Authorization removed but T-code still accesible

Hello,
We are on ECC 6.0 / Oracle 10 / Solaris 10...
I am removing a T-code from a Z role in the system , it is still reflecting to the user...
I am removing it from the menu completely , but i can see it in object S_TCODE...
Is this is a bug or i am missing something?

Hi Rahul,
Please check the status of the object S_TCODE in the role being mentioned by you.If you have the status of the object as STANDARD then the values have been pulled from the entries in the role menu and if the status is MANUALLY then the values have been entered manually and not through the role menu.
After removing the concerned transaction from the role menu and generating the profile,please check where the transaction is appearing in the role authorization,it should not appear in the S_TCODE object if it is in STANDARD status.But if the object S_TCODE is in status MANUALLY the transaction might appear there.

Hi peahen,
Most toolbars are just add-ons. I would try going to ''Tools >Add-ons>Extension'' and removing it from there. You might need to restart Firefox afterwards, but that should be all it takes.

SCCM 2012 Client was removed but SCCM console still showing the status as "Yes"

In a VM, SCCM 2012 client agent was removed and the VM was reverted back to a clean machine. SCCM console still shows the status as "Yes" even after the client agent was removed. Heartbeat Discovery is set to run every 1 hour.
Please guide on this.

It's kind like a person dying (sorry to be a bit morbid) -- how does the phone company know the person died? The dead person certainly can't tell them and the phone company doesn't query every person it services and ask them "are you alive?"
Thus, someone else must notify them of the person's passing. This is no different than a client agent "dying" in ConfigMgr. A ConfigMgr site never initiates communication with clients and thus something else needs to tell the site that the client
agent is dead. You! Or, an automated process (as Torsten mentioned) that goes through automatically marks a client as "dead" that hasn't been heard from in x number of days.

Risks has been removed but Mitigating Control still stays with the users?

I have a situation where after a risk has been removed from the users by removing the violating roles, however the Mitigating Control still remains tagged to the same user. Is there any efficient way of removing Mitigating Controls from users where the risks no longer exists?

Hi Joseph, thanks for the info. My problem comes in when the user request to have the violating role removed via CUP and it so happens that the Mitigating Control assigned for the old risk still has 6 more months of validity left. It seem like there is no mechanism to auto remove this MC when the role has been removed after the request in CUP have been approved and auto-provision.
My problem is that there might be many more of such users with redundant MC assigned to them in RAR. I can't find a way to search for such redundant MCs for cleanup. There is a possibility that when the same roles are assigned back to the users via request in CUP, these redundant MC if applicable will cause the Risk Analysis via CUP to not flag out any SoD issue.

How to remove authorization for a single t-code from the list of about 500 users.
They have been authorized to this t-code via different roles.

I dont think it is possible to answer this question in a usefull manner without knowing the transaction code(s)...
In many cases, removing the transaction code from object S_TCODE (only) is useless (except for stupid end users).
Relying on the fact that all end users are stupid, can quickly become an occupational hazard for many transactions...
Depending on the transaction, my recommentation would be to look whether there is an object check upfront in the transaction's underlying coding or a common denominator object which is checked, regardless of how the user accesses the "transaction"... and then restrict those authorization object(s) or remove them entirely if you are sure that the access is not required for what ever reason.
Some transaction groups have a "base check" function from which you can form an opinion.

It is not Apple that decides this. Since Apple is just the retailer, they do not own the copyrights to the content they sell on the iTunes store, if the copyright owner decides to remove something from the store that you have purchased Apple must abide by the terms of their licenseing agreements and remove it. Regretablly this also removes the items from your purchase history. This is why it is up to you to download and backup all of your purchases if you wish to maintain your investment.

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
The section Install missing components has advice on breaking down the iTunes installer into the individual .msi files which might prove useful if one component won't install normally.
If needs be, the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Utility (MS Installer "Fixit") may be able to help force through the installation.

If your Apple ID was changed from your old account, you may have to change it back to your old account to be able to sign out and then change it back after that is done. Take a look at the article below for more information.

I've removed pse10 as an external editor from home /library/ application support/ aperture
BUT...
Aperture/Preferences/Export/external photo editor still shows photoshop elements editor
have tried my hard disk/library/application support but aperture doesn't show there
When I try to open a CR2 file which I exported to my external hard drive - pse10 opens.
I dont want this, i want it to open in Aperture.
It is soooo frustrating.
Please anyone come to my rescue

I am not sure, what you are trying to achieve.
If yo want to store parts of your Aperture library on an external drive, and be able to edit the images on the external drive from Aperture, then don't export the images from Aperture, but use "File > Relocate". This will move the original images out of the library, but Aperture will still be able to access them, when you want to edit the image. You select the image in Aperture like before, but Aperture will reference the original file on your external HD. In Aperture you will not notice any difference with the relocated images on the external drive.

Eek. Sounds like something in the app caused some serious software issues. You can try a hard reset, but I'd imagine you're probably going to have to do an iTunes restore to get it running right again.
