Auto-loading "Top Sites" into a tab

I've successfully auto-loaded my tabs, but is there a way to auto-load "Top Sites" also into a new tab? (I know I can set any newly opened tabs to load "Top Sites"). I am so lazy that I can hardly bring myself to type command-T. Any good way to do this?
In other words, I want the browser to open with tabs for site A, site B, site C, as well as "Top Sites". I can do A, B, and C, but Top Sites doesn't seem to have a conventional URL.

Firefox freezes when I load new pages into new tabs. This started a few weeks ago after I downloaded the latest update to firefox, currently running 7.0.1

After installing the latest update to Firefox a couple of weeks ago, loading new pages into new tabs takes a very very long time IF the page loads at all. I usually have to close the original tab to get the new tabs to load their pages. Sometimes I have to close all Firefox windows and start over to get the page I want to load.
This only started after downloading and installing this new update. I had no problem with new pages/tabs with previous versions.
I have rebooted, run full scans with Spyware Doctor, Malwarebytes and McAfee without solving the problem.

Safari loading top sites despite settings

Hi team–
Running 10.9, with Safari 7.0. Despite having the following settings, when I open the Safari app without any other windows open it loads my Top Sites:
New windows open with: Same Page
New tabs open with: Same Page
Homepage: http://www.reddit.com/
Anyone know why Safari is doing this? This seems contrary to the settings I have for the app. Been doing this since the Mavericks upgrade.

Try resetting Setting's and reverting them back to the original ones, also check your Add-Ons and Extensions, see if there are any unusual things in there and if so remove them.

Why does safari randomly load top sites page?

I have recently updated to Mavericks and un the latest safari on my Macbook pro, but i have noticed since I updated to Mavericks that Safari sometimes randomly just loads the top sites page rather than the requested web page like bbc.co.uk etc.
Any ideas of what is causing this or how i can completely reinstall safari?

From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Extensions
Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.

How to group many tabs on the top-level into one tab?

We have too many tabs on the top-level navigation.
We want to group them into 1 or 2 tabs.

Can I load another URL Into a tabbed panel's main div? In
other words, I click on a tab and then the Tabbed Panels' Content

Firefox loads website in the wrong tab when I click a link and change tabs.

In Firefox when I open a new tab and type in a webpage or click on the homepage button, then change to anoter tab while I wait for it to load, it will load the site in the tab I've switched to instead of the tab that I initially put the address in. This is annoying as it replaces whatever I was working on when it incorrectly loads the new page in the wrong tab. I have a fairly slow internet connection through my phone's hotspot, so it can take a long time to load pages, which is why I try to load something in one tab while working on another.

Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

gotomypc is asking to install java to auto load gotomypc site. Java is already installed and if I try to install again I will get error 1016

Problem with Top Sites in Safari 8

After upgrading to OS X Yosemite I experience a problem with my Top Sites. I add a website to my Top Sites, mark it as permanent by clicking the blue pin - so far, so good. But once I quit Safari and re-open it, the marked Top Site is not shown anymore. Does anyone have a similar problem or does someone have a fix for that?

HT5364 how do I stop sites automatically loading into top sites?

Sites I have been using automatically jump into vacant places on the top sites page where I don't want them. How do I maintain control of top sites so that only the pages I want to be in there go there. I have already done the clearing thing through library but the sites keep jumping in. Also the edit button in the left hand corner has disappeared.

Pin enough sites in place so new ones won't load. You can also go to Safari/Preferences/General and reduce the number of Top Sites that load/show.

In my ~Library I have locked the:

metadata db
etc.
There is no way I can find to stop these crap top sites from loading!!!!!!!!!:(

Never mind, I found out how to do it. However, you can't get rid of all the sites because in Safari 7.0, in the Preferences>General Tab, you can only change Top Sites to a minimum of six. So, you can't entirely get rid of them.
