ATP not being triggered automatically after changing UE EXIT_SAPLATPC_002

Hello everyone. I am having a problem with ATP.
This error is happening within VA02 (or VA01).
I have just added some logic to EXIT_SAPLATPC_002 - include ZXATPU02 (which is in the modification ATP00001) but now that I have made this change it prevents ATP from automatically being invoked when I make changes to the item on the sales order. The only way I can get ATP to be invoked is by
choosing check availability.
I tried searching all available avenues and posted to OSS who said it is a consulting issue. Does anyone know what I may be missing with this.
I think the code error occurs in the below area:
FM ATP_EXPLANATION
Subroutine PERFORM DIALOGUE_EXECUTE.
FORM dialogue_execute.
IF NOT atpcsx-force_dia IS INITIAL

I wanted to post the reply for this in case people have the same issue. I found that the issue was not in code, but configuration in table TVTA-REVFP. Here is the menu path for the configuration that drives if the delivery proposal dialog comes uo or not:

Hotmail not being received automatically after OS4 update

I just realised after turning my iPhone (3GS with OS4) on, that my Hotmail account on the native 'Mail' app has not been retrieving my mail automatically despite the Fetch settings being automatic and never having this issue with the previous OS. I thought turning the phone on and off would fix the problem, but not 7 hours later the same issue re-occured.
Any solutions, I hope this issue gets resolved in the next OS update!

Hi,
System only takes automatically the Output message in PO in creation mode in ME21N ( Only if you have maintained the condition record MN04)
If you have not maintained Condition record in creation of PO also you need to maintain manually.
But once you changed the PO system will not automatically pick up the new Output message, you have to manuallly input the Output messages in change mode of PO - ME22N.
You can also use ME9F for this.

Workflow not getting triggered on status change

Hiii Everyone
Workflow is not getting triggered whenever I change the status of the Order (Lead). When we create a lead a workflow is triggered.
1. If the status is Open a mail is sent.
2. Then the status is checked for in process. And whenever the status is changed to inprocess it is assigned to the agent by the rule attached to the workflow.
3. And again when the status is changed to sanctioned a mail is sent.
Now problem is if I create a lead and change its status to inprocess and then save , then the mail is sent and it is assigned to the agent properly. But when I change the status to sanctioned , then the mail is not sent for sanctioned(i.e. no worklfow step is shown in swel).
If I open the lead and save it then the mail is sent properly. But then after that when I change the status to inprocess, the workflow is not showing agent assignment (jn swel).
Summary: Whenever I cahnge the status after saving the order , the workflow is not showing any further step .
Please suggest the solution.

Hi,
Your workflow has been triggered when the status is open and then when change the status to in process,it is not sending mail as there is no agent assignment.
That means, workflow triggered, but it is not going to the next step.
Is it a standard or custom one?
Can you post the workflow log screenshot over here?

Thank you for your reply. I realy have nothing else to sync - no music. Emails do work so its just my contacts I am concerned about. I'm kinda new at this but have a working understanding of the system.
I have an icloud account but the Geek Squad went there and tried but could not export contacts. I truly am not that good re icloud. They worked exclusively with my itunes, re-downloading, etc - all of the stuff in their book.
I have not tried a complete restore because I am not sure I am that good with the equipment but could. I did all of the stuff on the help page - sync reset, forced one-way sync etc but the phone just does not seem to recognize the sync. I have not gone to an Apple store to have them have a look - that may be my next step to hook up to another itunes computer. It seems simple to me - it was working fine until maybe 3 months ago - probably when there was an update. Its telling to me that the phone does not tell me there is a sync in process while itunes is saying there is - its just not biting between the 2.
I appreciate any hep - and I said, I not stupidi about these things but have kind of reached as far as I am comfortable with fear of doing something really wrong.

Overhead user exit (COOM0001) not being triggered for specific plant

Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone came across this situation before. I activated user exit COOM0001 for overhead calculation. This user exit is triggered when I create PCE for plant A but not plant B.
I can't figure out why it is not being triggered for plant B at all. I put a break point in function module EXIT_SAPLKASC_001, EXIT_SAPLKASC_002 and EXIT_SAPLKASC_003 and the system didn't stop in anyone of these function module.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

It seems that you are a Functional Consultant.
Please follow the following simple step for any userexit to see where all its been called.
1. Go To T. Code SMOD
2. Enter the Exit name COOM0001
3. Click on the COMPONANTS RADIO BUTTON and DISPLAY
4. U get Function Modules
EXIT_SAPLKASC_001
EXIT_SAPLKASC_002
EXIT_SAPLKASC_003
5. Now individually double click on each FM and put a break point ther.
6. Open a new session and see wheather it stop at the break-points of the T. code you are looking for.
I havent used this user exit, so no comments on how it ll be use ful.

The problem Apps may need to be updated. Or maybe your iTunes account needs to just update itself on your iPhone. To do this, install a free App from the App Store on your iPhone. Tap App Store app on iPhone, select and install a free App. When that is done try the problem Apps to see if they work OK again.

Mail is not being checked automatically

My e-mail accounts are not being checked automatically even though I have them set to be check every hour. I also tried a day at 30 minutes but I noticed the iPhone is still not checking my messages. I have to check manually. Any suggestions?

I am having the same issue, which appears to have started with the last firmware update to my iPhone. Yahoo no longer pushes mail to my iPhone, and the check every 15 minutes does not work - I have to manually refresh my email accounts to check for mail. This used to work correctly. I've had no luck finding answers online yet.

ATP Tree Structure is not getting created automatically after Sales Order is saved

In one one of our scenario, when we add material to Sales Order and save with Requirement Type(under Procurrement Tab of Sales Order) , in APO there is no planned order or only planned order which is dynamically pegged created because the ATP Tree in APO is not being converted. There is no pegging relevant item create(e.g. Planned Order). When we are checking the persistent ATP Trees in APO (/SAPAPO/ATREE_DSP - ATP-Trees) we can see that they are not converted automatically. They are still there. If we do it manually via transaction (/SAPAPO/RRP_ATP2PPDS - Conversion ATP Tree Structures -> Production Planning) it works. Afterwards the Planned Order is available and fixed pegged.
Why is APO not converting the ATP tree automatically ?
I also checked the scheduling horizon for conversion of the ATP Tree and it is correct: Is there any relation with Check Mode setting under ATP tab in Material Master?

This enables you to debug the ATP tree . If you have created an entry here with your user name then it will not let ATP tree get converted into PP/DS orders automatically .
It's very surprising because all seems fine . Just cross check all the settings once with below .
The conversion time depends on the following horizons and dates:
· PP/DS Horizon
· Scheduling horizon for the conversion of ATP tree structures
· Requirements dates in the ATP tree structure
PP/DS immediately converts the ATP tree structure when the sales order is saved
· If the earliest requirements date for components is within the scheduling horizon or
· If the latest requirements date for finished products is within the PP/DS horizon
If none of these conditions are fulfilled when saving the sales order, the system saves the ATP tree structure in SAP APO. In this case you can only convert the ATP tree structure online or in the background when one of the conditions given above is fulfilled. Here, there is an offset for the horizons with which you can achieve an earlier conversion.
You maintain the scheduling horizon for the conversion of ATP tree structures in Customizing for Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling under Maintain Global Parameters and Defaults. You maintain a location product specific PP/DS horizon in the location product master. If no location product specific PP/DS horizon exists, the system uses the PP/DS horizon from the planning version. You maintain these in Model and Planning Version Management.

Document Category not being generated Automatically for AR transaction type

we have defined some transaction type in AR. But the corresponding document category is not being automatically generated

This doesn't look feasible, the only issue I ever encountered with this was the document category not being updated if the transaction type was updated. Maybe the customer has some custom triggers which are preventing the record from being inserted into FND tables. You can easily debug this by opening the form and testing in a TEST environment.

Integration Process is not being Triggered

Hi Gurus,
I have a file to file scenario in which I am using BPM to make a synch call in between.
Everything appears to be fine in IR and ID.
But, Intergration Process is not being determined as a receiver and hence, IP is not getting triggered.
When I checked the trace.
At top it says.. 1 Recvr is determined.
<Trace level="2" type="T">O U T B O U N D - B I N D I N G</Trace>
<Trace level="2" type="T">Cache Content is up to date</Trace>
<Trace level="2" type="T">determine OUTBOUND BINDING for:</Trace>

I created a couple of more scenarios.. n every where i m getting the same error..
When I check the IP in the process builder.. i.e. using transaction SXMB_MONI_BPE,
I find an extra container operation step "Initialize System Element" just after recieve step.
I am wondering about this step.. I have worked on BPM earlier but have never noticed this step..

Why SO Header not get closed automatically after all SO lines get closed?

Hi all :
Do you know the reason, why some SO Header still as Booked Status, even All the SO lines are already closed ?
If I see the Workflow status the SO Header is in Status = Deferred and Activity = Wait
And I can close it manually if I rewind the Activity in the Workflow, but I want to know why the SOs not get closed automatically.

Have you scheduled the concurrent request to use Workflow Background Processor to Process OEOH ? What is the frequency? Has it run after the lines got closed?
Also, check the value of the WAIT attribute in the OEOH workflow? By default, it is set to close headers at the end of month.

Also refer to metalink document # 397364.1 which details how to change the WAIT attributes.

Deleted items would not be purged automatically after 30 days

On my Exchange 2013 ECP, I went to Servers->Databases, then double click to open one of the databases listed, I then clicked Limits, under "Keep
deleted items for (days):", I set it to 30 days. But the deleted items in Outlook or OWA did not get purged automatically even it's over 30 days.
Is there anything I missed? Thanks much in advance!

I am giving you this procedure without details but I suggest you read the white paper. Message Retention Management is a topic that impacts greatly on the business.
Retention policies are an enterprise license feature.
In the EAC, under compliance management -> retention tags:
1 - Create a retention tag that delete Trash message after 30 days (similar to "30 Days Delete" but applies to Default Folder Trash);
2 - Create a retention tag that delete Inbox message after 2 years;
In the EAC, under compliance management -> retention policies:
3 - Create a new Retention Polcy including the two Tags just created;
Apply the newly created retention policy to the Mailbox (recipients -> mailboxes -> mailbox properties -> Mailbox Features -> retention Policy).

Output Message for Purchase order not being created Automatically

Hi all,
I created a Condition type for Purchase order in MN04 with key combination "Doc.Type/Purch.Org/Vendor". The problem arises when i delete this condition record. After deletion when i create purchase order in me21n for that condition type, the system gives an error.
Message no. 06261 - No message generated for output of purchasing document.
Is there anyway the purchase order message is created automatically again when its condition type has been deleted from MN04.

Before creating the entry in MN04 the message was being created automatically. I want the system to create the same output message as it was creating before the creation of the entry in MN04.

Rebate Agreement Statement not being sent automatically

Hi SAP experts,
I am currently investigating why 3rd Party Commission Agents are not receiving Settlement Statement Details automatically.
Can anybody help on where the setting can be incorrect or why the communication are not being sent.
In FI transaction FBL5N everything looks correct.

I have a doubt? Who must receipt the e-mail? the customer or the sales agent?
If the agent must receipt the e-mail perhaps you can create a Z-FIELD for the email of the agent (with the BADI 'CUSTOMER_ADD_DATA' and 'CUSTOMER_ADD_DATA_CS' (in table KNB1 eg) and in the enhancement populate the field FINAA-INTAD with the email of the agent if BKORM-EVENT is the right correspondence (it works as a filter).
