Automatic identification of contracts in sales order creation

Hi,
I have configured quantity contracts as a automatic determination during Sales Order creation .When i try to create sales order using va01, after i enter Sold-to Party and Material then i hit enter ,system pops up with a dialog box with list of all the contracts existing with that Sold-to Party and Material combination.
Can someone suggest me , is this pop -up window is a User Exit?  If so . can you pls let me know .
I went to program SAPMV45A , which has many includes and try to check the include MV45AFZZ , but could not find out the one which i want for Pop up window.
Thanks in advance

Hi,
If it is a standard sap configuration..Then it may not be a user exit..
After entering the sold -to party ...Then press /H in the command button..
Then start debugging..You might the call.
    OR
after the popup is displayed..Press F1 on any one of the field..In that help..press technical info button...Then check the program and  screen number..
Go to SE51 with the program and screen number. Then press the where-used list button to get the calling place..
Thanks

  • Sales order creation with respect to contracts

    Hi Guys,
I am trying to create a saleorders with referece to contract for which in the background I configured so that during my sales order creation I see the pop-up box with all existing contracts for a specified sold-to party.
This process is so painful that order entry people have to manually select from the big list (pop up box consisting of huge list).
Is there any way so that I can automate this process insetead of selecting contracts from that list.
    Regards
    Krishna

    Hi Ravi,
Thanks for your solution and could you please give me some more details what is the neame of the user exit.
and welcome for some more suggestions.
    Thanks
    Krishna
One way is to create the order with reference to the Contract and then the system will not give the pop up for the existing contracts.
The other way to automate the process is by using a userexit. Here the system should check all the existing valid contracts for this sold to party and should select the oldest or latest valid contract, as per the client choice.
    Thanks,
    Ravi

  • Sales Order Creation with reference to Contract

    Hi all ,
    Existing Setup in the System:
    1)  I have a contract created with a validity period of 30 days. When i create sales order with reference to contract, then i get a pop-up box, from the box i can select my contract.
    2) I have a Lead time configured as 5 days for the Sales document type , I,e when I create sales order I can see my Requested delivery date is always system date + 5 days.
    3) I have a Pricing date configured as Today’s date. Therefore when I create sales order I can see pricing date becomes the system date.
    Execution of Sales Order:
    4) When I create Sales Order with reference to contract document. Always Requested Delivery date is compared with Contract Validity Dates.
    Example: Contract Validity 01/03/2008   -    31/03/2008
Sales Order: Sales Order Creation date -> 19/03/2008, Pricing Date: 19/03/2008 Requested delivery date 24/03/2008.
    REQUIREMENT IS:
But my requirement is when i create Sales Order it should consider System date or Pricing Date( since pricing date is today date)  for to compare with contract validity dates.
Can it be done with standard config or do we need to some type of custom?  Appreciate your help
    Thanks

    Hi ,
As said when I create Sales Order with reference to contract document. Always Requested Delivery date on Sales Order is checked against Contract Validity Dates.
But i want Pricing date  in Sales Order should be checked against Contract Validity Dates.
Can someone suggest me on this?

  • Automatic Sales Order Creation from PO in B1

    Hi,
I have this scenario. Purchase order is created in SAP B1 (Business One) which triggers automatic Sales Order creation in SAP ECC 6.0.
    The requirement:
For the combination of PO number and Sold to party there should be only one sales order created.
    The problem:
Sometimes for the same PO duplicate Sales orders(sometimes 3,4) are getting created in ECC.
    Possible causes:
Probably no validations in the interface.
    Question:
    1. First of all, is it an SD issue or PI (process integration) issue.
    2. If it is an SD issue, as a functional consultant what / where can we do to prevent this.
    Thanks.

How do I move this to "ERP - Sales and Distribution (SD) General", because this question is not just related to "ERP SD Sales" but SD in general. Isn't there an option for the users to a question from one forum to another.

    1. First of all, is it an SD issue or PI (process integration) issue.
    - May be PI, or SD or both. I am not sure about the integration mechanism/program so I am not able to pinpoint.
    2. If it is an SD issue, as a functional consultant what / where can we do to prevent this.
In t.code VOV8, go to the sales document type. Select value A in the field, check Purchase order Number. Then go to t.code OVAH, there make the message number V4 115 as error message. This will not allow the creation of the sales order, if the Purchase order number duplicates. I assume in your process, the purchase order number is populated in the PO number field of the sales order overview screen.

  • Automatic Single Item multi-level planning on sales order creation

    Hi all,
I am using strategy 50 and want planning for single item to be carried out at the time of sales order creation to avoid MRP run everytime sales order is created..In order to achieve it i checked Automatic Planning Indicator in "OVZG" for the requirement class "045" which is requirement class for sales order of strategy 50. But still unable to achieve the desired result..
    Please guide me through.
    best regards,
    shah

    HI shah,
in sales order go to Procurement tab there u will get the requirement type. system will determine requirement class based upon following criteria
    1) by strategy group in material master
    2) if strategy group not there then MRP group
    3) if mrp group not there then material type
    4) by this also not able to fine the requirement type then special rule is used with the help of item category and mrp type
    5) if this also fails then it will go with item category only
    6) this also fails then it will give any requirement type
    hope this is clear
    regards

  • Problem in Sales Order Creation with reference to Contract

    Hi All,
We had enhanced Contracts (VA41) by adding fields thru append structures in VBAP and the same is provided in the "Additional Data B" tab at the item level.
The Z fields are populated with data and gets saved along with the contracts line items.
But when a sale order is created with reference to a contract, the data in the Z fields (maintained in Append Structures) of the contract are not getting copied to the line item of Sales orders.
Should a routine be necessarily written for copying Z fields from contract to Sales orders or Copy control must be set up for Z fields separately?
Any info on this would help.
    Thanks,
    K.V.Venkatasubramanian

    Hi VJ,
The copying from Contract to Orders worked. I copied the standard routine (151) in data transfers and added the code to transfer Z fields from work area CVBAP to work area VBAP and attached the same in the copy control. It works!!!
    Thanks for the help VJ.
    Cheers,
    Venkat

  • BAPI for Sales Order Creation.

    Hello gurus,
I want to create a sales order using BAPI.
    I have tried some BAPI's like BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT1, BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2, BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDATA, BAPI_SALESDOCU_CREATEWITHDIA.
But I am not able to update the Miscellaneous Information like Mode of transport(VBAP-OIC_MOT), Forwarding Agent(VBAP-OIC_LIFNR), Base Location(VBAP-OIA_BASELO), Truck Number(VBAP-OIC_TRUCKN), Pipeline trip No.(VBAP-OIC_PTRIP), Pipeline operator´s external batch number(VBAP-OIC_PBATCH).
Is there any other BAPI thru which i can update these fields while creation of Sales Order.
The Fields which I can provide to BAPI as import parameter is:
    Order Type(VBAK-AUART),
    Contract(VBAK_VGBEL),
    SALES Org (VBAK-VGORT),
    Dist Channel(VBAK-VTWEG),
    Division (VBAK-SPART),
    Open Quantity (VBAK-KWMENG)
    Plant(VBAP-WERKS)
    Storage Location (VBAP-LGORT)
    Mode of transport(VBAP-OIC_MOT), Forwarding Agent(VBAP-OIC_LIFNR), Base Location(VBAP-OIA_BASELO), Truck Number(VBAP-OIC_TRUCKN), Pipeline trip No.(VBAP-OIC_PTRIP), Pipeline operator´s external batch number(VBAP-OIC_PBATCH).

    hi,
    I can give u a suggestion .. try it ..
its a quite a long process....
    in BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2
    there is a table EXTENSIONIN...
here u can add append structure and carry on ur sales order creation
    Follow the process
Customer Enhancement for VBAK, VBAP, VBEP
    Description
You can use this parameter to transfer user-specific enhancments to a BAPI. The customer has to complete the EXTENSION structure and the system automatically continues processing it. If you have not defined any user-specific fields, then you can transfer a blank EXTENSIONIN structure.
    Technical information about Customer Enhancements
The following description uses an example to explain how to proceed with customer enhancements to the SD tables VBAK, VBKD, VBAP and VBEP.
The customer has added their own fields to table VBAP using the INCLUDE structure CUTEST. This structure contains 2 fields:
    CFIELD1, CHAR 10
    CFIELD2, CHAR 3.
The customer also requires that these two fields can be maintained with the BAPI.
    1. Maintain structure CUTEST in table VBAP
    2. Because the BAPIs work with checkboxes, you must also define a CUTESTX checkbox for the customer structure. It should be structured like this:
    Field name       Data element
    CFIELD1            CHAR1
    CFIELD2          CHAR1
    3. Define these customer structures in the structures VBAPKOZ und VBAPKOZX using INCLUDE or APPEND.
    4. Add the customer structures to the BAPE_VBAP and BAPE_VBAPX BAPI structures using the APPEND technique.
    5. Adjust the following structures for customer enhancements to table VBAK:
    a) VBAKKOZ
    b) VBAKKOZX
    c) BAPE_VBAK
    d) BAPE_VBAKX
    6. Adjust the following structures for customer enhancements to table VBEK:
    a) VBEPKOZ
    b) VBEPKOZX
    c) BAPE_VBEP
    d) BAPE_VBEPX
    7. Generally, the data should be added to the BAPI interface in the internal communication structures (VBAKKOM, and so on). There, you can process the data in the SD tables (VBAK, and so on).
    8. If the EXTENSIONIN parameter contains customer data, you must complete at least the key fields in the relevant standard parameters.
    For example:
You want to change customer field VBAP-CFIELD2 for item 20 to "XYZ" in order 4711.
    The following entries are expected:
    Import:     BAPIVBELN-VBELN       = '0000004711'  Document number
                BAPISDHD1X-UPDATEFLAG = 'U'           UPDKZ for doc header
    Tables:     BAPISDITM-ITM_NUMBER  = '000020'      Item number
                BAPISDITMX-ITM_NUMBER = '000020'      Item number
              + BAPISDITMX-UPDATEFLAG = 'U'           UPDKZ for item
You must complete the EXTENSION table as follows:
    STRUCTURE                          VALUEPART1       1234561234567890123
    BAPE_VBAP                       0000004711000020                 XYZ
    BAPE_VBAPX                      0000004711000020       X
    Further Information
You can find more information in the BAPI programming guide in the chapter for enhancements to BAPIs.
    Notes
You must complete the STRUCTURE field with the name of the relevant enhancement structure (BAPE_VBAK, BAPE_VBAP, BAPE_VBEP). You can complete the remaining fields with the append structures from the enhancement structures.
At the moment, you can use the BAPI to store enhancements in the following structures:
VBAK : An enhancement to header data requires an append structure to BAPE_VBAK and an enhancement to structure VBAKKOZ.
VBAP : An enhancement to item data requires an append structure to BAPE_VBAP and an enhancment to structure VBAPKOZ.
VBEP : An enhancement to schedule line data requires an append structure to BAPE_VBEP and an enhancement to structure VBEPKOZ.
VBKD : If you are using an enhancement for header data, you must add an append structure to BAPE_VBAK. You also need to enhance structure VBAKKOZ. If it is for item data, you need to add an append structure to BAPE_VBAP. You must also enhance structure VBAPKOZ.
If you also want to work with checkboxes, each X-structure must also contain an append structure.
    For example:
A customer has created an order and wants to include the material long text (50 digits long).
The EXTENSIONIN structure must be completed with BAPE_VBAP. Two fields have fixed definitions in this structure. These are in the VBAP host key (VBELN, POSNR). The customer sets up an append structure that contains field ZMAT50.
Because the VBELN is normally blank when you create an order, the data can look like this:
    STRUCTURE   |BAPE_VBAP
    VALUEPART1  |          000010Customermateriallongtext50
                  VBELN     POSNR ZMAT50

  • Addition of Condition type in XKOMV programmatically - Sales Order creation

    Hi,
I need to add a condition type ( a record with whole data like Amount etc,.) in XKOMV programmatically during a Sales order creation, so that the new condition type gets automatically saved along with other data in VA01. Please suggest the better way of doing this - through Userexits or Form routines.
    Thanks in Advance,

    Hi E_Hinojosa / madhurao123,
I added the below code in FORM userexit_xkomv_bewerten_end ( of Include: RV61AFZB ) which will get triggered in 'Pricing' Function Module.
          FORM USEREXIT_XKOMV_BEWERTEN_END                              *
    FORM userexit_xkomv_bewerten_end.
    DATA: l_amt1 TYPE vbak-netwr,
                v_waerk TYPE waerk.
    l_amt1 = '56000'.    " Let's say..
READ TABLE xkomv WITH KEY kschl = 'ZF02 '.
              IF sy-subrc <> 0.
                  xkomv-stunr = '012  '.
                  xkomv-kschl = 'ZF02 '.
                  xkomv-krech = 'B    '.
                  xkomv-kwert = l_amt1.
                  xkomv-kbetr = l_amt1.
                  xkomv-ksteu = 'C'.
Select single waerk into v_waerk from vbak where vbeln = komp-vgbel.
                  IF v_waerk <> space.
                    xkomv-waers = v_waerk.
                  ENDIF.
                  xkomv-zaehk = 99.
                  CLEAR: xkomv-kntyp,
                         xkomv-kstat,
                         xkomv-kolnr,
                         xkomv-knumh,
                         xkomv-kopos,
                         xkomv-kinak.
                  xkomv-kherk = 'C'.
                  xkomv-kvsl1 = 'ERL  '.
                  xkomv-drukz = 'X'.
                  xkomv-kaend_loe = 'X'.
                  xkomv-updkz = 'I'.
                  APPEND xkomv. CLEAR xkomv.
                  DELETE xkomv WHERE kschl = 'ZH00 ' OR kschl = 'ZF00 '.
                  komp-netwr = l_amt1.
                ENDIF.
    ENDFORM.                    "USEREXIT_XKOMV_BEWERTEN_END
Above is the main logic I am using, apart from other Export, Import statements etc,.The above code is getting triggered during every screen transition.
It is automatically adding condition type 'ZF02' with all values during the creation of sales orders for some contracts, but not for other contracts. I am trying to trace what is the difference in both scenarios.
    Please suggest.

  • Update error in  RV_SALES_DOCUMENT_ADD during Sales order creation

I get an Update/ ABAP runtime error during Sales order creation. The error occurs during processing of the update module -RV_SALES_DOCUMENT_ADD.
This error does not occuring always, as I am sometimes able to create a Sales order without getting update error. I am getting the error of all types of Sales orders and even contracts.
Am I missing any configuration parameters?
    Thanks,

Yes , I can see the error in ST22.
While exceuting VA01 (Oder type OR, Entering Sold-to-party, Purchase order NO, Material, Qty, Plant),

  • What are the User Exits for Sales Order creation process?

    Hi,
what are the User Exits for Sales Order creation process? how can I find them?
    thanks in advance,
    will reward,
    Mindaugas

    Please check this info:
User Exits In Sales Document Processing
This IMG step describes additional installation-specific processing in sales document processing. In particular, the required INCLUDES and user exits are described.
    Involved program components
System modifications for sales document processing affect different areas. Depending on the modification, you make the changes in the program components provided:
    MV45ATZZ
For entering metadata for sales document processing. User-specific metadata must start with "ZZ".
    MV45AOZZ
For entering additional installation-specific modules for sales document processing which are called up by the screen and run under PBO (Process Before Output) prior to output of the screen. The modules must start with "ZZ".
    MV45AIZZ
For entering additional installation-specific modules for sales document processing. These are called up by the screen and run under PAI (Process After Input) after data input (for example, data validation). The modules must start with "ZZ".
    MV45AFZZ and MV45EFZ1
For entering installation-specific FORM routines and for using user exits, which may be required and can be used if necessary. These program components are called up by the modules in MV45AOZZ or MV45AIZZ.
User exits in the program MV45AFZZ
The user exits which you can use for modifications in sales document processing are listed below.
    USEREXIT_DELETE_DOCUMENT
This user exit can be used for deleting data which was stored in a separate table during sales document creation, for example, if the sales document is deleted.
For example, if an additional table is filled with the name of the person in charge (ERNAM) during order entry, this data can also be deleted after the sales order has been deleted.
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine BELEG_LOESCHEN shortly before the routine BELEG_SICHERN.
    USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFICATION
This user exit can be used to modify the attributes of the screen fields.
To do this, the screen fields are allocated to so-called modification groups 1 - 4 and can be edited together during a modification in ABAP. If a field has no field name, it cannot be allocated to a group.
The usage of the field groups (modification group 1-4) is as follows:
Modification group 1: Automatic modification with transaction MFAW
Modification group 2: It contains 'LOO' for step loop fields
Modification group 3: For modifications which depend on check tables or on other fixed information
Modification group 4: is not used
The FORM routine is called up for every field of a screen. If you require changes to be made, you must make them in this user exit.
This FORM routine is called up by the module FELDAUSWAHL.
See the Screen Painter manual for further information on structuring the interface.
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK
Use this user exit to assign values to new fields at sales document header level. It is described in the section "Transfer of the customer master fields into the sales document".
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine VBAK_FUELLEN.
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP
Use this user exit to assign values to new fields at sales document item level. It is described in the section "Copy customer master fields into the sales document".
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine VBAP_FUELLEN.
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBEP
Use this user exit to assign values to new fields at the level of the sales document schedule lines.
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine VBEP_FUELLEN.
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBKD
Use this user exit to assign values to new fields for business data of the sales document. It is described in the section "Copy customer master fields into sales document".
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine VBKD_FUELLEN.
    USEREXIT_NUMBER_RANGE
Use this user exit to define the number ranges for internal document number assignment depending on the required fields. For example, if you want to define the number range depending on the sales organization (VKORG) or on the selling company (VKBUR), use this user exit.
The user exit is called up in the FORM routine BELEG_SICHERN.
    USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK
Use this user exit if you want to include and assign a value to an additional header field in the communication structure KOMK taken as a basis for pricing.
    USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP
Use this user exit if you want to include or assign a value to an additional item field in the communication structure KOMP taken as a basis for pricing.
    USEREXIT_READ_DOCUMENT
You use this user exit if further additional tables are to be read when importing TA01 or TA02.
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine BELEG_LESEN.
    USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT
Use this user exit to fill user-specific statistics update tables.
The user exit is called up by the FORM routine BELEG-SICHERN before the COMMIT command.
    Note
If a standard field is changed, the field r185d-dataloss is set to X. The system queries this indicator at the beginning of the safety routine. This is why this indicator must also be set during the maintenance of user-specific tables that are also to be saved.
    USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE
Use this user exit to make certain changes or checks immediately before saving a document. It is the last possibility for changing or checking a document before posting.
The user exit is carried out at the beginning of the FORM routine BELEG_SICHERN.

    User exits in the screens
Additional header data is on screen SAPMV45A 0309, additional item data on screen SAPMV45A 0459. These screens contain the Include screens SAPMV45A 8309 or SAPMV45A 8459 as user exits.
Fields which are also to be included in the sales document for a specific installation should be included on the Include screens for maintaining. If an application-specific check module is needed for the fields, this can be included in the Include MV45AIZZ. The module is called up in the processing logic of the Include screens.
For field transports, you do not have to make changes or adjustments.
    Example
A new field, VBAK-ZZKUN, should be included in table VBAK.
If the check is defined via the Dictionary (fixed values or check table) the field must be included with the fullscreen editor in the Include screen SAPMV45A 8309. In this case, no change has to be made to the processing logic.

  • Automatic credit release of blocked Sales orders with pre payment

    Hi ,
We have a requirement as given below. Please suggest a better solution for this.
The customers have the 'prepayment ' payment terms with different percentages of the sales order
value to be paid before the delivery creation.
When the sales orders are created, they are blocked for delivery by some credit block.
The business use VKM1 transaction to view these blocked orders and release them manually for
delivery creation after checking if the customer has made the prepayment. This is a tedious work
(since there are too many sales orders )for the credit manager who dont have the complete
visibility of how much prepayment the customer has made and need to manually check if the
payment made covers the sales order prepayment amount to be paid.
    1. How can we do a automatic release of these blocked sales orders?
    2. Is there any program(which can be setup as batch job) to do a credit recheck and release the order
        automatically?
    3. Will Milestone billing plan functionality satisfy this requirement? If so how?
We are using SAP version 4.7 without Project System.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Ragesh

    Hello,
This is not possible because when you created the sales order it has checked the credit limit for that credit limit and if you increase also now that block cant go automatically.
Go to VA02 i.e change mode of sales order and change something and enter may be if you created a order for 2 quantity then go to VA02 and remove the quantity 2 and again type 2 then system will again check for credit and now that is increased so the order will not block..
If this is for many order then you can run changes sales order  BAPI for mass update. Take help from ABAP guys.
    Cheers

  • User Exit during Sales Order Creation - New Line Item needed

I have a situation during the process of sales order creation. If a Material in a line item has say 27 EA and the Base Unit is EA. But the Sales Unit is CSE. Then whenever the user enters 27 EA and presses enter he should get two line items.
The first line item needs to convert to maximum number of CSE posible and the rest will be the second line item with the remaining EA. The order isn't important but that is what is needed. Question is how do I approach this problem and code my user exit accordingly and where do I code it.
I was looking at SAPMV45A and saw the program MV45AIZZ which is meant as a user exit for any PAI event handling. If anybody has encountered this kind of requirement can you please share your view on this.
I will definitely reward points for useful answers.

    Hello Mahendra
The requirement is as follows :
    PART 1:
    Sales Order Enter:
    1.     When a line item is entered on a sales order (VA01 or VA02), at enter, check the sales unit of measure (VBAP-VRKME).
    •     Do not check line items where item category (VBAP-PSTYV) = TANN, TAPS or ZTAP.  TANN are free goods that should not be considered for consolidation.  TAPS & ZTAP are lower level materials as a result of product selection.  They will be attached to a higher-level material with an item category of TAX, which is relevant for consolidation.
    •     Do not check items where VRKME <> EA
    2.     If VRKME = EA, go to MARM for MATNR.
    3.     Go to record where alternate unit of measure (MEINH) = CSE, get the value from the numerator field (UMREZ).
    4.     Divide the order quantity (VBEP-WMENG) by UMREZ.
    5.     If the result is greater than 1.0, the customer has ordered more than one case and a new line item needs to be added to the sales order for the case quantity.
    6.     Add a new line to VBAP for the same material with the case quantity.  If not a whole value, the remainder of eaches (bottles) should update the qty on the first item on VBAP.
    •     Part 1 is relevant for order types ZCA, ZOR, ZSO, RE, ZSM
    PART 2:
Batch Job to run prior to the Delivery Due List:
    1.     Read VBUK for Delivery Status (LFSTK) = A (delivery not processed).  Get all of the document numbers (VBELN).
    2.     Go to VBEP for those document numbers to get the goods issue date for the order.  There will be many records in VBEP for the same sales order.  Look at all orders with a goods issue date (WADAT) of next day.
    3.     Go to VBAK for those document numbers to see if there are multiple sales orders for the same Sold To party (KUNNR).
    4.     For customers who have more than one order in VBAK, search all line items (for all orders).  If there are no duplicate materials across sales orders, do nothing.
    •     Do not check line items where reason for rejection (VBAP-ABGRU) is not blank
    5.     If there are duplicate materials, go through the same logic as in part 1.  If the quantity across the sales orders adds up to greater than one case, add the appropriate quantity to a new line item on the first sales order.   If there is a remainder qty, update the line item on the first sales order with this qty. In this case, the quantities on the second sales order needs to be closed out with a reason for rejection code of 50, ‘Line Item Consolidation’. If there is no remainder,  update the qty on this item directly.
    •     Part 2 is relevant for order types ZOR, ZCA, ZSM
    •     This batch job will have to be run manually for Day Pick orders.  The end of this program should automatically kick off the delivery due list for Day Pick orders, shipping condition 02.
    Business Justification:
The business requires that like order line items be consolidated to one line item prior to the order going to the warehouse for picking.  This will aid in picking at the warehouse as well as result in the customer invoice not reflecting more than one line item for the same material.  In the case where the customer has truly ordered more than a case, i.e;, 1 case, 2 bottles, the documents in SAP will still reflect 2 lines.

  • Change Transportation Zone in Sales Order creation

    Hi Gurus,
I am looking for an user-exit to overwrite the transportation zone for the ship-to party while creating the Sales order.
Actually the order is getting created thru IDOC. The segment E1EDKA1 with PARVW 'WE' contains all the data including name, street, city, phone etc. But there is no option(field) to send this transporation zone (LZONE). In the sale order creation program, it is automatically picking it up from VBPA for the customer. I need to overwrite this one with a different value. Is there any User-exit available to accomplish?
For your information its PO-SO process. A KBZI order will be created. Using the PR generated from this order, we need to create the PO that in turns automatically creating an Intercompany Sales Order ( thru IDoc). In this second Sales Order, I need to overwrite the transportation zone based on the initial order.
    Thanks in advance,
    Vijay.

How about if we modifiy the value of XVBPA-LZONE itself at runtime in Routine either USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT or USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE?
See if the values of KUVEW-LZONE or XVBPA-LZONE in our hand in above exit?

  • Condition Type is not copying from contract to sales order

    Dear All,
The value the i am giving in the sales contract is not copying into sales order. Sytem again asking to enter the value. Is there any setting to be done forthat.
    Regards,
    Suresh Yadav.

    Hi,
If the *CONDITION VALUES* are *manually* entered then the values will not be copied from the *SOURCE TO TARGET* document
Please check in the  Contract whether the vales derived from Condition records are entered manually.
If you want the prices to be copied automatically then they have to maintained through CONDITION RECORDS in *VK11*.
Please maintain the CONDITION RECORDS and check whether they have copied or not
Please also cehck the COPY CONTROLS from CONTRACT to SALES ORDER in VTAA transaction -- at item--->pricing type. and set it a s  D
Please check the above settings and let forum know the feedback.
