Hi
i have   production order  created and conformed for material AA0011  batch 2200..qty 100(manfactred date :    01.01.2010)
                            and again create production order for this same material   batch 2201..qty 200(manfacture date 05.01.2010)
after week  i get sales order for customer ... for this material AA0011 qty ..100
in our storage location material AA0011 have 300 qty .... Here i want to issue the material against sale order .. 100 qty ..
how can  we know the wich batch is oldest ... ? is ther any report for this one .. y bcoz i want sold frist in frist out
at the sale issue time i want see this report.. like material batch no and date of manfacturing ..
could any one help me in this issue

check the material Document in COOIS report, here you get the olber batch Posting date wise
in list - Documented goods moment
Plant-  ABC
and execute , here you will get material ,order batch and material Document
click on material document and through posting date you can find ,how old is u r batch also you can bring the posting date in same report by changing layout
revert back if needed

    There is no standard report for your requiremet, go for ABAP development.

  • Trave Management Report Issue

    Hello SAP gurus,
    While running following Travel Management Reports under Travel Planning Node, I could not generate any data. The reports are:
    *S_AHR_61016283 - Business Volume with Hotel Chains, Hierarchical*
    *S_AHR_61016284 - Business Volume with Hotel Chains*
    *S_AHR_61016285 - Business Volume by Hotel Location*
    But, while executing the reports under Travel Expense, data could be generated.
    What can be the possible reasons? Please advise.

    Hi,
    If i use report "S_AHR_61016403 - Trip Receipts Without General Trip Data " under Trip Expense, I could generate report. In this report i could see hotel related expense. I did not entered any input value to execute the report.
    Now while using the report as mentined earlier, there too i did not entered any input value to run the report.  I expected some value related to Hotel expense to come.
    May be i need some advise in the way I am creating data in Travel Planning. As such the reports under Travel Planning are not generating any data.
    Any suggestions?

  • W510 w/WinXP, device manager reports issue w/1394 Net Adapter (error code=10)

    I recently reimaged a brand new W510 w/WinXP w/SP3 & installed Lenovo Toolbox utility. Which immediately identified an issue w/the 1394 Net Adapter in Device Manager. Looking at the Device Status (details) it states "The Device Cannot Start (code 10)" and suggests reloading the drivers. I've tried updating them using the UPDATE DRIVER button and searching the web but it states Windows cannot find a better match then the one I have. I've copied the driver from a 2nd WinXP machine (nic1394.sys). I've installed all of the Microsoft updates (for Critical Software and Hardware). Installed the Lenovo Driver Update utility & installed all available driver updates and flashed the BIOS and nothing has resolved it.  I've run the full Lenovo toolbox diags and everything passes (including the 1394 adapters) I've also sent the PC into Lenovo for repair and they indicate everything tests fine as well..
    Question, does anyone one know if this device is compatible w/WinXP ? Any other suggestions ?

    I prepare the migration for Microsoft FRx to Microsoft Management Reporter and I have an issue for Management Reporter wizard when I wrote the server name cannot connect for step 2 specify connection management reporter database server and have long time
    and show me error message “can’t retrieve database ensure server and login credential are correct”, although at the same time I connected by server for Report Design and I proceed all instructions required for Migration guide documentation. please help me

  • Management Report - Cannot assign an empty string to host variable 10

    We ran a Management Report for the first time after completing the User/Role/Profile Full Sync and the user/Role/Profile Batch Risk Analysis.  The job failed with the following error:

    WARNING: Exception in Management Report Job: Cannot assign an empty string to host variable 10.
    com.sap.sql.log.OpenSQLException: Cannot assign an empty string to host variable 10.
    We are on GRC 5.3 support pack 4.  Has anybody encountered this error? What does host variable 10 refer to?

    I checked our USOBT_C table and we have a lot of empty values. If this is allowed to be empty in SAP and this is the table that is uploaded into CC, why would all the fields in CC tables then be defined as NOT NULL?  We suspect that since we had uploaded USOBT_C under 5.2 and if this had been an issue before, it may have been corrected when we upgraded to 5.3 but then the old data is still in our system. Is there an easy way to get around or correct this?

  • SSRS Reporting Issue

    HI All,
            I had a custom requirement in SSRS which has three Roles in the Databases.
            Example 
            Roles :  Role1, Role2,Role3
            Folders : Folder1,Folder2,Folder3
            Role1 Should be able to see all the Folders Considering him as an highest privilaged user and Role2 Should be able to see folder 2 and Folder 3 and Role3 should be able to see only Folder3 in Report Manager.
            Issue here is i had more than 600 users who belongs to Role2 and 1000's of users for Role3 So it is difficult for me to give permissions by having AD Groups as users might get added day by day and
    we end up having resource for monitoring newly added users and giving permission to them.
           Instead i am looking out to implement custom authorization, based on the Logged in user i can go back to database get the Roles associated with the user and Display the folders based on the Roles.
           is it possible to implement it using SSRS Custom Authorization, if so can some one please guide me further on how to implement it.

    Reporting Services can be extended to support Forms Authentication using the security extensibility interfaces available through the Reporting Services API. Forms Authentication requires that a person is present to enter credentials. For unattended applications
    that communicate directly with the Reporting Services Web service, Forms Authentication must be combined with a custom authentication scheme. We can add Forms Authentication by deploying a custom security extension to the report server. For more information

  • Error opening a Manage Report template with Formulas and Summation

    Hi Expert,
    My j2ee web application is setup is such a way that when there is NO connectivity to the Crystal Report Server XI, it will use the Crystal Report for Eclipse functionality and opening report templates located in the relative path - This works fine.
    But when there is a connectivity to the CMS Server, I have this error when opening a manage report in Crystal Report Server XI that contains formulas and summations. But for other reports like chart and listings no problem.
    This code triggers the error:
    ReportClientDocument clientDoc = reportAppFactory.openDocument(infoObject,0, java.util.Locale.US);
    I found out there's a conflict between CR libraries  for Eclipse and libraries for RAS Enterprise Server XI.
    How can I solve this issue so that I can support the two scenarios - with or without CMS connectivity, I can still view reports.

    You must isolate the CR4E and RAS SDK jars using separate classloaders - simplest is have separate apps, if rolling your own class loaders is out of project scope.
    They do not work together.

  • Management report - Role analysis

    Hi guys,
    So here's my issue, I inadvertently scheduled a role analysis without specifying the project roles which are about 200 +.  Thus, role analysis under the management report view constantly shows the  results of the analysis of about 2000 + roles which is a combination of both SAP delivered roles and project roles. Every subsequent batch and full syncs I've scheduled seemingly gets aggregated with the initial sync which has all the SAP delivered roles.
    Question.
    1. I understand I have to purge the database at the backend. The basis team strongly advices against this. Can I possibly purge the role analysis in the CC front end? What are my options here? I only want to see the role analysis of our 200 + project developed roles.

    I understand your requirement, please check the following.
    There are two ways to see Role based Risk Analysis, and both depends upon your requirements.
    1) Suppose, You have a requirement to see consolidated Role based Risk Analysis of a particular system. That means you want to generate a report for all the roles and want to see which roles are violating, mitigated, critical, high, medium and low in your system. For this you can go to Informer tab and generate Role based Risk Analysis Report.
    In this report the advantage is that you get a pie chart and bar graph. But you can not generate reports on the basis of some particular roles, because there is no such functionality provided in CC 5.2
    2) In other case if you wish to generate a Role based Risk Analysis report by specifying a condition like (z*), Here you also have option to select Report Type, risk Level etc  but yes, there is no functionality to see the result in graphs or charts in CC 5.2
    So in both ways your requirement to generate project roles risk analysis report in graph format can not be achieved. For this you only have two options.
    1. Raise an enhancement request to SAP Support.
    2. To go with the second option mentioned above, select report type to be management summary and export the results to excel and generate graphs manually.

  • Network DR test causes Exchange DAG network to fail (Failover Cluster Manager reports comms errors)

    We have a DAG configured between 2 mailbox servers, one in each of our main data centres. Our comms team recently performed a DR test between our 2 data centres, switiching from the main production link to the backup link. During this outage the Failover
    Cluster Manager reported errors, with each mailbox server reporting the other as uncontactable. The Events that were logged include the following:
    Isatap interface isatap.{02ADE20A-D5D4-437F-AD00-E6601F7E7A9D} is no longer active. (EventID 4201)
    Cluster node 'MAILBOX_SERVER' was removed from the active failover cluster membership. The Cluster service on this node may have stopped. This could also be due to the node having lost communication with other active nodes in the failover cluster. Run the
    Validate a Configuration wizard to check your network configuration. If the condition persists, check for hardware or software errors related to the network adapters on this node. Also check for failures in any other network components to which the node is
    connected such as hubs, switches, or bridges. (EventID 1135)
    File share witness resource 'File Share Witness (\\WITNESS_SERVER\SHARE_NAME)' failed to arbitrate for the file share '\\WITNESS_SERVER\SHARE_NAME'. Please ensure that file share '\\WITNESS_SERVER\SHARE_NAME' exists and is accessible by the cluster. (EventID
    1564)
    Cluster resource 'File Share Witness (\\\WITNESS_SERVER\SHARE_NAME)' in clustered service or application 'Cluster Group' failed. (EventID 1069)
    The Cluster service is shutting down because quorum was lost. This could be due to the loss of network connectivity between some or all nodes in the cluster, or a failover of the witness disk. Run the Validate a Configuration wizard to check your network
    configuration. If the condition persists, check for hardware or software errors related to the network adapter. Also check for failures in any other network components to which the node is connected such as hubs, switches, or bridges. (EventID 1177)
    The Cluster Service service terminated with service-specific error A quorum of cluster nodes was not present to form a cluster. (EventID 7024)
    The Microsoft Exchange Information Store service terminated unexpectedly.  It has done this 1 time(s).  The following corrective action will be taken in 5000 milliseconds: Restart the service. (EventID 7031)
    Looking at the Cluster Events in the Failover Cluster Manager Snap-In i see a heap of Event ID 47 (cannot activate the DAG databases as the server is not up according to Windows Failover Cluster Service) and:
    Node status could not be recorded. This could prevent some network failure logic from functioning correctly. NodeStatus:IsHealthy=True,HasADAccess=True,ClusterErrorOverrideFalse,LastUpdate=5/2/2011 8:25:42 AMUTC Failure:An Active Manager operation failed.
    Error: An error occurred while attempting a cluster operation. Error: Cluster API '"ClusterRegSetValue() failed with 0x6be. Error: The remote procedure call failed"' failed.. (EventID 184)
    Forcefully dismounting all the locally mounted databases on server 'BACKUP_MAILBOX_SERVER. (EventID 307).
    Our Comms team doesn't believe it is a comms issue as they did not log any network communication errors between the servers in the two sites (using icmp). So if it is not a comms issue, how can I configure the Failover Cluster Manager to be resilient to
    this type of network failover event.

    Isn't it also true that in a stretched DAG with even numbered nodes, the PAM needs to be in the same site as the active DAG node?  If the connection between both nodes goes down, and the PAM is in the "passive" site, the primary node will
    dismount the databases since it can't check with the PAM to make sure its safe for it to be up.  
    In a even-numbered node stretched DAG, the PAM changes to the DR/passive site everytime a failover occurs, but doesn't automatically switch back when you reactivate the primary node.

  • Management report doesnt show violations at user level.

    Dear all,
    I have a problem that the management report in 5.3 SP04 doesnt show violations at user level. At role level it works fine.
    I've tried full sync and generated a new management report. The problem remains.
    No. of Users Analyzed 859
    Users with no Violations 859 100%
    Users with Violations 0 0%
    Number of Roles Analyzed 2,986
    Roles with no Violations 2,510 84%
    Roles with Violations 476 16%

    Hi Vit,
      Follow both the notes mentioned by Sahad. Check the data in virsa_cc_prmvl table. Run the following script and see if you can see any data:
    select * from virsa_cc_prmvl where genobjtp=1
    If you don't have any data then there was some issue with user analysis so you will have to run the analysis again. If there is data then run the management report again and you should see the data.

  • RA&R Management Reports displaying 1 day behind

    Hi forum guru's.
    I am having an issue with the Risk Violations Management view on RA&R (i.e. the default screen after you log into RA&R). On the management view on the right hand side, the date "Summary as of" is always a day behind.  I need this date to be current.
    The daily management report background jobs run at 5:00am each day and the jobs complete successfully with no errors.  The server date and time is correct as well.  Has anbody experienced something similar?
    We are on AC5.3, SP10.

    Hello Gurus,
    I am new to GRC, I have to create a background job for RA&R daily  Management Reports. I have created a background job by going to Risk Analysis>user level->Risk level>Critical>Report Format>Management summary>clicking on Background>setting the backgorund job for daily.
    But the background is failing to display the report. I ran in the foreground and it works fine.
    Please let me know if I am doing anything wrong in the steps..

    I can submit to our boss, something that he can appreciate or understand. Maybe I just dont know how

    But i just wonder, 11i is already an old product, and still I am encountering "new" unresolved issue to raise SR :(It could happens for all IT products like microsoft etc... its not new news to can get new issue for old products.
