ATT email in updated form does not open on Firefox - how can I return to classic or make the new version compatible with Firefox?
Since I updated to the latest version of ATT email from the classic email version, I can't get Firefox to open the mail. And I can't find a link to go back to classic. I need to know if there is a change that I need to make in my Firefox settings to make it compatible or how to return to classic.
The change between Firefox 3.6.* and Firefox 4 is how location bar search works. In Firefox 3.6 it uses Google "Browse by name" search. With the browse by name search, it performs a Google search and if there is a clear match it will take you to the site, otherwise it shows the Google search result. With Firefox 4 it just performs a Google search if you type something which is not recognised as a URL.
To get the Firefox 3.6 behaviour on Firefox 4 you need to change a hidden preference.

The iPad is disabled. I followed directions to put it in recovery mode. The screen appeared with iTunes. It does not open automatically. How can I open it?
You've connected the iPad to your computer and you have iTunes open on your computer (your computer's iTunes may not automatically open) - does that not recognise that an iPad in recovery mode has been connected to it ? If your iTunes isn't recognising the iPad then try these troubleshooting pages :

Did a regular update of Acrobat, from within the application. Update completed normally. After update, Acrobat does not open. No error or any message. Tried repairing, same.

iphone is dead, gone to insurance co. for replacement. They say because "Find My iPhone" is still active, they can't replace or try to fix it. problem is can't log in to de-activate it, cos email account does not exist anymore. How can I de-activate it?

You must have your iTunes and App Stores set to the same country that your billing information is based in (i.e.: must use a US credit card in US iTunes and App Stores).
If you move to another country, you need to change the country of your iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, and Mac App Store account. Otherwise, your credit card might not work as payment. For example, only German credit cards can be used to buy content from the German iTunes and App stores.

I have a Mac desktop OSX Version 10.7.4 upgraded to Lion to use iCloud. Now my Parallels Desktop 5 for Mac/Build 5.0.9376 using Windows 7 does not open. What upgrade of Parallels do I need to make this work? Or what do I need to do at this point?

I am now using v3.6.8 and tried updating to v7.01 but it does not seem to work. Went to control panel to remove all the old versions but Firefox was not listed there although Thunderbird is there. Please advise asap, thanks
I recommend backing up your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong during the uninstall/reinstall process. See [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Backing+up+your+information Backing up your information]. (You can copy your entire Firefox profile folder somewhere outside of the Mozilla folder.)
In the Control Panel, Add/Remove programs, look for '''Mozilla Firefox'''. Make sure to save (do not delete) your personal settings when uninstalling.

Since I updated I can't open anything that comes in a pop upwindow i.e. pdf or mail window. How can I solve or go back to the previous version - it worked just fine.
I am not sure what your problem is, can you give more details.
One possibility is you may be in full screen mode, for details on fixing that see the [[menu bar is missing]] article.

For that matter, doing an in-place upgrade on the OS is always a gamble with Adobe programs. Reinstalling all the versions you need, in order, would probably solve your problem.
And you shouldn't need to save as IDML after opening the .inx in CC. -
