  • Driver program for (request for quotation) /SMB40/MMRFQ_A smart form

    Dear friends,
I found a standard smartform for request for quotation ie /SMB40/MMRFQ_A..but i am unable to find a driver program for this standard form..
Also checked in TNAPR table and nace t code for driver program.
pls tell me the driver prog for the above SF..
    Regards.
    Vinod

Ok. That is because standard smartforms are not coming part of the package. You either install an ADD-On related to the preconfigured smartforms. If you have access to service.sap.com, you can download the preconfigured smartforms.
The other option is to Migrate Script to Smartforms from Smartforms tcode...in MenuUtilities>Migration/
After migration, you will get the layout....and you have to change the smartform from scratch.

  • URGENT - XI to SRM : Interface for 'Request For Quotation'

    Hello Guyz!...
I am trying to develop an interface in XI to post 'Request For Quotation' into SRM system. Can anybody help me on this.. Any kind of help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

    Hi Praveen,
No need to create a new inbound interface for posting the RFQ in SRM. You can use the SAP predefined inbound interface "RequestForQuotationResponse_CreateOrChange_In" present in the name space "http://sap.com/xi/EBP". Also it will have a corresponding proxy in SRM side which will call a stard function module.
All you need to do here is create DT, MT, MI required for source and do the mapping.
    Regards,
    Jai Shankar.

  • Standard report for Request for down payment

    Dear All,
Is there any standard report on request for down payment in case of vendor and Custm

    Hi,
There is no standard report for displaying the Down Payment Requests.
Workaround is go in standard line item reports for Vendor & Customer & select the line items for Noted Item with SPL GL Indicator F.

  • PCR fors - Request for separation

    Hi All,
    Version: ERP 2005 , MSS BP 1.0
We are using the standard delivered "Request for separation" PCR form in MSS.
the drop down for the reasons for separation does not display  anything. These reasons are configured in the IMG and can be seen in R/3. The separation action has also been assgined to this request scenario SPSE.  Any inputs where I need to troubleshoot. This seems to be an IMG issue .. any chance this being a portal issue ?
    Thanks,
    Mark.

Even I am also not seeing any reason in the drop on portal. I am on ERP2004, EP6.0Sp20. The note 683612 did not help me either. I see the action type 10 there.
Is there any other configuration missing?
    Thanks!

I'm trying to pass a SIP INFO message on an NG911 call with "Content-Type: application/rfai-bridge-request+xml".  The CUBE replies with "Unsupported Media Type".  I have enabled the pass through configs I know to use.  Does anyone here have any experience with this?  Thanks much in advance.

  • MSS -  Create a PCR  : Request for Separation

    Hi All,
After logging on to MSS the manager creates a personnel change request.
He is using a standard request for separation form.. ( Adobe form is used here)
fills the information and saves it.
Once this information is saved , I need to see it in R/3. I somehow cannot remember or pull up the tcode. Can some please help with this.
There is a Tcode that lets you see all the information in R/3 with respect to the MSS PCRs...( Std ISR notification type 56/57 for Request for Separatio).
Any inputs on this will be highly appreciated..
    Thanks,..
    Mark

    Hello!
You can view the raw data of the form via function module: ISR_SPECIAL_DATA_GET (/se37).
You can view the notification information for the created request by using tcode: /iqs22
    Hope that helps,
    Harald

  • Request for Discount , Free Transport before creating PO

How does the customer will ask for discount or free transportation of goods to be delivered from a vendor .
I want to send quotations to vendors such that it should contain quantity of items along with request for free goods delivery or some discounts . After getting their quotations back from the vendors is their any way of asking for negotiation of price or free goods delivery ( if this is not asked in RFQ ) .
I need if this is possible , where we define all this things. Points will be rewarded .
    - David Boon

    Hello David,
Free shipping and discounts are part of negotiation with the vendor. Once you receive the Quotation from vendor then it will be maintained in "maintain Quotation - ME47".
Based on the comparition list, you can negotiate with the vendor for Free Shipping and discounts. If vendor is ready to supply the material with free of cost and discount then you can maintain Discount in Quotation again or in purchase order, where as you will not maintain delivery condition in Quotation/Purchase order.
    Hope this helps.

  • Down payment request for assets using bapi_acc_document_post

    Hi guys(girls)!,
    I<< priority reduced >>
I'm posting a down payment request to an asset with a z program using bapi_acc_document_post. Everything is fine, but, when i go to fb03 to check the generated document i don't see the asset number associated to the purchase doc. When i go to bseg to check, i don't see the asset number and the subnumber. I lack just these to fields even i'm passing the values to correct fields in bapiacgl09.
This is the values i'm passing:
    wa_acctgl-itemno_acc  =  iterator.
    wa_acctgl-gl_account  =  lv_skont.
    wa_acctgl-vendor_no   =  p_vendor.
    wa_acctgl-doc_type    =  p_tipdoc.
    wa_acctgl-item_text   =  p_txtcab.
    wa_acctgl-po_number   =  p_ponum.
    wa_acctgl-po_item     =  s_ekpo-ebelp.
    wa_acctgl-serial_no   =  imp_no.
    wa_acctgl-asset_no    =  wa_ekkn-anln1.
    wa_acctgl-sub_number  =  wa_ekkn-anln2.
    wa_acctgl-acct_type   =  'A'.
    wa_acctgl-CS_TRANS_T  =  '100'.
    wa_acctgl-asval_date  =  sy-datum.
    APPEND wa_acctgl      TO gt_acctgl.
    CLEAR wa_acctgl.
    Please help!.

Hi Eduardo, what i'm trying to do is a down payment request for an asset. Indeed, i do the post. My problem is that the asset main number and the asset subnumber are not getting saved in bseg, so when i go to fb03 and double click on a line item, i got prompt to fb03 in visualize mode, and the fixed asset field is blank.
I have now a week trying to get the asset main number and the asset subnumber getting saved in bseg. I note that i have other field that are not getting saved 'cause i'm not passing the value thru the bapi. This field is LNRAN.
If you or anybody have a clue how to solve this, i would appreciate the help.
