Batch in scheduling agreement

Hi gurus,
we manage some material with batch.
when i create sheduling agreement or when I maintain delivery schedule, I cannot enter the value of batch,
In selection screen (for scheduoing agreement o delivery schedule) is not possible to set "display" to the field "batch".
So I suppose that the field batch is not available for scheduling agreement,
What do you think?
Marco

The functionality for batch field is not available in Scheduling Agreement.
The cause is that a scheduling agreement is for a longer period.
So it wasn't expected that the batch number is known when creating
the scheduling agreement. You can enter the batch number when
creating the goods receipt.

  • Scheduling agreements and batch

    Hello
We have some customers that need to recive the same material-batch combination if possible due to the fact that then they dont need to recalibrate. So we thought that could be solved with scheduling agreements, but when i create the LD agreement and sets the batch, and schedulines any other orders will use that material/batch if suitble it does nott seem to reserve the batch, only the material. Is it possible to make the scheduling agreement reserve the batch so we dont have to handle this manually.

  • Scheduling Agreement -Schedule line should not pass the requirement to MRP

    Hi Friends!
As we all know the scheduling agreements is outline agreement with future schedule lines, with this system will  pass the requirements to MRP for the schedule line which is even after 5 years, so my requirement is  if the schedule line date is above 15 days from the current date then requirement should not pass to MRP.
solution which we gave is, SA initially will determine the schedule line category as  CN (which will not transfer the requirement) and  a batch job program will run daily and it will check for each schedule line if any of the schedule is with in the 15 days from the current date then it will change the schedule line category from CN to CP.
Now the problem is , by using Batch Job which program I have to call to change the schedule line category?????
    1. we tried BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE but when we are changing the CN to CP it is not performing ATP where as if we do manually it is performing.
    2. we tried BDC but here also we facing some strange problem i.e. while recording the ATP screen is not populating where it is coming while doing manual.
Can someone let me know which one program we should call in Batch job to do this change.
    Regards
    Nath

    Hi nath,
i also failed in changing shedule line category in userexit and in BAPI.
in one case, i succeded in doing it with a bdc after MV45AFZZ / userexit_save just bevore the datas are reset but after the commit-work is processed.
the other possibility is, to change the accepted amount in userexit RV03VFZZ / USEREXIT_AVAILABILITY_OUT.
    3. possibility is, to block the order with a delivery - block , same as the credit-control-block. This block can be set in MV45AFZZ or perhaps in BAPI too.

  • BAPI/FM to change scheduling agreement's delivery status.

    Hi All,
I have to check  "Delivery completed" indicator of scheduling agreement.
I tried using BAPI_PO_CHANGE but it returns the message below:
"Not possible to process a scheduling agreement using this function"
Is there any other BAPI or FM to change the agreement.
I do not want to use batch-input. But if there is no other option I will.
Note:  I am using system 4.6C
    Thanks
    Mandeep

    hii
    try using BAPI_AGREEMENT_MAINTAIN FM.
one another FM BAPI_SCHEDULE_MAINTAIN is used to create or change scheduling agreement delivery schedule lines.i hope any FM can help you.

  • Inbound Delivery For Scheduling Agreement Lines using LSMW

    Hi,
We need to create inbound deliveries for scheduling agreements. Our scheduling Agreements are too big with 200 lines. But the vendor used to send only few discrete lines in his ASN. Is it possible to create inbound deliveries for the Scheduling agreement using LSMW? Is there any standard BAPI or IDOC available to handle this in LSMW? Has anyone done this before?
    Our requirement is as follows.
    1. Create Inbound Delivery for few lines of the Scheduling Agreement
    2. The delivery quantity of the inbound delivery will be a partial quantity of the Scheduling Agreement
    3. Materials are batch managed and the batch number for each inbound delivery item need to be captured.
    4. Vendor's ASN Number and its item number need to be captured at inbound delivery header and item level respectively.
Note: Delivery Schedule of the Scheduling Agreement is not used in the above scenario.
If you have any input, it will be really appreciated.
    Regards,
    SP0526

    Hi,
You can give your scheduling agreement number in the field Purchase Order.
If you want select from the list, you can click on PO tree (just under create inbound delivery). There selet document category as "L". You will get the scheduling agreement list.

  • Scheduling agreement error

    Hi experts,
I am updating a scheduling agreement using IDOC with basic type DELFOR02 and message type DELINS. After posting an IDOC, I get an error message of "No batch input data for screen SAPMSSY3 0121" or "No batch input data for screen SAPMSSY3 0131". I don't know where it is coming. Any idea? Please help.
    Thanks,
    Lalyn

    Hi,
Please go to transaction code WE19 - Test tool for IDoc processing, and clieck "Inbound Functional Module" at the top and first give Functional Module Name ( most probelly it will be "IDOC_INPUT_DELINS_START" or you can check functional Module name by cliecking "Standerd Indound" button from front screen) and after giving functional module name sellect option "In Forground" and then process it. By trying this way you may exactelly reach to the problem area and even if it dosent helps you then on the same screen sellect debug mode option and ask your ABAP Consultant to help you in this case.
May be it will serve your purpose.
    Thanks...

  • Possible changes in Scheduling Agreement

    Dear Friends
Scheduling agreements are made for fixed dates and quantities. Can I change date and quantity or only date / only quantity in va32?
Suppose my SA is created on 1.4.09 for 10 line items. Can I add two more line items on 10.4.09 and on 12.4.09?  Then can I deliver all items on 14.4.09?
    Thanks
    Sangeeta

    Hi,
Schedules in Forecast Tab can be altered based on your requirment.
As you know the schedules will pass on to MRP run, MRP run usally will be scheduled as a batch job and it might run once in a day, or a week or a fortnight, depends from company to company.
So if you change the schedules after  MRP is run,  then the reqirment passed to PP module is wrong.
With respect to delivery creation it doesn't have any impact.
In the Forecast Tab, there is a New Delivery Proposal Icon , if you press on that icon, all the old schedules are deleted and then you can maintain the new ones.
All the old schedules can be seen under  the Analysis Icon.
Delivery Schedule number will be unique and this will differntiate schedules coming at different times

  • Partner Function not picked in Scheduling agreement.

    Hi
I have maintained the Partner functions in Vendor master.
But when i create a Scheduling agreement, the partner functions are not picked from Vendor master.
Can any body help on this please?
    Thanks & regards,
    Sasi

    Dear Sir,
I am also face same problem.
AIM : I want to display manufacture name in good receipt.
I done : I have create one charecteristic for manufacture and in this charecteristic i have assign field of manufacture name which is maintain in vendor partner role. Then i have maintain one batch class RM_class and it assign to material. But when i want to display manufacture name in good receipt it is not display.
Analysis : The field of manufacture name is not saved in any table it is use in structure. so field of manucture is not caintain any value so it can't display any valve in good receipt.
Solution: If you give name of manufactue in CT04(charecteristic of manufacture) and this charecteristic assign to class(RM_class) then this class is assign to material.Than when you create good receipt and select manufacture name it will display at the time of batch determination and also when you want to dispaly mateiral list by manufacture you can see it with help of BMBC.
If you have any other idea please explan me.

  • Change Net Price of Scheduling agreement (ME32L/MEK2)

    Hi,
I need to modify via ABAP program the net price of scheduling agreements.
My current program edits price conditions through batch-inputs on MEK1 / MEK2 but they don't automatically update the net price.
The ME32L allows editing of price conditions and automatically updates the net price, but is not suitable for a batch input.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks and regards
    Francesco

    Dear Frans,
As per i know You can use ME32L for batch input,. you can try to record the script using SHDB.
