cause of your problems.

  • HT1218 Airport Extreme base station is working, but not visible on network?

    My Airport Extreme base station is working:  all devices are able to connect to the internet, but Airport Utility shows no connection.  Only one computer even shows the device-- greyed out-- saying "Device not Found."  The airport utility shows version 6.2;  OS X version 10.8.3.  How do I update the base station to version 7 if the device can't be found?  And how do the devices connect to the internet without "seeing" the device?

    If you have not already done so, I suggest that you perform a complete power cycle on the entire network as folllows:
    Power off every network device....in any order you want
    Wait a minute or two
    Start the modem first, and let it run a few minutes by itself
    Start the AirPort Extreme next, the same way
    Continue starting devices one at a time about a minute apart until everything is powered back up
    Check the network again using AirPort Utility
    You can also temporarily connect an Ethernet cable from your Mac to one of the LAN <-> ports on the AirPort Extreme to see if a connection is established that way.
    If still no luck, try another Mac if you one handy. After that, all that I can suggest is that you perform a Factory Default Reset on the AirPort Extreme and configure it again.

  • Data Uploads done with one User Id not visible to other users in SPM

    Hi,
    Data uploads were successfully carried out by one of the SPM users. However, other users (with different user id) are not able to see anything in the Data Upload Summary screen.
    Is there a restriction on the visibility of Data Upload Summary for data uploads carried out with one User id to other users in SPM? A similar behaviour is observed for other screens within the Data upload workbench.
    Incase this is not the expected behaviour, it would be great if you could please provide pointers to possible reasons for this.
    Just for your information, all users have been granted same privileges in the SPM application.

    No this is not the expected behavior. We have seen this issue for other customers in the past but the reason has always turned out to be role related.
    Can you ensure that the required SPM roles are assigned to the user who do not see the DM data both in ABAP as well as portal.
