B2B adapter is not polling any data from EDI X12 810 ECS file
Hi All,
I am new to Oracle B2B. I am using
Jdev 11.1.1.6
Oracle Editor : 7.0.5.4016
Document Protocol : EDI_X12
Document type : 810 (Invoice )
Version: 4010
Weblogic server :11.1.1.6.0
Requirement is : i had an EDI file and i need to translate the EDI map using the B2B adapter, transport to SOA Suite and insert into a custom DB.
Issue is : B2B adapter is not polling any data from EDI X12 810 ECS file
for this i created sample EDI X12 810 ecs file, i converted the same to .xsd and .dat file. I created partner, and while configuring channel i used '*Generic File 1.0*' protocol and i given folder path( i also checked, by just giving folder Name) in the folder name property of 'Transport Protocol Parameters' , i also placed sample xml file into this folder. And I created sample process in Jdev to poll data from this folder.
build and deployment is fine for this process, but no instances is created for this process. and the Process is not Polling any data from the folder which i mentioned in the Transport Protocol Parameters.
is this the way am doing is wrong for my current requirement or am i did any wrong step (as stated above ) ? Please help me. How can i receive data from this EDI file to my bpel process so that i can continue with the rest of the Process. Thank you in advance

CC 5.2 Alert Generation - Not extracting any data from SAP
Hi there,
We are trying to use the alert function for critical transactions in CC 5.2. We have set the relevant parameters in CC. The Alert_Log.txt is created successfully but it is not extracting any data from SAP. Is there any settings that I am missing here, both in R/3 and CC 5.2? I really appreciate your help. Below is the Alert_Log.txt for your review.

Complted Job =>41----Hi,
we have ran into similar issue of alert log being not displayed accurately in CC 4.0 version and we implemented the Note 1044393 - CC5.1 Alerts, it did work for us, as you are using CC5.2, I would recommend you to check the code and then try this note. But iam still skeptical whether this note will be helpful to you or not.

Safari cannot open RSS feeds - "could not load any data from this location"
I can't seem to open any RSS feeds inside of Safari. I get this error message:
Safari can’t open the page “feed://feeds.macworld.com/macworld/all” because it could not load any data from this location.
This has happened on every single feed. I just installed Leopard. Anybody have any hints for me?Hi
First try Safari from another User Account. When you open Safari, make sure RSS is enabled in the Safari Preferences>RSS. If you can access the feeds there then there may be corruption in either the database or RSS preference files in your Regular User Account. If no go here, then I suggest you reinstall Safari. See this thread for directions.
If the feeds work in the other user account, go back to your regular User Account: Open the Finder: Your User Account>Library>Syndication folder. Move the database3 file to the desktop, then restart Safari. Try an RSS feed. If no change, move the database file back to its original location.
Then move these two preference files in your User Library>Preferences to the desktop:
com.apple.SyndicationAgent.plist and
com.apple.Syndication.plist
Restart Safari. Again, try a feed.

Application Insights is not recording any data from the released version of my Windows Phone app
I released my first Windows Phone app a week ago, and Application Insights worked perfectly to collect usage data whilst in a debug build. However, the released version of the app is not returning any data at all. Is this a common problem for new apps or
is there a problem that I need to address?
I configured Application Insights for my app using the information on this guide - http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn509554.aspx
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated, thanks for your help.Hi Bernard, thanks for your reply.
I tested the data using a release package of the Windows Phone app deployed directly to my phone from Visual Studio and the data appeared after around 10 minutes. However, once I published the exact same package to the Windows Phone Store and started using
the version downloaded from the store, no usage data has been uploaded even after several days of waiting.
I am using SDK 0.7.1 and Application Insights Tools for Visual Studio v1.3.2. The app is built for WP 8.0 and running on WP 8.1.
The instrumentation key is 757eeaff-605e-44a2-8eaa-6abf498bfcf5.
Thanks for your time and help, I really appreciate it.

HR Form do not select any data from specific Period
Hi All
I am facing issues on the HR FORMS for Brazil related to the Remunaration Statement
When I try to select any employee from a specific period (before April 2012), the system does not select any data.
From April 2012 until the current period and I could select the data and print the Form
I do not believe that is related to the Master data from the Employee, since it is always related to the same period, I guess it is on the HR Form configuration, retricting the period anywhere, but I could not find it
do you know any idea on how to fix it ?
RegardsHi Steve,
In SQL Server Analysis Services, we can hide or disable hierarchy level by using
AttributeHierarchyEnabled property, however, when this property is set to false, this level will not appear no matter if contain data or not. In your scenario, you want to hide the hierarchy level dynamically, right? As Aleksandr
said, I am afraid there is no such a method to achieve it.
If you have any concern about this behavior, you can submit a feedback at
http://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/Feedback and hope it is resolved in the next release of service pack or product. Your feedback enables Microsoft to make software and services the best that they can be, Microsoft might consider to add this feature
in the following release after official confirmation.

Hi all,
We are trying to populate cubes(0CATS_C01) and (0CATS_C02) for which data sources are 0CA_IS_TS_1 and 0CA_IS_TS_2 respectively. We activated business content for these data sources. When we run these data sources in RSA3 we do not get any data even though we have data in the repective tables. We applied SAP Note :1586467, which says (Note 1586467 - Extractor 0CA_TS_IS_1 returns no data), Can you please help me out in knowing if we are missing some thing?
Thank you,
Bob.Hi,
To use this DataSource you must have implemented Support Package SAPKH46C32, or have made the relevant corrections in SAP Note 509592.
Pl check you have required data as mentioned below
When transferring time sheet data to the Business Information Warehouse (BW), you must note the connection between the following data sources:
· CA_TS_IS_1 (Time Sheet Data (Approved))
Documents are written in the SAP R/3 system for Time Sheets with status 30 (approved). The documents log the changes that have been made to data records.
Therefore, the SAP R/3 system can perform a delta update for this data source. The system only transfers newly approved data records and changes that have been made to existing data records. At the same time, the SAP R/3 system notes the date of the last delta transfer.
· CA_TS_IS_2 (Time Sheet Data (Released for approval))
The SAP R/3 system does not write documents for Time Sheet data with status 20 (released for approval). This means that changes made to these data records are not logged.
Therefore, the SAP R/3 system always performs a complete transfer of data records that have been released for approval. The number of data records that need to be transferred usually remains constant because in the period between two transfers not only new data records are added but other data records are also approved. Therefore, system performance is not restricted.

Dataset not populating any data from database
Hi All,
I created a dataset in VS 2008 from a project database. In design view, when I right-click a table and select preview data, I can see the records. In Crystal Reports, I connected to the dataset and selected my tables. When I go to run the report, I get no data. When I try to browse data on one of the fields in a table, I get nothing either.
What am I not doing to get the data across over to my report?
Thank you in advance.Hi All,
Here's the code I use:
Protected Sub Page_Load(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles Me.Load
Dim ds As New Call_Records_Dataset
Dim ta As New Call_Records_DatasetTableAdapters.Call_RecordsTableAdapter
ta.Fill(ds.Call_Records)
CrystalReportSource1.ReportDocument.SetDataSource(ds)
parameterField2 = CrystalReportSource1.ReportDocument.ParameterFields("Date")
parameterField2.CurrentValues.AddRange(Today, Today, RangeBoundType.BoundInclusive, RangeBoundType.BoundInclusive)
End Sub
When I run the website, it's giving me the following error: "The system cannot find the file specified" and refers me to " CrystalReportSource1.ReportDocument.SetDataSource(ds)" line. -

The cause of the podcast button not working is that the protocol of the link should be "itpc://" instead of "itpcs://"
If these buttons have worked previously then there must have been a change to the blog's template file at some stage.
Hope this helps,

Always when I am create a link between Lookout and Excel, there is a problem with the first cell in a range using Datatable and DDE.
How can I solve this problem?What database version are you using?

Hi All,
I implemented DB Adapter polling in one of my services.
It was working fine for last 3 months.
Today I tested service, it is not polling to DB table, so it is not picking any data from table.
Can Any one tell me, what could be possible reason for this?
Thanks in advance.It is a known bug to my knowledge.
Until 10.1.3.1, you need to restart SOA suite itself. Now things are better -- just switching off and on the process is fine..
More reliably, latest MLR makes sure that polling continues to work until SOA restart. after that it might need a onetime off-on

Report is not pulling the data from multiprovider in BI 7.0
Hi BW gurus,
We have upgraded our BW systems from 3.5 to BI 7.0.
According to our requirement we did some modifications(added some new cubes) to existing multiprovider. All the objects and assignments looks good in the multiprovider.
We are facing a problem while executing the reports, report is not pulling any data from the particular multiprovider but I can see the data from the multiprovider.
For any selection creteria we are getting the msg like "No applicable data found".
Created a sample query with only two chars and two KF's no conditions, no exceptions still the report is not populating any data for any selection creteria.
Appreaciate for your help in this regard.

Hi,
I have some ibots that I scheduled to run on a daily basis and which were working perfectly.
Suddenly the same ibots, they run but the content of the attachment says "The specified criteria did not return any data".
I checked the log files and could not see any relavant error.
If I go back in the report that I am sending through the ibot, it runs without any problem.
I tried to send it in different formats and run as different users, but the results are still the same!
Any idea what else I could check?

SQLFetchScroll returned code SQL_NO_DATA_FOUNDThanks it solved the issue.
But One more thing Now I have placed the parameters in the where clause of the query
Query-
select field1,field2,field3,field4,field5,job_name,candidate_name,interview_date from etc.ethr_irc_int_details
where field1 is not null
and job_name = :1
and candidate_name = :2
and interview_date = :3
in the VO I am executing
public void iniQuery(String S1, String S2,String S3)
System.out.println("insdie ini query of the VO");
System.out.println("S1 "+S1);
System.out.println("S2 "+S2);
System.out.println("S3 "+S3);
this.setWhereClauseParams(null);
this.setWhereClauseParam(0,S1);
this.setWhereClauseParam(1,S2);
this.setWhereClauseParam(2,S2);
executeQuery();
and in AM
ETHRIntDetailsVOImpl IDVO = (ETHRIntDetailsVOImpl)this.getETHRIntDetailsVO();
// IDVO.executeQuery();
// OAViewObject IDVO = (OAViewObject)findViewObject("ETHRIntDetailsVO");
IDVO.iniQuery(S1,S2,S3);
Row row = IDVO.first();
again I am not getting any data in the row??
Any idea if I am doing any thing wrong..
Please help urgently.
Thanks

Boot loader did not return any data.
Hi,
i have installed the Oracle VM Server and Oracle VM Manager in two different machines. I'm using the VM Manager to create the Virtual Machines(guest). I followed all the steps given in the Oracle VM Manager User guide 2.2. I'm using the RHEL5 as the OS for the guest machine. I receive an error saying 'Boot loader did not return any data.'. The vm.cfg file has got created in the path /OVS/running_pool/12_VM1. The contents of the vm.cfg file are as below
bootloader = '/usr/bin/pygrub'
disk = ['file:/var/ovs/mount/616CC4FA976D4352B1630FFCE835FEC5/running_pool/14_VM1/System.img,xvda,w']
keymap = 'en-us'
memory = '1024'
name = '14_VM1'
on_crash = 'restart'
on_reboot = 'restart'
uuid = '3a925bc9-1555-b5bb-b0f0-c5958db65468'
vcpus = 1
vfb = ['type=vnc,vncunused=1,vnclisten=0.0.0.0,vncpasswd=vm123']
vif = ['mac=00:16:3E:02:8B:64, bridge=xenbr0']
Can any one help out in this ASAP.
Thanks in Advance.re..

Windows 8.1 + IEnumShellItems + protected OS files = BUG!
IEnumShellItems is flaky on windows 8.1. Even when one manually turns OFF the "hide protected OS files" setting from folder options (control panel), the enumerated items do NOT contain "super hidden" files (those that have both S and H attributes) In
