in the branch, i use modem Atrie 288LCD for dial .

How to just send I data (No Q) using ni2920 USRP? (ASK modulation)

Hi.
I am trying to send three level sequences as amplitude shift keying (ASK) modulation. my sequence has three state of (-1, 0 , 1). I am using ni2920 usrp to send carrier with amplitudes of -5v, zero, and +5v for each of the mentioned levels respectively (ASK) (Sample rate=25 or 50MS/s). to do that, I saved a .txt file with voltages amplitudes in the PC and I am reading this .txt file and send them with USRP (I expect USRP to multiply these values with cos(carrier freq) and send it to its RF out port. However there some problems:
1. I am not sure about the order of data USRP expects to have when reading .txt file in terms of "I" and "Q". Assume I am sending 0,0,-1,1,1,-1,0,... I have a txt file with 0,0,-5,5,5,-5,0 saved .. BUT every time my code reads this txt file , it assign a vector of <"I","Q"> pair at output of LAN cable instead of considering all numbers as "I" data. my problem is: How can I force USRP to just send I data (no "Q") ? (This is required since I am using ASK modulation)
2. when I read zero from txt file and send it, I expect to see zero level RF spectrum at output BUT according to my observation there is spectrum content of output RF when sending all zero sequences. How can I force USRP to send nothing (zero) when the bit=0?

1) You can send data to the device as complex double-precision data or binary I16 data. If using the complex double type, just make the imaginary component of each complex sample 0 (Q is the imaginary componnent). If using the binary I16 data, the samples are interleaved I, Q, I, Q, ... so just make every other sample 0.
2) Even when sending 0s for I and Q, if the device is tuned to a frequency and the output path is enabled, you may see some power at the carrier frequency that is basically leakage from the local oscillator.

Hi. There is a new feature callled "Integrating Data and Voice Services for ISDN PRI Interfaces on Multiservice Access Routers" in IOS verze 12.4(4)XC. My Apple ID was changed. Yet when I try to update apps I am asked to enter the password for the old IG which will not work and no matter what I do. When I attempt to update apps it still askes for the wrong ID data.

It works fine on my IPad mini, my MAc and in Itunes Store, Yet when I try to update apps on my IPAD 1 I am asked to enter a password for the old ID user name which appears in the pop up window. When It still askes for the wrong ID data. I have uodated it in settings, and I have logged ontht the account to verify that it still works properly and it does. I reboot the IPAD and then attempt to update apps again but it still asked for the Old ID password and still shows the old ID username. The dame thing refuses to recognize my new Apple ID data. This is making my older IPAD unuseable.

You cannot change your Apple ID. You can get a new one if you want, but all of your Apps and media are linked to yoru old Apple ID. And no, Apple won't transfer your old ID purchases to yoru new ID.

Function module for date

Hello experts.
my requirement is , I am having a fiscial year ( gjahr) and period ie month (monart) . Now i need afunction module that gives the last date of the month. say if it is january it should give 31 - month-year. I want to populate this date to the budat field. so please tell me how to solve this issue. i want to pass as date-month-year to budat. but i am having year as seperate field and month as seperate field. so please tell me the function module that gives all the three or any other solution to this.

populate month, year u have and 01 into w_datum in and it should always give day1 of that month like this.
concatenate l_year l_month '01' into w_datum_in.

Function Module or alike for Data Cleansing

Hi Experts,
Does someone know a function module, method or something to create a complete cleansing case, that is, a cleansing case (header) and its mapping (relationship among the master and sourceu2019s fields).
I found the FM BAPI_CLEAR_CASE_CREATE_MULTI, however it just create a cleansing case, without the mapping. So the user should use the transaction BUPA_CLEAR in order to map the fields.

The i pod module for data transfer

Recently i put i pod into enable disk use function so i could use the i pod for data transfer i went into MY computer then located the i pod service module i went to put it onto my desktop but it said module is being used by another program but it isnt atall. When i put in data like my spreadsheets onto the module dragging them it doesnt appear on the i pod module in the i tunes why is that? What do i have to do to make sure i can see that the data is recieved onto the i pod thanks mr roberts

can any1 over here help me out in how to establish connection between 2 RF modem's for data transfer , between client & server USing LABVIEW?
I want to establish a connection between 2 PC's through RF modem on client & server side & to set up PPP communication for data transfer.
(I have tried data transfer through RS-232 using TCP/IP whn the 2 PC's are connected over ethernet... which is working.
I also tried connecting loopback cable between 2 PC's COM port & geting data transfer using VIsa configure serial port & other visa functions ... which is working)
can u guide me how to establish connection between 2 RF modem's using LABview?
& how does the data transfer take place between 2 RF modems through RS-232?
is it using TCP/IP?
If you got any links to go abt this issue do send me related links .. or any examples .....
I am currently using Labview version 8.

Maybe you could clarify a few things for me, and we'll see how we can help ya. TCP/IP protocol occurs through an ethernet connection; RS-232 communication occurs through an RS-232 serial connection, typically through a cable that has a DB9 connector on both ends. Do you mean that the RF modems in question have the option to communicate via RS-232 and/or via TCP/IP ethernet? Specific information like the manufacturer of your RF modems, the model number of your RF modems, and how you connect the modems to the PC would enable us to give you more efficient support.
You can check our Instrument Driver Network (IDNet) to see if a plug-and-play/IVI driver already exists for your RF modem. (You'll need to know its manufacturer and model number.) In the case that you do find an IDNet driver for your modem, you can use this KnowledgeBase article for instructions on how to use the driver.
Another excellent resource to consider is the NI Example Finder. You can access this within LabVIEW by navigating to Help»Find Examples and then searching for serial or TCP/IP examples.

       I have done the debugging the function module is not taking the input.
      Ex : itab[] = lt_date[].
      when i'm doing debugging the input parameter lt_date has no value.
      I dont know why it is.

I need some help to know a function module to get the exact date in a year.
If i give the no. of days and the year.. it has to give me the exact date.
for eg: if no. of days are 90 and the year is 2006 the output should be 31st MARCH 2006. Like that if i enter any number (< 364 or 363) and the year it has to tell me the date of the count of no.of days.

You can use FM HR_SEN_CALE_DAYS_DATE.
Here you can pass '01.01.2006' , operator as '+' and in
IS_DURATION enter the number of days under 'CALDD'.
For eg:

Normally, you post a reversing document in the same period you posted the original document. The period of the original document must be open to post a reversing document. If the period is not open, you can overwrite the posting date field with a date in an open period, such as the current period.
