Aspire V5 471P, also not on the list for Windows 10

I have an Aspire V5 471P, also not on the list. Is there any reason for these exclusions? What options do we have? Seems kind of strange that some of us should be penalized for no apparent reason. I bought my model at an Office Depot, no different than any other Acer models that might be bought in large chain retail stores. I've loved previous Acers I've had, but this one has been problematic since the beginning. Now I may not be able to upgrade and will be stuck with terrible Windows 8.1? Please advise.

So nearly every Aspire V5 model but mine is in need of new drivers but mine isn't? I find that kind of difficult to believe. This is par for the course though now I think with Acer--minimal support, if any. I'll have to spend time going to websites of each of the hardware components to see if it'll work, look for chipset drivers, etc., just because Acer had decided that some of its customers are simply out of luck. I'll replace this computer as soon as it's financially possible since it has been problematic literally since Day 1 (had to call support). This is my third Acer--there will be no fourth. Hopefully I'll be able to go with Apple and avoid this Microsoft/PC manufacturer nonsense altogether. Microsoft AND Acer should be ashamed of the quality of their products over the past couple of years...

Your system is not listed as an eligible model on the Acer website but that does not mean your system will not support the upgrade itself. What that means is Acer will not be uploading Windows 10 drivers to our support website for your system.
According to Microsoft you have to meet these requirements for your system to support the upgrade:
Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster
RAM: 1 gigabyte (GB) (32-bit) or 2 GB (64-bit)
Free hard disk space: 16 GB (32-bit) or 20GB (64-bit)
Graphics card: Microsoft DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM driver A Microsoft account and Internet access

Do not find the option for windows when I press the the option key during restart, since I downloaded Lion

I still do not find any option for windows when I restart my mac when pressing the option key. It used to go to windows when I pressed the option key during a restart but since I have downloaded Lion, it always go to mac. I do not want to make a permanent switch. ANy suggestions on how to get back to using the option key?

You probably need to reinstall your Windows machine.
I'm not certain, but I have a feeling the install of Lion wipes it out, going by the number of threads started along similar lines since Lion's release.

Boot camp does not format the partition for Windows 7

I recently purchased a copy of windows 7. This is the full version. I downloaded the drivers to a usb drive then placed the windows 7 disk in my apple optical drive to partition to disk. After portioning the iMac restarts and gives the a blank screen with _ blinking. It seems as though the windows partition has not been formatted. I cannot enter a dos command such as format or anything else. If I start up the mac again with the windows 7 disk in the optical drive I will be prompted to insert a bootable disk. I understand that after the partitioning takes place that bootcamp should start the installation process. By the way after working on this for quite a long time I decided it might be the copy of windows so I returned it and got another. Same resuts. I hope someone can help.

Why isn't the Aspire 5250 or the 5749 on the list for Windows 10?

I have successfully installed Windows 10 on my Aspire 5250 and Aspire 5749 Series Laptops. But, it isn't supported as a Windows 10 device that qualifies for the free upgrade. I also have my Aspire XC603G Desktop PC upgraded to Windows 10, and it is supported on the Acer website for the free upgrade. Anyone know why the Aspire 5250 and Aspire 5749 are not included in the Windows 10 support on the Acer website?

Facebook is not on the list for built-in sharing in Mountain Lion

Hi all,
New MacOS X user here - just picked up a brand-spanking-new MB Air and updated to 10.8
I got my Twitter account set up in the Mail, Contacts & Calendars section, but there's no Facebook to click to set that up for the Built-In Sharing feature.
Did I do something wrong?
I'm in Canada, if that makes a difference...

Yes, that is correct. The alternative is to quit all applications prior to logging out. Lion will then have a chance to remove the saved states.

If you cannot find the file on your hard drive then once you delete the current broken entry you should be able to redownload from iTunes in the Cloud. This assumes the item in question qualifies. Note that audiobooks, digital booklets, iTunes LPs & Extras, ringtones, selected movies etc. don't.
If prompted don't hide the item. You may find that you need to close and then reopen iTunes before it will appear for download.

I know that my question maybe easy or been asked before, but I couldn't find the answer.
To create a UDF in SAP B1 version 9.0 you should go Tools -> Customization Tools -> User-Defined Fields - Management...
which is ok and working perfect. but my question is:
If I want to create UDF for a table not in the list of tables there what should I do? I need to create 2 UDFs for table OMRC [Manufacturers], and can't find it in master data tables.
anyone had this issue before?
EDIT : Is it good to add the field by using sql server? I know it's possible, but will it be visible in SAP

There is noit a simple link for this, I advise you to study the documentation for TB1300 SBO Development Certification.
Ypu should also have knowledge of .net, and C# or VB, because you have to make a small program/addon to add the fields

Problem is, when I search for it that is not an option in the lists for the HP Mini.
I need to order a USB Recovery Media, but you have to start from the Model and mine is not available on the list.

Hi,
Enter the BIOS and see the system information section to get the Product number. That is where it is located in my HP Mini 1000 BIOS.
The product number is also located on the service tag on the bottom of the mini where it says p/n.
Use the product number when searching for support & downloads for your mini.

selected detailed Team View ;
selected hierarchy;
changed style of the hierarchy to any other (for example, the vertical);
the error occurs after attempting to do any action.
Our system is EHP7.
If someone faced with this error, please give me advice how can i resolve this problem.

Sorry for the delay in replying. No, we do not have the same problem if we understand you correctly.
"We have bypassed the MSS Home Page and just embedded the Detailed Team View as a standalone application in our MSS portal role" - we also made for the our customer. BUT we have error «The entered value is not on the list of valid values» in our standard system.

I have a check box attribute inside a node which is bounded to a field of type CHAR 1. I have given the property and value for the attribute as follows:

I have created an onToggle Event for it.
Now when i execute my component i do the following.
First i click on a button called 'EDIT'. Now the check box comes to edit mode. Now when i click on the checkbox i get the following error. "The Entered Value is Not on the List of Valid Values".
When i try to debug, there is no problem in the 'INIT' method. The error is throw even before going inside the onToggle Event for check box.
Please explain how to over come this.

Check your field ZTABLE-ZCHECK, if it is of type CHAR1 then only possible values for checkbox should be 'X' and ' '.
May be your domain has some other values in Fixed Value List.
its better to bind checkbox with attribute of type boolean
Also, the input help for attribute bound to checkbox doesn't makes any logic.
