Bad Extension has me bugged

After installing an extension i have a glorius issue at hand. Dreamweaver is automatically inserting an iframe with a nasty perl script on the other end of the http address. This occurs when attempting to save a document, when creating a new document, as well as when uploading (grr).
Thankfully i never use iframes so this caught me by suprise at first figuring it was related to a recently installed extension and i would have to remove it I finalized coding on a hospital website, uploaded it to my testing server then to my suprise got a "sorry you cant go there" screen from my antivirus. After opening DW back up i noticed the iframe tag had been placed back into the file before the closing body tag.
I uninstalled the most recent two extensions as the others have been a year back or so, but i still seem to have the issue. Wondering where to check to remove any traces the extension has left in my beloved DW.
Checked all over and found site talking about the removal of the malware at the other end of the link that this bugger is placing in my documents now to get it the hell outta my dreamweaver
Should i reinstall, and rebuild my list of 316 sites i manage or please tell me theres a better way...'

The Extension was either an extension published by m65.net called Joomla Template Kit (very Handy but was one of the two i had recently installed), or a menu extension i was checking out (forget the developer) which seems to be the likely culprit being that I can no longer find it on the exchange.

is the iframe code that is being inserted, im assuming that this snippet has been loaded into several files that dreamweaver reads from when creating new files. Im assuming it has found its place into something to do with the sychonization process as well being that after removing the iframe tag from newly created documents it seems to randomly find its way back into files.
Thanks so far, ive been looking at dreamweaver files for the past day and a half now trying to find that tag and honestly have no idea where to look...

How to Fix Bad Extension??

Hello there,
Here's my situation:
I have a grape slot-loading iMac G3 running OS 9.2.
Things were going along fine (isn't that always the way) and when I tried to turn it on yesterday morning, it would hang as the extensions were loading.
This is what I did:
-zap the PRAM
-change the battery (although I didn't use a new one)
-rebuild the desktop
-trash some preferences
-disk first aid
-restart without extensions . . .
Okay, it will restart with all the extensions turned off. So I start to look for suspicious extensions.
Turns out the 'puter will restart without a problem if I disable these two extensions: Open Transport and Open Transport ASLM Modules.
But of course I can't access the internet without Open Transport, so I'm not sure what to do next.
Another glitch . . . in trying to figure out was wrong I tried to boot to my TechTools Pro CD, but the drive is not being recognized.
I'm not sure what to do now and would appreciate any suggestions.

I would replace the battery again, but with a brand new one. Many Macs, G3 models in particular, have booting difficulties if the battery is too weak or dead. You should be able to find a new one at places like Radio Shack for about US$16, cheaper on-line.

Try also trashing the file ASLM Preferences - you can do that while booted with Extensions Off.
It could be that one of those two extensions has gone bad - that has happened. They are replaceable with a little bit of effort. You can use the utility TomeViewer to extract (expand) any files you want from an Installation Tome on an OS Install CD or download disk image, without running the installer.

I've had Expressway working but now calls from/to Jabber for iPhone fail with a message "Bad Extension" in Expressway-E.
Is there someone that is willing to share the search rules of Expressway-E required that are required for Jabber to make/receive calls. I think I accidentally deleted one or changed one.

Yes, I got an answer from TAC and it is was the solution to my problem.
It had to do with announcing IPv6 support by the clients. (header "Requires: anat")
By creating a new Common Device Configuration that disables IPv6 (IP Addressing Mode), thus IPv4 only, and assigning this common device configuration to all devices using MRA, solved my problem.

How do you search through configured Alternate Extensions to correct error message : The phone number or extension has already been assigned to some other object.

When configuring a new Unity Voicemail Account I receive this message : The phone number or extension has already been assigned to some other object. I understand that this means that the 10 digit number I am trying to configure as the alternate extension for this user is already configured for another object with Unity.
I need to search by the 10 digit number and determine where it is configured so I can change it and map to the correct end user.
I have attempted to to search Users via DTMF Access ID using the 10 digit number with nothing being returned via that search.
How do I Search all of the copnfigured Alternate Extensions within our Unity Server?

A subscriber info dump is likely the fastest way. If you're curious regarding other methods, you can also use the Data Link Explorer (CUDLE) tool which is in the Cisco Unity Tools Depot. All extensions for all objects are referenced in the "DTMFAccessId" table. The View menu has a Query Builder which you can use to compile a SQL query that searches for a digit string. It's best to search for both the 10 digit string as well as an abbreviated string as Unity sees them essentially the same and they are usually should be associated with a single subscriber. Once you find a match, you can use the "ParentObjectId" value associated with the DTMF access ID to look for a matching owner in the "GlobalSubscriber" table. The ParentObjectId should match the SubscriberObjectId for a subscriber (assuming the DTMF access ID is assigned to a subscriber). This is the same thing as looking at SQL; however, you are not directly accessing the DB so this is generally considered the safest way to browse and get a feel for where things are.

Unfortunately, iOS 7 is too hard to push for the iPhone 4 and therefore has a lot of effects turned off to try to get it to run as smoothly as possible.
However, it becomes better and better with each update coming but it's hard to do anything about the hardware on an already released phones.
If you still have trouble or think they are too hard. My tip is, if so, to restore your iPhone 4 and make a clean setup with no iCloud backup. But all your photos in a photostream so you can access it later.

Same problem for me. Really a pain in the *** this bug ! Does Apple fixed it. I'm really suprised noone reports this problem and apple does not adress this.
Because of that, I cannot give it anymore to children because it hurts the view. Really a shame on the part of apple !

By "Bounces up and Down", do you mean this:
The content of the screen drops down and about a third of the top of the screen is blank.
When you press the home button or any icon, the content moves back to the top of the screen.
If this is what you are seeing, it is intentional. It is meant as a way for you to be able to easily reach the icons at the top row of the screen.
Double tap the home button. Do not press the button, just lightly tap it.
All the content should drop down.
Pressing the home button or any icon will shift the content back up again.
This is a new feature designed for the larger screens in the 6 and 6+.

Reader 9 has a bug, Reader X is a step backward.

I upgraded to X because the latest reader 9 wasn't highlighting search / find terms consistently. Now with X, not only does it superficially look like a older version of reader, the toolbar customization is difficult, limited, and the search / find box is gone unless you hit the find button (or ctrl + F or apple + F). I use this feature all the time in writing scientific publications where I have to find a key word quickly when I'm reviewing articles and its very handy to just have the search bar on the toolbar. It just seems like this version has less features and versatility than the last. But the last has a bug, so I'm left with two less-than-optimal PDF viewers instead. Sure the some of the new features are going to be nice with X, but overall I think they took a step backwards with this new version, and should have fixed the bug from 9.4.5 first.

Hmm, I have different wallpapers (one of my photo's for my lock screen and and just plain black for my home screen) and mine still does not do that.
Try setting them both to something different, but simple - say different colors of one of the default screens. Or just try one any pair of the default screens instead of your own custom pictures. Does it still do it? I cannot seem to get my iPhone to duplicate that no matter what I try with it.
You can submit the info to Apple at http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html but try and give them as much details as you can, of anything you have tried that either does not change the abnormal behaviour or that does fix it.

In previous versions there could only be 10 people actively in a call for webcams to work. I constantly have a call where there are 12+ people in the call (not talking, but using the IM features of the group, so not in voice chat). Normally webcams are a non-issue and we can always turn them on.
In the newest version of skype (7.0) you cannot turn on webcams if there are more than 10 people in the call (IM or Voice). Anyone with 7.0 can see the webcams just fine, but cannot enable it themselves. If they turn on video with 10 people in the IM then add more, the webcam will stay on but cannot be reenabled.

According to AT&T Technical Support, the "Wireless #" on the tablet box from AT&T is only an identifier for the 3g/4g signal, and cannot be used from by any (known) application as an actual phone number.

I would like to enable Drag and Drop in a JList containing Strings. To do that, I used the ListTransferHandler.java that is used in the DropDemo. Unfortunately, this ListTransferHandler.java has a bug. I tried to find the bug, but was not successful. To me it is interesting to see that the importString() method is not called, and, therefore, the addCount variable never get's updated.
So am I missing the point of enabling DnD in a JList? Don't I need to implement a ListTransferHandler myself? At least it did not help to use a 'blank' TransferHandler jScriptList.setTransferHandler(new TransferHandler("text"));
Has anybody a working ListTransferHandler for me please?

When I try to drag and drop and item, such as "List Item 3" over "List Item 1", "List Item 1" is removed from the list and "List Item 3" is put in its place. If I drag and drop some text from the textbox, the item in the list area disappears.
