Automator - Can I set this up?

I run RDC at work, and in that I connect to a software program that allows me to upload pictures and then circulate those uploaded pics to other coworkers via their e-mail. Now the system has bugs and some of the e-mails are not going through, pushing back work and adding pressure on the deadlines (which are tight enough as is!). I was wondering if there was any way that I could maybe have Automator help out and directly send another e-mail to my coworkers, kind of like a backup. Is this possible? If not does any one have any other solutions. Remember: all help is good help. Thank you.

Quite simply, the question is;
I have my work e-mail, my Hotmail and my Gmail all set-up on my iPhone 4S and my iPad 1st gen.
When I read an e-mail on the computer via browser or outlook, I would like for this e-mail to appear as READ on my devices as well.
Vise versa for when I read it on the iPad/Phone and I want that e-mail to show as read on Outlook and browser.
Because this doesn't happen automatically, the Mail icon on my home screen is constantly showing over 1K e-mails, when in reality I may have like 10 on each e-mail account.
How can I set this up?
Is it possible for my to set this up for deleting e-mails also?
I know I can do that on Gmail, delete from server blah blah, but how about when I delete e-mail from Outlook...I want them to be off my phone also.
It's a business e-mail, and I get like over 50 read/received notifications that spam my inbox.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
iTunes and iCloud are different accounts. You can both use the same ID for the store login and share your music etc., and use different ID's to log in to iCloud, thereby keeping your calendars etc separate.

I want to bcc myself when sending mail from one account but not another. When I check "automatically bcc myself", it bcc's me from both accounts. Can I set this to work with only one account?

It does not make sense that your ssh does not have a dash capital Y (-Y) option. It is in "man ssh", and my 10.6.6 has the -Y option, and I've had a -Y option since at least Tiger (10.4) days.

Does your broken account have a $HOME/.ssh/config file, and if so, what is in it?
Does the broken account have any $HOME/.x* or $HOME/.X* files that X11 might be reading to configure your X11 behavior differently from the new test account?

The above are a few names I found looking through "man X"
While I'm thinking about it, I assume that when going to the server, you are using the exact same user account on the server, so that you have a constant at least at that end.
Have you tried trashing your
$HOME/Library/Preferences/org.x.X11.plist
file, to see if that is affecting the broken account?
Again, I am just throwing out ideas to see if anything sticks.

What folder structure?
If you're referring to how Aperture stores the originals in a managed library then the answer is you can't change it.
If having the originals stored in a specific file structure is important to you you will need to switch to a referenced original setup.

The iTunes Store in a country is intended only for use by that country's residents, and only while they are in the country. To use the iTunes Store in a country you need a credit card (or other card type if acceptable in a country) issued in that country, billed to an address in that country, and also be physically present in that country when using the store. You are also restricted to waiting 90 days between country changes.
E.g., "The iTunes Service is available to you only in the United States, its territories, and possessions. You agree not to use or attempt to use the iTunes Service from outside these locations. If you want Bridge CS6 to open when using Photoshop CS6, you must quit Bridge CC.
Then File menu > Browse in Bridge will bring up Bridge CS6.
If Bridge CC is already open, The File > Browse in Bridge for Photoshop CS6 will use Bridge CC and Bridge CS6 will not open.

Technically correct (the best kind of correct)
Now if the Op has and retains a UK account with billing address and UK paymant card - He/She can continue to use the UK store in Germany - Apple does NOT use IP address blocking just a valid paymant card attached to a postcode !
Basically the first four of your paymant card are country codes.
What the op needs to do if he/she now has a Germany address and payment method (could just be German € value gift cards) is to open a separate German iTunes Account !
On a PC/Mac its very easy to change stores, however iOS has it a bit more difficult.
In fact i would recommend the Op sets up a new German account and credentials on a PC/Mac first.
And doing so just means opening the store in iTunes scrolling to the bottom of the screen and clicking on the littler circular flag in the bottom right.
After that the browser window is populated with loads of similar disc flags. Clicking any take you to that regional store where provided you have a valid address (Postcode/Zipcode actually) and payment method local credit/debit some prepayment VISA cards or just a gift card you can create a local account.
Oh and because Apple do NOT use IP addressing you don't actually have to be present in the country of that store. Its against to terms of the EULA but it works !
Back to the iOS device
Tap Settings/iTunes & App Store /Apple ID (that will probably be showing the UK account set up).
In the window that opens tap log out
Now change the ID to the new German name and password and in the next window make sure the flag selected is that of Germany (when in Germany)
When buying from the UK store follow that path again log out of the German account and re-log in using the UK ID
As it happens I have a UK Portuguese and US account all active because I have residences in all three - and can visit any of the stores from anywhere.

I have the solution! Well it at least worked for me. This is the response I got from Apple, Can you please try the following steps towards fixing your audio issue, and report back with your results?
1. Open the application Audio Midi Setup (located in Applications : Utilities)
2. Select the Output Tab for the current output device
3. Select the Configure Speakers option
4. Select the Multichannel tab
5. Change the setting to Stereo Now mine was set to stereo but the left channel wasn't showing left. re-clicking on stereo reloaded the settings and after clicking apply it worked.

I declined the option to setup my iPhone as a new iPhone and backed it up as another linked to my account. Can I set this phone up as a new device? Help!!

I accidentally declined the option to set it up as a new phone and set it to back up from my boyfriend's phone. I lost all my contacts. Yes as outlined by Ralph.
settings - general - reset - erase all contents and settings - this will wipe your phone as new, during setup - set up as new and not from backup.

Looking at External SSD Drive for Lightroom Editing - How Can I Set This Up and Which Drive?

I'd like to purchase an external SSD drive for Lightroom editing and am hoping somebody can provide a recommendation for me.
I'm using a FW800 G-Drive to store my Lightroom Library and have been using this drive to edit. I'd like to add an external SSD drive for editing photographs an am looking for recommendations on which drive and the best way to set this up. I plan on having a 3rd (and maybe 4th) to save both the FW800 files and working SSD drive files as a backup.
Any recommendations are sincerely appreciate.

I believe I was loading a preview file to 100%. I think maybe I should just use what I have and work with it. It's much faster than my 7 year old MBP performed that's for sure.

Did a test in InDesign CC v9.3.0 (German) and applied the "Adobe Japanese Single-line Composer" to a paragraphStyle by scripting.
myParagraphStyle.composer = "$ID/HL Single J";
This is not possible working in the UI only.

Since installing the latest Itunes my phone does not auto sync as before, how can I set this up?

Since i updated to the newest ITunes my phone does not automatically sync as it did before. I am not able to locate my pictures or music or apps to set to auto sync. I receive no message that tells when the phone was last backed up to ICloud. I have several songs on ITunes under ICloud that are in the waiting status. This is all confusing. I have clicked on every available option.

I'm afraid at this point a backup can't be created anymore and the phone has been damaged too much by the water.
You'll have to get it replaced and use the latest existing backup you have.

Automator - Can you do this with a password?

I have a textbook that I downloaded that is in PDF format and asks for a password every time I open it in Adobe Reader. Is there some way in Automator or Applescript to do some kind of command that would enter the password for me automatically?

I'm not sure if you can automate this but I would suggest trying to resave the document in an unencrypted form. open it in preview, then go to File menu->print->save as pdf. see if it lets you do this.

the problem is that I'm using this mask "#####-###" to enter the Brazil postal code, we have some cities which every street has a postal code like this:
A st, postal code 03986-150
B st, postal code 03986-250
but we have some other smaller cities which doesn't have a different postal code each street, like this:
A neighborhood, postal code 05089
B neighborhood, postal code 05090
the the user will type only five numbers, the system will accept, but when the user needs to see the information he can't because the setText() fail.
I've been thinking I must complete with zeros or change the mask to "00000-000".
Is that the best way to solve this problem ?
