Audio Probelms with some DVDS/BLU-RAY discs when using optical out to Audigy 2

I have my PS3 connected to my Audigy 2 ZS soundcard via optical?cable to play 5. sound on my PC sound system (Klipsch Promedia Ultra 5.). I have finally successfully played discrete 5. sound with some DVDs. I have changed my optical out setting to bitstream in the DVD/BD menu (XMB) and selected optical with everything checked in (XMB). So far, The Matrix, The Matrix Reloaded and Minority Report have worked in proper 5. (not stereo matrixing). Both Dolby Digital and DTS tracks (I know it works because it sounds twice as good as Dolby?Digital) ?work in Minority Report. The problem is... Jurassic Park (DTS) and my Blu-ray MIssion Impossible 3 have no audio (probably more too). The STRANGE part is if I fastfoward both films by .5x (so that audio plays in FF) I can hear audio. When FF by .5x the display signal on the top of the screen changes from DTS or DOLBY DIGITAL: Multi Channel to DTS or DOLBY DIGITAL: 5..
What is with that?Also I still do not get audio in any games, Resistance (Blu-ray)?or any game demo but I do get the audio from the game display screen (XMB). Please if anyone has?any?useful advise or information it would be greatly appreciated.

Problems with IQ810UK DVD Blu Ray Drive

Hi - My IQ810uk is only a few weeks old and I'm having trouble already...
My DVD / Blu Ray drive is playing up.... It seems really tempremental. I put purchased Audio CD's in and they are not recognized every time.
Also, I'm trying to import my cd's into iTunes but they nearly always get stuck on track 7 or 8. I have not had one cd import correctly yet! It just seems a bit of a coincedence that it stops on the same tracks.
I tried the same cds on my old pc and they worked first time. Its as if the drive gets to a certain point on the disc and then stops.
I'm really disappointed with this PC - never had so many problems with a new computer - especially one that cost £1500!

i suspect your itunes is a bit dodgy, only because you don't see the same issue when playing the same music in WMP.... however also sounds to me your drive might not be functioning all that well - you might want to check the windows event logs for any system errors that relate to the dvd drive, if there are errors then probably best to call HP Support, I'd say call HP Support regardless as it does sound like the dvd drive is playing up...

HP HDX 16 Blu-Ray discs will not play!

I have researched this Blu Ray issue for days without a real solution. I am running Vista and notice many people feel upgrading to windows 7 was the issue, but I do not believe it is since I am still on Vista, with the same Blu-Ray disc issuey here. Also I do not have Itunes another popular fix. I did upgrade all the drivers I could and all the software I could from HP but did not resolve the issue. I can play regular dvd discs but not the Blu-Ray ones with the exception of 1. Surprisingly it is a newer one also. Updating the Media Smart has also caused a problem with not being able to use the keyboard light at the top to open the dvd drive. (one problem at a time though.)

After years of this issue being a problem does anyone have a real fix solution? Or Does the Blu-Ray player need to be replaced and with what.

IMac won't accept blu-ray discs

My iMac won't accept a blu-ray disc when I insert it - the iMac spits it back out after about 10 to 15 seconds. I then tried a normal DVD and the iMac accepted it and started playing it almost immediately. Is it not possible to play blu-ray discs on an iMac or Powerbook? Are there any fixes?

I in the same situation as Seattle Oz, in that I am thinking of buying an iMac and would like to use it to produce high-definition videos. I currently use a Sony VAIO VGN -- A R21S which has a Blu-ray disk drive. I am told that with the use of Roxio Toast, I can burn to a Blu-ray disc but cannot play it. I find it pretty incredible that a product that is renowned for video editing and allows you to produce a Blu-ray disc doesn't actually have the facility to play it! However that being the case, what does anyone else do, to produce HD quality videos and how do they export them, if not by Blu-ray disc. I would also like to know what format the output is in, when it is burned onto the Blu-ray disc.

I exported a .m2t file from premiere using the mainconcept pro hd plugin. the video is a 1920 x 1080i 29.97 fps .m2t video at the highest mpeg quality settings on the plugin. The file its 29 gigs on size and looks great when played back directly, it is 1 hour and 45 minutes long. Then I imported the file to encore cs3 and made a nice set of menus and chapters, etc. Then I set the quality settings for transcoding to the best quality mpeg for 1920 x 1080 interlaced video, and check the project settings as well to the best quality. And here is when I notice a few strange things: 1.- The disc info bar, in the Build section, shows that the blu ray disc is using only 2.7 gigs of space, even when the .m2t file is 29 gigs and I`m using the best quality settings. 2.- the preview image in the monitor section looks choppy and very low quality. 3.- finally, after hours of transcoding and burning, the quality of the finished blu ray disc is very, very bad, and the total size of the files burned into the disc is about 7 gigs total. I tried many different quality settings in the program, but the results are the same or worst. I tried burning the original 29 gigs file using other program (cyberlink power producer) with no menus, and the results are far superior. (the things is I need the menus and chapters in this project, so I HAVE to do it in encore). Is there a way to get a decent quality blu ray using my video file in encore ? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

29 GB seems too big for that amount of footage (at least to me).

I don't know if Jeff would agree, but there are a lot of problems with BluRay authoring. All you have to do is look up and down the list of posts. Personally, I think I bypassed all that by using Cineform.

How do you get Chapter Markers to work when burning a Blu-ray Disc in FCP7?

I created my first-ever Blu-ray disc yesterday, using FCP7. My edited video was 95 minutes long -- it took 10 hours to encode and burn the disc, using an external Blu-ray burner.
The Blu-ray disc looks and sounds great -- but my 21 chapter markers are nowhere to be found. When I play back the disc in my standalone Blu-ray player, clicking "next" on the remote simply advances the video in 30-second increments (instead of taking me to the chapter markers I'd carefully created in FCP -- because this was a music concert performance, the markers are important and I need them to work.)

just to clarify in the 'edit markers' dialogue box you have clicked 'Add Chapter Marker' button and this has added the text '<CHAPTER>' to the 'comment' box.

Creating Blu ray disc using FCP

I'm curious to know how people are creating a data file for a Blu Ray Disc that use FCP? i.e Toast w/ a third party burner.

In either you should start a video file exported as self contained current settings from FCP, and encode that to either h.264 blu ray mpeg2 HD in the settings of either Encore or Toast.

Folks, I think that I'm in trouble... I created 3 HD projects with DSP (i do not have the tapes and fcp project anymore, neither the HDV 1080i mov file) and I need to be burned it with a Blu-Ray Media, and play it with a BR Player... So far I made the following steps:
1-) In FCP, I exported some Quicktime Movies with HDV 1080i60 codec (movie with chapters, menu bg movie, extras).
2-) In Compressor, I used the preset HD MPEG-2 19,0 MBPS for videos, and Dolby digital professional 2.0 for audios.
3-) In DSP I created a HD DVD Project (DISC window, GENERAL tab, DVD STANDARD = HD DVD; DISC WINDOW, DISC/VOLUME tab, DISC MEDIA = BLUE LASER, LAYER OPTION = OTP) with movies, extras, menus...
4-) In ADVANCE BURN (under FILE MENU) I chose BUILD.
5-) Now I got a HVDVD_TS folder, with my movie compilation...
NOW, my doubt is... The folder HVDVD_TS can be burned on a BR Media and be played on a BR Player ?
If not, what can I do with my HVDVD_TS folders to be compatible with Blu Ray ?

That can't be done. Get the tapes back and start over. Get the new Toast in the tutorial I posted to make a Blu ray disc.
You could try this tool to demux the streams, transcode to QT then re-encode for Blu Ray but I wouldn't go that direction unless you know what your doing. You would also be encoding twice which is not good.
Get the original source back and go the toast route from the start.

Premiere elements does not recognize Blu-Ray disc, says media not present. Under 12 I was able to record 3 blu-ray dvds using the same burner and discs I'm trying with 13. What is the problem?

I installed PE13 and cannot burn blu-ray DVDs. I was able to burn 3 blu-ray DVDs using PE12. When I select DVD from the menu it recogniazes that it is not a stadard DVD as I get an 'incorrect media' error message. It will burn standard DVDs of the same video using standard DVD mefia.
What is going on here?
When I loaded PE 12 back on the computer I cannot load a file created with PE13. Looks like a format change? Can I convert file back to PE12?

Look to Burn To: in the Burn Dialog, and scroll down there to the option that you want.
Please let me know if this ISO Image choice is going to work for you. But I will keeping searching for the answer to these no media present situations.

Probably because they don't accept that media.
Try using Verbatim DVD+DL (if your project exceeds 2 hours) or Verbatim DVD-R if it doesn't.

Partial Audio Missing on Blu Ray Disc

I have a project that is approximately 90 minutes that was created in Premiere CC. When I burn a Blu Ray disc for this project using Encore CS6, and subsequently play the disc in a Blu Ray player, the last 4-5 minutes of audio is missing. It plays perfectly all the way through in Encore when I watch it in the monitor, and if I play the audio file separately on my computer, the entire thing is there. I don't understand what could possibly cause this issue. No matter how I transcode, MPEG2, H.264, etc. it still has the issue during playback on a Blu Ray device. Any suggestions?

Regarding Encore building a Blu Ray disc and having the audio quit part way through the video, I also have experienced that nasty problem.
From reading the Ray Tisdale postings on this issue, I discover that I had a similar problem, and have discovered a resolution which I wanted to share, to help others experiencing this mystery (which I have no doubt there are).
My project is 15 chapters of story, one hour 10 minutes total, a documentary, developed in chapters using Permier Pro in CS6. These were developed separately, exported to files separately, imported into Encore, then placed in sequence on a single timeline. This is how I am accustomed to doing it, having recently migrated to CS6 from Sony Vegas Pro 12.0/DVD Architect 6.0 (If DVD Architect did not blast the image resolution down to approximately VHS when producing DVDs, I would still be using it). The project in question was originally developed using Sony Vegas, but I could not get image quality up to decent standards (two years of messing around, debugging, dealing with tech support, and etc.), so I ported the entire video image for image and word for word to CS6, essentially manually remaking the entire video for the second time (a six month part time effort).
Reading Ray Tinsdale's post gave me the clue as to what might be happening with my project. As a BD I would experience full program operation when Previewing and when burning a DVD, but a Blu Ray build would make a disc that started off fine - three complex menus with music and the first chapter working fine (audio and video) but part way throuigh the second chapter the audio just quit and stayed missing for the remainder of the video (images were fine, full BD resolution).
No amount of effort would resolve the problem. Besides trying multiple changes - such as synchronizing file format of all audio, and innumerable other attempts at guessing the cause - this (requiring about two days of my time) included taking a brand new Solid State Drive, installing Windows 7 from distribution disc, installing all computer drivers, and only software necessary to run CS6 (including Encore), update windows (192 updates) and CS6, and all other software, and protect from internet virus (etc.). A computer as fresh new as it could be from the factory still produced the same problem when Encore made a BD disc. This effort narrowed the problem down to being an Encore problem. P.S. I had done the same with Vegas Pro to determine the image resolution was an internal Vegas problem, not my use of the program or details/settings of my project.
On reading Ray Tisdale's resolution I revised my project to have 17 timelines (including two others besides my 15 story chapters - such as splash screen and etc.). Timelines are linked as necessary to play as if the chapters were sequentially placed on one timeline. After some brief and trivial debugging using the check project function, I rendered to a folder - discovering that the audio was not missing, although I was unable to get it to play as a BD disc from the folder. With this success I burned a BD disc and now I have a BD video with audio from start to finish.
Although I now have a working video with audio start to finish (as I designed my documentary), there is an annoying pause between chapters as the BD player shifts between files (each chapter/timeline is built into a separete file and linked as specified). From my DVD Architect experience I know that the only resolution to this (pause between chapters when playing on DVD or BD player) is to produce a single rendered output file combinining all chapters in Premier Pro, then to render it as a single huge output file (requiring an equally huge amount of time - this was 12 hours with Vegas Pro, and I have not yet tried it using PP). When the single huge output file is imported into Encore and placed on one timeline chapter markers are inserted at appropriate points, so that navigation menus can function as designed.
Now, I suppose that I am better off than with Sony Vegas. Both have extraordinarily annoying and mysterious deficiencies and bugs (which the program vendors will not admit) and extraordinarily annoying problems. But at least with CS6 I get good quality video images.

Downsides to multiplexing audio for H.264 Blu-ray disc?

I have a 9 minute video; personal/consumer use; 1280x720; 59.94; source video from a Contour+ helmet camera that stores .mov, H.264; audio is on a separate track from my own selection of mp3 files (it is a music video). I have three intended playback targets: Blu-ray disc, Sony PS3 native, and PC/Windows Media Player. Is there a big downside on video or audio quality in this case using multiplexing to produce a single .m2t file imported into Encore to produce the BD vs. separate .m4v/.wav files? Not a huge deal, but having to maintain one production files vs. three is a minor plus if it makes little to no difference on the BD front.
Depending on the answer, If I use the H.264 Blu-ray format/preset in PP to produce the .m2t file does Encore have to re-encode? I am assuming Encore does not reencode if I am using separate .m4v/.wav files.

You must always remember gents, when you multiplex, there is a BUFFER attached to that (computer term that means a chunk of size and bit defined fast memory space that holds an intermediate piece of data for shuttling to the next piece of hardware). This changes the MAX Bitrate allowed for your video (but it doesn't show in AME cs6 and I don't think it shows in lower versions; not sure about cc). Since you are tying one stream to another, and effectively weaving the data into one stream, you are maxing out the amount of data you can pass in that stream. Only certain types of data can be read in this manner. Think of it this way, you have taken two sets of data with different bit widths, and different bit-sample rates, and tied them together into one stream. This stream still has to fit in the max data rates of the medium. Your video cannot exceed 30mb\s and you are also left with another problem. Audio, without mux, has so many different formats and bit fiddling profiles that it would be difficult to make sure it was within the sizing for data. If, however, you limit it to one major codec, and use predefined bit\sample rates that can be sized up, you'll be able to tell if all the settings are "legal" or not, as you then have a predefined data-size for both audio and video. If you don't multiplex, you get 2 streams. It takes longer to load the disc, but both streams are cached. Typically, with more motion, I like to non-plex, but with more emphasis on audio, I start leaning toward a TS file. IF you want forward compatibility, select an intermediate codec, with little to no compression, save to a disc image, then burn a disc and file it away. Every 10-15 years, hire an intern to turn their hair white recoding all your video and following the same procedure (unpaid internship time), but make them happy by hiring them as "Labor" on a short job or two and pay them well for standing around or stroking the egos of the "Talent". What can I say, we all work more diligently and creatively when we feel more connected with it, whether we're brooding and trying to communicate the angst of a lost generation, or felling powerful enough to choreograph leaping tall buildings in a single bound. Misery loves company, and powerful loves to be reminded it is by everybody whether it is or isn't.

Lets go back to dvd for a moment. DVD structure is Video TS and Audio TS. TS is Transport Stream. A stream is a BUFFERED movement of data that is transferred quickly in set sized chunks. In DVD there were two transport streams to play back early on. Later, many started muxing those streams and encrypting them, so that upon Decrypting they could be played. Muxing made the encryption easier, as only one stream needed to be encrypted and it was all in the Video TS. Audio TS folders are still written, but there is little data there. In fact, removing this folder when no data is actually present has shown in some cases to do no damage, while in others, it will not play. This is because, it is used as a shell to copy. It initiates the audio stream playback on older players, and on newer players it isn't necessary.
Blu-ray yields similar limitations. You need to match the size of the buffer you are feeding. Most players max out around 35mps from the old sets, and newer players actually pull more like 50mps. If you don't know your target, you'll be out of luck. I've seen blu-rays that don't play on older players being sold at video stores, at Frys, everywhere. I've played them on an old one and found them to be unplayable. Newer formats do not work with older players, but, they note it on the package that you need to meet certain specs, and those specs can usually be found on a sticker on your device so you can see if they match. Remember your Target BitRate and Max Bitrate. The Target should be less than the max for the device you aim for. CS6 won't usually allow anything over 32.7mps, anyway, so setting this in AME even with dynamic linking could cause problems. However, you do have the choice to locate a transcode... ...presents an interesting possibility. I've been trying to get a project done or I'd try this myself:
I'd use the x264 free codec, with some basic options and blu-ray-compatible flag, with --fake-interlaced, to create a transcode and link it into encore. However, encore hasn't liked any of my transcodes that use multiple passes. I'm going to try with a single pass later, and produce an intermediate output for now.

Creating HD 1920x1080i/p on iMac, DVD or Blu-ray Disc???

Looking for some basic answers which I can't find from the camera manufacturers, Apple, and the net in general. After reading literally thousands of posts on the many discussion forums for months, I just purchased a Canon VIXIA HF S200, which is a Flash Memory SD/SDHC consumer camcorder. (Thankfully my new iMac has an SD slot).
Just FYI, I've used Apple since @1995, mainly a Power PC and then a 2006 2 GB Intel Core Duo iMac. With that I've made many home videos. Generally, the movies (e.g., iMovie 6 -> iDVD) were put together with many different formats, vids from the net, vids from family members' cameras and mine, camcorders, still cameras with movie capability, etc. One movie might utilize material I've gathered for years in the form of jpg, png, pict., tiff, avi, mpg, mov, wmv, mp3, wav, aiff… you get the idea. I've always paid the extra $ for QT Pro, etc., in order to edit the various formats or convert them. iMovie6 handled basically whatever I threw at it, and gave me in return quality movies, or as good as the source material anyway, that I could burn in iDVD so family could have copies. I probably took iMovie as far as it could go, editing to the nth degree music-to-pic or vid timings, voice overs, etc. If I needed engineered title pages/pictures that iMovie couldn't make, etc., I'd make them in .ppt and save as jpegs or pull stuff off the net for the movie. My point is I've always found a way to solve any problems with research and trial and error. So now that I'm retired, I want nothing less than quality video content. (Meaning High Definition!)
I am now the proud owner of a 27" iMac 2.93 i7, and it is gorgeous. Had I known that Apple would be stealing all my fun by destroying Quicktime (yes, I kept QT 7.6.6), totally screwing up iMovie, and who knows what I'll find with iDVD and FCE when I buy it, I might have steered clear of the iMac that I thought was going to give me real High Definition capabilities. If you read through these forums carefully, you'll see that there are hundreds of definitions people use for the term "HD". Apple has basically been saying it's as simple as connecting a camcorder through firewire (of course, if you HAD a firewire camcorder, you would now be using adapters for 400/800 anyway). If you get a firewire HD camcorder, you are probably buying a soon to be bye-bye format in tape, or some kind of digital disc. Even the hard drive types are not promising. That leaves flash memory (light, small, quite sturdy)… but these don't have firewire, at least none that I can find for my needs.
So now I have a $900 camcorder (which is probably going back) that shoots in AVCHD, which is coded by way of MPEG-4 AVC/H.264. Of course, Apple wants no part of Blu-ray, for which AVCHD was made. It can author directly to Blu-ray, as well as something called AVCHD Discs, but I can't use Canon's software because I don't want Windows. Canon also natively records in 24 Mbps @ 1920x1080, at different frame rates. All this pretty much ensures that you will need to drop everything down to nearly standard definition while trying to navigate through iMovie, a QT app in need of energy, iDVD, FCE (whose specs don't even line up eye-to-eye with Apple's own iMovie)…
OK, I think you can see my frustration, and I do apologize for showing it so openly (kind of, anyway)… but I see this same pain in so many posts… is there ANYONE that can tell us what kind of HD camera we can use to make hard copies (DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) of home movies. I want to be able to save these family movies for 20 years or more, hopefully… though all the software, camera and Apple people seem to think everything is for streaming on YouTube or posting to FB… the IRONY is that while I am trying to make movies we can keep, everyone's trying to sell us ways to put our movies on the net, where we couldn't get rid of them even if we wanted to… so WE don't get to keep a copy, but the world will always have it once it's posted…
If there is anyone out there that really knows if we can produce DVD's or other discs that family can play in their homes, please help us out with something truly specific. Yes, I would certainly buy a Blu-ray burner if it would work on my "world class" iMac with HD, but no one even seems to know. I am not the only one begging to know what camera will work, or what software will do the trick, etc. I don't mean to imply that anyone's giving bad advice on purpose, but when a poster answers with "you can try converting to this, then ripping it from that, then just reformat to those with some whatever from whomever"… well, we could post back and forth forever without hearing each other… Apple used to stand for simplicity as well as reliability; but now, for example, absolutely no one knows why my extra RAM doesn't work correctly, or even if it should (trying Googling RAM slots for new iMacs, you will not believe the half truths, the bass-ackward answers and other nonsense in the forums).
Many of us seem willing to pay big bucks (like for my i7 iMac) for nice stuff, so if you are listening, Apple, can you at least tell us how to get something done? Your suggested list of camcorder compatibility is a joke, as it tells nearly nothing, except that we'll be buying camcorders with features you will not support… my camcorder works great until you realize that the best recording mode they have I can't export to iMovie… guess I should just use the "standard definiton", huh, after shelling out a grand for the camera with flash GB's and batteries… (I can send it all back, so no need to send me a check, Apple/Canon… heck, I could even send back the iMac, if it wasn't so GORGEOUS).
Last week, I added RAM to my i7, and at http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3918, it states:
"i5 and i7 Quad Core iMac computers come with both top memory slots populated. These computers will not start up if only a single DIMM is installed in any bottom slot; these computers should operate normally with a single DIMM installed in any top slot. Core Duo iMac computers should operate normally with a single DIMM installed in any slot, top or bottom. ("Top" and "bottom" slots refer to the orientation of the slots in the pictures below. "Top" refers to the slots closest to the display; "bottom" refers to the slots closest to the stand)."
Well, first, what if I had DIMMs in both "bottom" slots, but none in the top slots, would it work? NO ANSWER, right? And you got the "top and bottom" slots mixed up… please, you are upside down on even the most basic thing… typos are one thing, but… *do you see what I mean?*
Well, since the camera people don't know what their camera does, and I don't know what the iMac, FCE and FCP can do, again I ask you good people out there who are trying hard to make all this stuff work: just what camera or software will work with this top of the line computer to make simple HD movies? I will be forever indebted to anyone who can help in any way…

You replied to so many items I wouldn't know where to start. Some of the replies, regarding USB connections, vids on the net, for example, I still must respectfully disagree with you.
You did, however, address many of my rants very well, and I thank you. I was going off the deep end and I don't know why I would expect answers to such a rambling post, most of which wasn't even a question. But you all did a good job of calming me down, so expect my future posts to be more to the point, at least. In a professional and confident manner, you told me what I needed to hear to get real help. I'll see my shrink tomorrow, then maybe you could help with these few things first:

Once and for all: Can DVD SP build Blu-Ray disc content or not?

Maybe I’m crazy, but…
Everything I’ve heard to date has Apple backing the Blu-Ray format. Believing this, I just spent $900 on a new Lacie D2 external Blu-Ray burner (which IS Mac compatible). I also purchased Toast 8 (which IS Blu-Ray compatible).
All I need to do now is build my disc content (assign H.264 1920x1080 content, build menus, etc.) then drop it all into Toast and burn Blu-Ray video discs… right?
So what is all this I’m reading here about DVD Studio Pro supporting the HD DVD format and not Blu-Ray???!!!!!!
Am I going to be able to do this using DVD SP or not, and if not, can anybody tell me a program I can use to build my Blue-Ray disc content? (All of my HD content is H.264 (1920x1080) rendered directly from Adobe After Effects).
My deadline for this project is fast approaching and I’m hoping somebody can shed some light on this. If I can build Blu-Ray discs and burn them on my Mac using Toast 8 and the Lacie D2, I’ll make my deadline and justify the $900 spent thus far.
Can anybody help?

Wait a minute,
Maybe I don’t need to buy PC to run DVDit Pro HD. I have a Mac Pro! With Boot camp I have a PC! Any reason I shouldn’t try running DVDit on my Mac via the Boot Camp beta? That way I'd also be using my Lacie D2 Bu-Ray drive. And with Roxio's 30 day return policy I haven’t much to loose...
I'm calling Roxio tech support. Let you know how it goes

Just got back from digging into Roxio's discussion forum and here's what I found:
I have travelled down the same frustrating path my friend!
But I did succeed doing it all on my new mac Pro, finally...
Install BOOTCAMP (free beta). Install WINDOWS XP ($269 from AMAZON). Install ULEAD BD RECORDER, which comes with DVD MOVIEFACTORY 6 (free trial, $80 to buy).
BDAV worked well from SONY V1-U burning to MATSHITA BD-MLT SW-5582 and played perfectly in new SAMSUNG 1200 palyer on my 57" DLP.
TIP - install BOOTCAMP et al on its own HD, and use NTFS... This will come in handy when doing a BDAV from a file such as HDV1080 that is larger than 4GB.
To do BDMV, you'll need SONIC DVD-IT PRO HD ($499) which I have yet to try...
Frustrating process, but kinda cool to figure it all out, especially when NOBODY in sales at any of these places seems to have a clue.
So there you go - must be possible
