Attendee List with Personnel area and position

Hi
Is there any report which gives the attendee list with personnel area and position. Tried to get it through adhoc query with set operationss. But the booked date is missing.

You can change what is displayed using the layout once you have run the report. This is from the report documentation:
"You select the data you want displayed under Change layout.
When you choose this function, a dialog box appears with the columns that are displayed on the list screen in the left table, and the hidden columns in the right table.
The arrows let you determine what columns are displayed. To transfer the changed layout, choose Transfer.
To save the layout, choose Save layout. You can call this layout as required by choosing Choose layout."
We don't actually maintain attendees in our system, so I can't run the report. But hopefully if you change the layout you can get the additional fields that you want.

I am not clear on what you are wanting DW to do for you? Is it that you want it to insert a three item unordered list? No - there's no such function. You would need to click in Design view where you want the list to go, click on the bulleted list icon on the Property inspector, and then enter the three items separated by carriage returns. Then you'd have to link each item specifically.
To enter the named anchors to element ID values, CS5 has no way to do this. You'd have to enter those links manually.

Incorrect combinations for personnel area and personnel subare

Hi all,
we are getting incorrect combinations for personnel area and personnel subarea in the Target and as well in report.
we are using standard datasources 0PERS_AREA_TEXT and 0PERS_SAREA_TEXT, we are extracting only masterdata text from ECC, Not maintaining Attibute and Hierarchy for personnel area and personnel subarea.
we created (Actions overview) report on top of standard DSO 0PA_DS12 extracted from data source 0HR_PA_1,
Actually some of employees are changed on xxxx.xx.xx date from one personnel area to another personnel area with respective subarea's, but here employee personnel area are coming correctly but not for subarea.
what i need to do now?
can any one help out in this..

Hi,
In this context we will have two senarios.
1. Displaying the Personal Area and Personal Sub Area from Transactional data.
2. Displaying from Master Data.
If you choose Scenario 1 then, Personal Area and Personal Sub Area will be shown as per ECC entry. But in second scenario, If one Personal area or Personal Sub Area changed over a period of time that will effect the historical data also.
For Example if your Personal Sub Area changed on Apr 1, 2011.
Scenario 1: Report will be as per ECC Data ( from Apr 1, 2011 onwards it will show new Personal Sub Area).
Scenario 2: Report will show new Personal Sub Area of Personal Area for entire data.

Go to PQAH T Code,select key field PERNR with right click as output with name & text,in Org assignment select PA & PSA and execute you may get a report with emp no name PA & PSA.
Same way all queries can be formed this way for you.

How to make an editable bulleted list with multiple lines and custom bullets?

How do I create an editable bulleted list in Acrobat Pro? I've figured out how to add text fields with multiple lines, and how to add a list box, but I don't see the check box for multiple lines in the list box or how to add bullet points. Can someone please give me step by step instructions? Also is it possible to use custom bullet points?

Is it a text field or a list box field? The two are not the same...
The bullets are something that the user will have to enter manually (into a text field, they can only select values in a list-box).
They can use any unicode character, or special characters if the font used for that field allows for it. You can't use images for the bullets, if that's what you mean.

Error with Business area and profit center

Hello Guru's,
I have an issue when posting the stock through t-code MB1C and 521 movement type. We have assigned business area and profit centers for plants as below:
For Plant 1000,
Business Area:       1100
Profit center:           1100
And For Plant 2000,
Business Area:        1200
Profit center:             1200
But when I am assigning plant 2000, and assigning business area and profit center as 1200 respectively. System by default is picking as 1100 with a warning message.
Please help this resolving this issue, I want the system to take the correct assigned BA and Profit center.

Hi Varun,
One of the possible ways is, to assign a business area to the cobination of Plant and Division in OMJ7 (Assignment is possible for other combinations as well). Later you can define a substitution rule so that, a profit center is substituted to the combination of Plant and Business Area.

Replenishment delivery for material with MRP areas and Avl Check

HI We have MRP area at storage location level maintained for materials. Stock exists in the plant in the storage location which is part of the MRP area.
Now when I create STO and try to create delivery for the same, system is giving message 0 stock available and not creating delivery. Material has 02 Avl Chck group.If I deactivate the MRP area in the material master, it allows creation of delivery.
How can I ensure that system creates delivery even though stocks exist in MRP area relevant sloc only in the plant?

1) According to SAP when inbound deliveries are used and your delivery item category is set up for mvt type 101, these should be received with transaction VL32N. If you use MIGO/MB0A instead the GR status in the delivery will not be updated. If you then report on open deliveries you'll notice that nothing is received in the course of time. Amazing. Now if you set up the delivery item category without the movement type your inbound will not even be GR relevant. Just one of these things that's nice to be aware of.

Synchronizing 2D axis movement with indepedent velocity and position

I am coding a motion control system using an NI-73xx motion control board and 2 stepper motor linear slides. The requirement is for both slides to move at the same time (synchronously) yet each slide must have its own velocity and travel distance. I coded the two axis successfully so they both will run one at a time within a state machine. Then I created a state where the two axis ran in parallel. This worked but the 2 axis were out of sync.... duh, I should've known that!
Anyway, I rewrote the state machine "Run Both" instance using the Start Motion.flx set with Axis\VS Map configured to run axis 1 and axis 2 along with the Resource input set to Axis Control (0). I'm still having problems. The x axis only runs 1 time. the y axis runs too many times? I'm not sure whats going on. Can someone look through the block diagram and tell me what I am missing. I have been staring at it too long and I know I am overlooking something(s).

Because of the specific VI's used in this program, I am not able to save it for previous version. However, I have taken a screen shot of the block diagram so that you can build it yourself. It is a very simple program and most of the VI's should still have the same name in 2011 as in 8.6. One thing I will point out is that the synchronization occurs in the flat sequence structure. By having the smart motion VI's within the sequence structure, the motors will not be updated until both VI's receive data. This is still software timed synchronization, and so it will be dependent on Windows OS jitter which can be as much as 500ms depending on how many processes are running. Depending on your application though this might be a sufficient amount of synchronization. Please let me know if you have any questions about this program or the VI's I used.

Export song list with Japanese, Chinese and some Korean characters

I had tried to export my list of songs (which consist mainly of Japanese songs, some Chinese songs and a few Korean) using .xml but it seems like everytime I try to open it using Firefox or IE, both browsers will freeze and hang. I tried exporting as .txt, but non-English character will appear as question marks.
May I know if there is any other better way for me to export my song lists?

Use a different Apple ID for iMessage (and FaceTime). You can continue to share the same ID for iTunes purchasing but you should have separate IDs for each person for iMessage and FaceTime. To change the ID, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with a separate ID. Then do the same thing in Settings>FaceTime.

You can not get the report with address details from standard reports. You have to download the address from table level to excel and you can do what ever you want. If you want a special report what you want you have to contact your programmer (ABAP).

In Leopoard why does ls -l end the list with an end and how to change it

When I do an ll something (equivalent to ls -l something) when the list is complete there is a end at the bottom of the terminal window. This requires a carriage return before you can enter another command. Is there a way to change it? This did not occur in Tiger. Also is there a way to allow a long list of files without doing a control F to continue seeing the list?

It sounds like your output is getting piped through less or more.
You might be able to do something like this:
export PAGER="less -ise"
The -e argument is the important one here:
<pre>
-e or --quit-at-eof
Causes less to automatically exit the second time it reaches
end-of-file. By default, the only way to exit less is via the
"q" command.
