Ativar SCAN com solução de mensageria não GRC

Pessoal bom dia,
Estou em um projeto e o cliente deseja utilizar a contingência da NF-e com o SCAN, porém a mensageria é uma solução de mercado, não é o GRC. Vocês sabem o que fazer para ativar o SCAN quando a mensageria não é o GRC. A comunicação entre o SAP e a solução de mensageria ocorre, no envio, por arquivos texto. Somente o retorno para o SAP ocorre por RFC.
Qualquer dica será bem vinda, desde já agradeço!

Olá a todos!
Nossa instalação tenta combinar o SAP ERP com a mensageria não ERP. Na verdade nem sempre combinam bem, mas dá samba. Para funcionar o SCAN, conforme a dica do Fernando, aplicamos a seguinte solução:
Ao assinalar o campo u201CDeterm.aut.servd.u201D no Local de Negócio (customizing), o SAP automaticamente consultará se é SEFAZ ou SCAN que está ativo, através do método GET_SERVER da implementação da BAdI CL_NFE_PRINT
Neste método, a tabela CT_SERVER_CHECK contem os campos SEFAZ_ACTIVE e SCAN_ACTIVE. Apenas um destes campos de ser assinalado com X. Para cada campo o SAP definirá o formulário a ser utilizado ao fazer a numeração da Nfe, se para SEFAZ ou SCAN, conforme customizing.
Dentro do método GET_SERVER pode-se consultar uma tabela Z que indica quem está ativo, se SCAN ou SEFAZ, assinalando o campo correspondente da tabela CT_SERVER_CHECK.
Uma alternativa automática para saber qual serviço está ativo é consumir via PI o WS do Sefaz que indica o serviço que está ativo.

Gostaria de saber da experiência do pessoal sobre as funcionalidades de um Sistema de Mensageria Não-GRC.
Como funciona?
Que tipo de RFC deve ser criada, inclusive até criei um Tópico().
Por exemplo, em especial, deve-se chamar uma função específica, como exemplo: J_1B_NFE_XML_OUT?
Ou não fará diferença, já que ele utilizará o Call_xi. Como fica a chamada da /XNFE/NFE_CREATE?
Desculpe tantas perguntas, caso seja necessário abrir outro tópico, só avisar.

as interfaces entregues pelo SAP ERP para a integracao com mensagerias de terceiros sao as RFCs J_1B_NFE_XML_OUT (saída) e J_1B_NFE_XML_IN_TAB (retorno). Na verdade existem outras (inutilizacao de gaps, retorno da inutilizacao de gaps, pedido de reenvio, contingencia etc) mas essas sao as principais.
O fato de o form chamar call_xi nao quer dizer nada. Esse nome foi dado pq nos pilotos a ferramenta de integracao sempre era o XI. Mas pode ser JCo tb. O ideal é buscar no SDN por mais detalhes dessa comunicacao, pois nao há nada especifico de NFe no processo, é um cenario RFC (inbound e outbound) comum.

NFe com status lote "Enviado às autoridades" no GRC, mas aprovada na Sefaz

Bom dia!
Estou com um problema no GRC. Foi lançada uma nota hoje, e a mesma encontra-se parada no GRC com o status de lote 03 - "Enviado às autoridades". Já reiniciei os jobs, verifiquei o status da sxmb_moni e não há erros, nem filas paradas nas SMQ*.
Ao consultar a nota na Sefaz, a mesma está aprovada, mas esse status não chega ao GRC nem ao ERP, que fica com a nota enviada, aguardando retorno do GRC.
Ainda estamos utilizando a versão 1.10 do XML, e outras notas foram lançadas antes e depois desta com problema, e todas foram aprovadas sem problema.

Seguinte, a nota que o Pedro sugeriu corrige a causa raiz porém, como viu, o incidente já está feito.
Para resolver este caso específico crie uma nova entrada na tabela /xnfe/bat_hist confome abaixo:
ERTIME = maior + ,99999
ERNAME = 'MARRETA' ou algo que seja rastreável como ação manual (rastreabilidade é super importante para futuras investigação (não estou falando de punição, ok?):
BATSTAT = 05
ERROR_STATUS = vazio
Com isso o Status Query deverá estar habilitado no detalhe da NF-e.

Grayscale scanning comes into Acrobat as black and white

I am trying to scan photos and other documents that have grays in them, using Acrobat Pro 9.
They are coming in as if I had specified black and white.
What am I missing?

PS Sorry about the wierd screen name. I had tried a number of nice ones, including my old Adobe user name, but they were all rejected.

Scans come out small on epson DX7400 - fine until a few weeks ago, have not changed any settings

Until a few weeks ago, scanning with Epson DX7400 was fine, scans came out original size. Now they flash original size on the screen then immediately become small. Double clicking opens to correct size, but not if attached to an email.
Zooming makes them totally illegible.
Also having problems now with printing envelopes.
Any thoughts please? Driving me mad. Dowloaded what seems to be latest drivers today, but no difference.

I didn't know about Image Capture, so thanks for this.
I tried it and it works fine - except the result is exactly the same.
Another problem with printing envelopes on my iSensys appeared at the same time as the Epson problem.
Whatever Apple has done, I'm much vexed!

Layout 2.00 com mensageria "Z" - Aplicação de Notas no SAP ECC

Olá pessoal,
Estou participando de um projeto para implementar a versão 2.0 do XML em um cliente que não tem a mensageria startard (GRC).
Já levantei as notas necessárias no SAP ECC (estão num total de 42).
A mensageria Z, muito semelhante do Acelerador/GRC pois também foi desenvolvida em uma instância SAP com o PI como integrador, deve trabalhar da mesma forma que o GRC no sentido de permitir o envio das duas versões (1.10 e 2.00) em paralelo através da configuração de Business Place no SAP ECC.
Minha dúvida é a seguinte:
Há algum impacto para as execuções na versão 1.10 se aplicarmos as Notas OSS no SAP ECC num primeiro momento e depois começarmos as adequações na mensageria?

Olá Daniela,
Aplicando as SAP notes, a estrutura do FM J_1B_NFE_XML_OUT (que é utilizado outras mensagerias - não SAP) é alterado com a inclusão de novos parâmetros de importação, porém estes são opcionais o que não irá impactar a solução de mensageria não standard.
Lembre-se também de não alterar a versão do XML (IMG: Cross-Application Components, choose General Application Functions --> Nota Fiscal --> CNPJ Business Places --> Define Business Places).
E caso as SAP notes relacionadas aos motivos de contingência estejam sendo aplicadas agora, será necessário que o funcional realize as configurações necessárias (motivos de contingência) conforme descrito na Note 1451966 - NF-e: contingency date, time and reason .

Ora-12514 connect to SCAN listener in dataguard RAC environment

I have two rac nodes datase on linux and two rac standby database also.
Here are what I got when I try to connect to scan listener from client. It connects to vip/or scan ip addresses without any problem.

Also I would check my DNS ( OK double check ) and each listener service as follows :
lsnrctl service LISTENER_SCAN1
( and so on )

Make sure a password file exists on on that node. ( A copy - Create new with Oracle 11 DG does not work )

Horizontal Line with Feeder Print and Scans

My copies from the feeder and scans come with a Horizontal line about 2 1/2 inches from the left side of the page. Any thoughts for resolution?

Full table scans : sql or server?

We have 3 oracle servers (10.2.0.3). Each server has the same tables, data, and indexes but each can start acting different for no apparent reason. Sql that has runs for months goes bad on our production and test server while the production's backup server works fine.
In this case, I can fix the problem (as described below) but don’t understand what went wrong or why my change fixed the problem. Each server collects stats nightly so indexes and tables are not stale.
Anyone have any ideas why sql is breaks?

Sql works fine on 1 server and not on the other 2 servers (as I said before - same data and indexes on each server and sql has not changed on any of the servers).

Can't read scanned document

While I was trying to print a scanned doc., It asked for a program to use like Paint, Word Pad etc.... I chose Word Pad and everything I scan come out as hypertext gibberish. How do I change that!

It is recommended that you scan the document using the MP Navigator and then edit and save the document using Notepad. Once in Notepad you can copy and paste the document into your Word document. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Click Start, select All Programs, Canon Utilities, MP Navigator EX then click on MP Navigator EX to open that program.
2. Place your item to be scanned face down on the scanner.
3. Click the One Click button in the upper right hand corner.
4. In One Click mode, please click the OCR button.
5. When the OCR dialog box appears, make any necessary changes and then click the green SCAN button.
6. The document will be scanned.
Once scanning is complete, Notepad will open and you will be able to edit and save the text.

Newly bought HP 7520 e-all-in-one does not scan in color on mu Mac OS 10.9

Help need, totally frustrated.
Just installed a brand new HP 7520 e-all-in-one on my new MAC OS 10.9. The product prints and copies in color. However all scans come out black&white??? Who can help me, desperate in time constraints. I have the printer USB connected.

Hi,
The default scan workflow configured to scan documents as Black and White. Make sure to change the scan settings to scan documents with color:
1. Open the HP Utility and select your device.
2. From Scan Settings open the "Scan to Computer".
3. Click the Scan Tasks tab.
4. Select the affected shortcut and click on Edit... (or just double-click the shortcut).
5. In the section of Scan from an HP Device click on the blue triangle or the Show Details button to enlarge the menu.
6. From the enlarged menu now open the drop-down menu next to Mode
7. Now select the Color option and then click on OK to save the changes. The next scanned document using this workflow will appear in color.

I have a new m276nw printer that does not scan straight from flatbed or auto feed

How about printing? do the print outs come out fine?
open the ADF bed cover and check if the scanner assemble is aligned in line?
also try connecting it to a direct wall outlet.

Saved scans are all black

Hi, I need a troubleshooting solution for the scanning on my Photosmart C8180. When I scan documents, they appear perfect on the screen. Once saved (.pdf and .jpg), the scans come out black with white stripes. I use OS X 10.9.5 and HP Scan 2.4.1 (10). Thank you.

NullPointerException when scanning files on C:\

I am scanning all the files on the C:\ drive and when the scan comes to the end of the hard drive it finds the directory:
C:\System Volume Information
which is neither hidden nor can it be seen when I enable viewing of hidden files.
Anyway, when it comes to this directory and tries to read its contents, it throws a NullPointerException.
Anybody have any ideas on how I can bypass this?

I assume, that you are using a win-system.
"C:\System Volume Information" is realy present in NTFS and FAT32.
Its hidden and it's a system folder.
Default setting of explorer is, that system files are not shown. So it's not enough to show hidden files, you have to enable system files too in explorer settings.
In Fat32 you are able to access this folder (but better leave it alone!).
In NTFS you can't read it's contents, even if you are admin.
You are simply missing the rights!
So of course you have to do some error handling, if you are missing the rights of accessing something. (This should be done in any case)
Don't know the methods you are using, so i cant't give you a sample.

Not getting full size prints from scans

Using Windows 7 and Acrobat X to scan documents on a Brother MFC 420CN. Prints from scans come out at about 80% of full size. Would prefer to have prints at full size. Is there a setting in Acrobat for this?

You can try this to see if it gives you the proper page size:
In Acrobat, choose File > Create > PDF from Scanner > Custom Scan.
Click the Options button to the right of the scanner name.
In the Scanner Options dialog, choose Show Scanner's Native Interface from the pop-up menu.
In the scanner's interface, choose the correct page size.
