BCM - Approval status manual

Hi
We use BCM approval for two channel
1- by SWIFT channel
2- Out of SWIFT channel
How is it possible to change the payments from "Approved" to "Sent to Bank" or completed ? manual in channel 2
Regards

Hello Alaa,
2. Out of Swift Channel - I hope this is via PI flow. Here you have to do some mapping in PI side and configuration in Sap ( Map external status to internal status in BCM ) to get the correct messages / acknowledgement after sending the file from SAP to PI side and from PI side to Third party who is sending the encrypted file to bank.
Once the encrypted payment file is placed in AL11 folder after the BCM approvals and the same will be displayed as Payment medium created of that batch.
Once the third party is receiving the file from PI side thn the message is as Received by payment network to that batch.
It will change as Received by bank once the bank receives the file.
If the payment documents data is correct then the message is shown as Accepted by bank once bank accepts that file
You can find the status of that batch in BNK_MONI by selecting the batch andthen check the history of that batch.
I hope it helps!
Thanks & Regards,

  • BCM - Approval status

    Hi All,
    I made all relevant settings for BCM.
    Run the APP & created payment batch. Also got it approved.
    Even after downloading the file, the batch is not being moved from "Approved" status to "Sent to Bank" status. (Refer TCode BNK_MONI).
    Is there any config settings required for the same?
    please advise.

  • Role for IM for restricting Approved status manually

    Hi experts,
    I have created one role, and I assigned this role to one test user. Before this I have maintained user status profile with the authorisation keys for UNCH,APPR, and REJD as UNCHkey,APPRkey, and REJDkey.
    Now my problem is when the creator of AR, is allowed to Approve. But He should not able to Approve manually in IMA11!
    The above role is given with another role IMA11 Tcode.
    How is it possible..can you guide me..
    Thanks,

  • SP2010 Designer workflow "Set Content Approval Status" does not work

    Hello
    I'm having a problem with a workflow for one of my clients.It is a SharePoint 2010 environment and I can only use SharePoint 2010 designer (no visual studio).
    We have an approval workflow in place, which works great. After the document approval workflow has does its thing, a new workflow can be launged by specific users (they have writing rights and can approve content). The workflow is used to set the release
    date of the document. This can only be determined after content approval.
    However, when the release date is set, the document approval status is changed to concept. This is of course to be expected, as we changed to document metadata. That is why I wanted to add the action "Set content approval" to this workflow. I cannot
    seem to get this action to work. Right now the workflow does the following:
    check out the document (check out is obligatory in our library)
    set the release date field to the released date parameter (defined when starting the workflow)
    check in the document
    set content approval to approved.
    The release date gets set to the parameter value, but the document is not checked in and the content approval status is not set. SharePoint produces the following error message (translated from Dutch): "An error occured. Cannot edit the item, possibly
    because one or more columns require another type of content. Unknown error."
    Guided by other posts online I gathered that this might be because the actions checkin and set content approval occur to close together. I tried letting the workflow pause for the duration of 1 minute after checking in, but this pauses the workflow indefinitely.
    I then tried 5 minutes (as this is the time standard set by SP2010 designer) but this also resulted in indefinite pausing.
    Posts online lead me to believe that I'm not the only suffering from this problem, but as of yet, I haven't been able to find a solution that works for me. Hopefully someone can help me.

    Hi,
    According to your post, my understanding is that the "Set Content Approval Status" didn’t work in SharePoint 2010 Designer workflow.
    I try to reproduce the issue and the result is the same as yours.
    If I only check out and check in the item, the workflow works well.
    However, once I set Content Approval Status after checking in the item, the workflow get error.
    As a workaround, I recommend to use two workflow to achieve what you want.
    First, create the first workflow, and allow the workflow to be manually started.
    Then, create the second workflow, and
    start the workflow automatically when an item is changed.
    When you start the first workflow, the document will be set value of the release date. And then the second workflow will be started automatically to set the content approval status.
    Thank you for your understanding.

  • Approval Status continues being APPROVED CCM 2.0

    If we approve an item in the Procurement Catalog and then we change a characteristic using one of these following methods the status of the
    item continues being approved:
    1. we manually change some characteristic (required or not) in the Procurement Catalog
    2. we change a characteristic (required or not) uploading a supplier catalog with modified characteristics and we have already map the
    supplier to the master catalog and the master to the procurement catalog, so the new value of the characteristic appears modified in the procurement catalog.
    3. we change a characteristic (required or not) in the Master Catalog and we have already map the supplier to the master and the master to the procurement, so the new value of the characteristic appears modified in the procurement catalog.
    The Supplier Catalog has the status Manual Acceptance,
    the Master Catalog has the status Approved, the Procurement Catalog To Be Approved and there are not approval rules.
    THANKS IN ADVANCED!!!!

    Hi all,
    I hope you are using ccm v2. and csv file format
    Do one time...if it is customize char. we have to recreate the supplier and master catalog schema..with customize char. First of all you have to create master catalog than supplier catalog with contents ..we have to map supplier catalog with master catalog , Lastly you have to create procurement catalog with schema(structure) file and link master catalog with procurement catalog..and publish the master catalog. This will solve your problem...

  • Can't retrieve approval status in Globally Reusable Workflow (Approval - Sharepoint 2010)

    For day's i am trying to implement the following in one of the standard, out of the box, Globally Reusable Workflow with Sharepoint Designer 2010:
    If Current Item:Approval Status not equals 0:#Approved Start Approval Workflow Task process on Current Item with Parameter:Approvers Else //Nothing
    This is to prevent that a workflow is started if the item is already approved! The strange thing is, a buddy of mine has also Sharepoint 2010 and he can select in the DropDown list -Current Item: -> Approval Status..
    But the only things I can select are the following:
    Content Type
    Created By
    ID
    Modified
    Modified By
    Title
    I don't understand what is going wrong! What am i forgetting to configure or bind or set?

    I have found the solution!
    I have setup an test environment, Sharepoint 2013 on MS Server 2008R2 and installed Sharepoint Designer 2013. When I now edit the default out of the box "Approval - Sharepoint 2010", if you enter the condition "if current item field equals value", you can
    now select "Approval Status"!!
    So this means that it IS available after all! After a lot of trying, searching, this is the solution in a Sharepoint 2010 environment, installed on MS Server 2008R2:
    Edit the (global or copied version if you want) workflow.
    Add the condition "if current item field equals value" as a step.
    Select from the item field: Content Type
    Click on "equals" and change it to "not equals"
    Then click on the condition and enter manually the following: 0;#Approved
    Move the task "Start Approval Workflow Task..." up so it is a part of the condition "If.. "
    Add an Else condition
    Enter here your custom action or log to show the user that the Task is not performed.
    Save the workflow.
    We now have to manually edit the Workflow Rules file.
    In Sharepoint Designer 2010, click at the left side of the ribbon on "All Files".
    If you have created a custom workflow, you can find the "Workflow.xoml.rules" file, in the folder
    Workflows/"Your custom workflow"/"CustomWorkflow.xoml.rules".
    If you are using the global, out of the box Workflow, you can find the .rules file in:
    _catalogs/wfpub/Approval - SharePoint 2010/ReviewApproval_1033.xoml.rules
    Click on the file, then in the next screen click on "Edit file" under Customization. 4.Search for the string "ContentType" 5.When you have found the string, it looks a bit like this:
    ns1:String xmlns:ns1="clr-namespace:System;Assembly=mscorlib, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089">ContentType ns1:String
    (When you look a few lines below this line, you see your added condition 0;#Approved)!
    6.Replace the string ContentType with: _ModerationStatus 7.Save the file! 8.Open in the current directory the "Workflow.xoml" file (this is the workflow itself) 9. Click on the Save button, it will give you a notice:
    A more recent version of _catalogs/wfpub/Approval - SharePoint 2010/ReviewApproval_1033.xoml.rules has been saved to the server by "user" on 1/5/2014 10:50 AM.
    Do you want to replace this with your file?
    Click NO! (Important, otherwise it will replace it with the default rules file, and nothing has changed!)
    Close Sharepoint Designer 2010, reopen SPD2010 and go to the workflow.
    Edit the workflow and you'll see the following now:
    "If Current Item: equals 0;#Approved"
    The field Content Type is now gone! This is correct so don't worry!
    Publish the workflow and you are done!
    Check now on a library that has a link to the edited workflow, when you start a new Workflow on a Approved-Major version of the document, what the outcome is:
    The workflow is discarded because of the condition and nothing happened, so your document stays on the most recent Approved-Major version and is not published back to a previous version number!!
    Conclusion: I think that the Sharepoint 2010 Designer, is missing that specific "Approval Status" field, but with the solution i have just given, you can solve this!
    C# for the win!

  • Approval Workflow does not update the Content Approval status if started automatically

    Hi,
    I’m using a simple Approval Workflow associated with
    Content Approval on site pages. It works fine when I set it to be started manually (by using
    Allow this workflow to be manually started by an authenticated user with Edit Item permissions
     option) and on the completion of the workflow the
    Content Approval status is updated accordingly. But when I set it to be started automatically (by using
    Start this workflow when a new item is created
     / Start this workflow when an item is changed
    options), it does not updates the Content Approval status. Note that I’ve set the
    Update the approval status after the workflow is completed (use this workflow to control content approval)
    option to true.
    Regards

    Hello,
    It is recommended to select "Start this workflow to approve publishing a major version of an item" when you want to use the workflow to manage content approval for
    a library.
    According to the Notes for “Enable Content Approval” option in
    this reference:
    If you are using this Approval workflow to manage content approval (moderation) for a library, and you selected the Start this workflow to approve publishing a major version
    of an item check box on the Add a Workflow page..
    If you did not select the Start this workflow to approve publishing a major version of an item check box on the Add a Workflow page because you do not want this workflow to
    be the default content approval workflow for a library, you can select the Update the approval status (use this workflow to control content approval) check box to make this workflow a secondary content approval workflow that specific users can
    start manually.
    That means having an approval workflow start automatically when a document is changed or created is not a good practice when you want to use the workflow to manage
    content approval for a library. You should either select "Start this workflow to approve publishing a major version of an item" or give users the option to start the workflow manually at the time they want to submit for an approval.
    Thanks & Regards.

  • Get approval status in edit form

    Is there an easy way to retrieve item approval status (moderationStatus) inside the edit form? During display of edit form I need to know wheather the currently edited item was approved or not. I see that the information is not reflected in a hidden column
    or else. I have the following ideas:
    Custom flag column that indicates if the item was approved.
    Get the current item via js rest call and check OData__ModerationStatus.
    I just want to know if there is an easier way to get the moderationStatus of the item I am editing.
    Thank you!

    Hi Eng,
    As we all know, the approval status column is a hidden column in SharePoint and it cannot be edited manually, so there is no OOB way to display the column value in item edit form.
    The easiest way is to use code to get the current item and then display the _ModerationStatus value in your Edit Item form.
    Here is the code example:
    <script language="javascript" type="text/javascript">
    ExecuteOrDelayUntilScriptLoaded(runCode, 'sp.js');
    function runCode() {
    var value1=window.location.href.indexOf("?")+4;
    var value2=window.location.href.indexOf("&");
    var url=window.location.href;
    var itemId=url.substring(value1,value2);
    var clientContext = new SP.ClientContext();
    var targetList = clientContext.get_web().get_lists().getByTitle('Case Date');
    targetListItem = targetList.getItemById(itemId);
    clientContext.load(targetListItem, '_ModerationStatus');
    clientContext.executeQueryAsync(Function.createDelegate(this, this.onQuerySucceeded), Function.createDelegate(this, this.onQueryFailed));
    function onQuerySucceeded() {
    var status=targetListItem.get_item('_ModerationStatus');
    switch(status) {
    case 0:
    alert("Approved");
    break;
    case 1:
    alert("Rejected");
    break;
    case 2:
    alert("Pending");
    break;
    case 3:
    alert("Draft");
    break;
    function onQueryFailed(sender, args) {
    alert('Request failed. \nError: ' + args.get_message() + '\nStackTrace: ' + args.get_stackTrace());
    </script>

  • Po in awaiting approval status in SRM 4.5

    Hello Friends,
    I am working on SRM 4.5,
    I am facing a problem in completing the workflow of a PO. My SC is approved the PO which is created is with the status
    Stats:
    HEADER     E0002
    HEADER     I1015          Awaiting Approval
    HEADER     I1021          Created
    HEADER     I1038          Complete
    HEADER     I1043          Ordered
    and workflow status:
    Workflow Item:
    Workitem-ID        000041330725
    Task               WS14000145
    Text               BAdI approval for Purchase order no. 2001013185, GUID 94E89401F7EF8A4EA8898F4A67A288F5
    Status             STARTED
    Statustext         In Process
    Date               29.04.2014
    Time               16:22:55
    Now what should i do to complete the workflow. Is there any transaction or function module or any table with which i can complete the workflow??
    Thanks in advance,
    Sarnava.

    Hi Sarnava,
    Is your PO waiting for approval or is it struck in awaiting approval status.
    Check SM58 transaction to see if there is any failures on the day of PO creation.
    If there is no failure and you want to complete the PO manually go to transaction SWIA and enter the header work item id and then click on complete manually. This will complete the workflow.

  • How do we identify SC that are stuck in awaiting approval status?

    All,
    Extended Classic Scenario   7.01
    We have Shopping Carts set up for auto approval.    From time to time some Shopping Carts get stuck in awaiting approval status and we need to manually force them to go.   We have not been able to identify a root cause for this so we would like to create an abap that would identify those SCs that are stuck then submit   BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER   to transfer those SCs.
    The problem we are having is finding the correct combination of status's that will capture those SCs that are truly awaiting approval.
    We first find all those SC with status = I1015 (awaiting approval)
    Then we exclude  those with status i1040 (deleted)  and i1129 (followon document created)
    It seems in our testing that sometimes the status i1129 has an "X" in the inactive column.   Should those then be reprocessed and therefore not excluded?
    Thoughts...
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,
    For your code logic, I1129 with inactive X should be included to get the list of SC which are in awaiting approval or may be approved but without follow on doc.
    But could you check if you get any message in RZ20 after the follow on doc is created and it becomes inactive ?
    may be you can check the SAP note: 1499352 - SRM Transfer: Redesign, bug fixes

  • What's the WMI class name to get Client Approval status

    What's the WMI class name to get Client Approval status.
    Unfortunately the below example with class "SMS_R_System" does not have the approval status
    Get-WmiObject -Namespace "root\sms\site_LAB" -Class SMS_R_System | fl *
    I listed all the available classes and... yeah It's going to take along time to go though all the possibilities.
    Note: I'm running this in powershell on the primary first
    If anyone knows it... I'd appreciate your help

    This is all still in the testing phase so I'm not sure this is the best solution... but here's my problem and idea to resolve it.
    Currently in our environment OSD can only be run against unknown computers and approved clients.
    I currently automatically approve all clients in a trusted domain. So all systems that succeed OSD and auto join the domain are approved and I can always run OSD against those machines in the future.
    Problem is with the systems that fail OSD for any reason and therefore do not automatically join the domain. They end up getting a SCCM record by the name of "Unknown" and therefore cannot run OSD again until the "Unknown" record
    is deleted. "Unknown" records happen too frequently to manually delete and I'm not too comfortable with just deleting ALL of them on a scheduled basis.
    Additionally there are way too many OU's in my environment to automatically join our OSD'd systems to the domain. So I have a script that checks using a prestart command to see if the system is already in AD, and if so then OSD continues and simply
    joins the machine to the domain in it's current OU. If not the tech is given a nasty error message telling them to add the computer object in AD in the proper OU first.
    I intend to check , with a Prestart Command if the current system already has a record in SCCM and delete it if found AND is not approved yet. This should resolve the "There are no task sequences available" error I get with
    systems that have an "Unknown" SCCM record.
    In this way the system will be essentially approved if the system was already prestaged in AD manually by a technician and any "unknown" record for that system will simply be deleted at the point of OSD.
    Note: Although I can easily use the new SCCM Powershell cmdlettts and get the "Approved" status, I need to do all of this in WinPE without the cmdletts. If this property is not available via WMI, then I'm guessing this will not work.

  • Approval status after copying sharepoint issue (help friend)

    Re !
    It's surely easy...I gonna try to be clear :)
    In sharepoint I got 2 lists : list01 and list02
    On my list01 I have a workflow.
    In the list01, if the approval status of my item is "approved" then I copy the item in list02.
    My problem is :
    the copied item in my list02 (yet "approved" in list01) have a approval status "waiting for approval"
    Strange ?
    How to keep it "approved" ? What I do not do well ? I have to change my workflow on list01 ? Create a workflow on list02 ? Settings/configure on my list02 ?
    I don't understand this behavior.
    Thank you for reading.
    Regards

    Hi,
    The approval status column is a system column, it cannot be copied by workflow.
    You can click approve/reject button in the ribbon to approve or reject the new item in list02 manually.
    Or you could change the approval status from “waiting for approval” to “approved” by code in the list02.
    The article below is about how to update the content approval status column.

  • Standard Report, for checking the PR approval status by a certain User

    Hello Experts,
                          Is there any standard report in the SAP where we can find out for the given managers, if level 1 approver is Mr. X, then which all has been approved by Mr. X and and pending with subsequent approvers?
    Please help.
    thanks and regards,
    Yawar Khan

    Hi,
    Yes, standard report is available for PR approval status list using T-code ME5A - List Display of Purchase Requisitions and the following input data's are given .
    Purchasing Group                  :    ___
    Scope of List                         :  ALV
    Plant                                       :  _____  (if required)
    -  Assigned Purchase Requisitions to be ticked.
    -  Released Requisition Only to be ticked.
    -  Requisition for overall Release to be ticked.
    -  Requisition for Item-wise Release to be ticked.
    Now execute the report and then report top layout button click for  'Release indicator' option selected for released status confirmation purpose.  If release indicator status is 'X' means PR released, otherwise PR is not released.
    Hope, it is useful for you.
