Been charged for jack reacher 15.99,but will not download due to too many http addresses open how do I get my money back

Have purchased jack reacher for 15.99 unable to download due to too many http addresses. I hav only got the apple address open only would I be able to get a download and how do I go about getting a refund thankyou.

You would really have to ask the app developer if there is a way to export the data.
As for adding a printer, you would need to purchase an AirPrint compatible printer and connect it to your wireless network.
By the way, your holiday letter/rant/Idon't even know what to call it... is completely inappropriate for these forums.

    The question is ... Did you buy them, accidentally or otherwise?   They are all part of iLife, the latest version of which is iLife 11.
    iMovie/Garage band can all be bought through the App store as separate programs; iPhoto is a free update.

    What if i tried to buy a song, but it wouldn't go through. It said " We are unaable to process your request right now. Please try again later." So i tried it again and it went through and then it said that i bought the song twice. But it wouldn't go through the first time. So how do i get my money back for that song?

    If you still wanted the song you could:
    Open iTunes...
    Click the "Store" menu at the top ->
    Find "Check for purchases".
    Hopefully it will find the songs you were trying to download and it will finish downloading them without you having to pay again.

    Yes, I reported the problem using that exact sequence immediately after discovering the problem with the app.  When I submitted my complaint and request, Apple redirected me the website of the app manufacturer where I submitted the same complaint/request for refund.  I have not heard back from either, and was still charged, so I can only assume that is not the correct way to "Report a Problem" even though Apple would have you believe otherwise.

    The app may have been free to download, but did you then make any in-app purchases within it to unlock extra features ? If you didn't then you can contact iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
    You can turn off in-app purchases on your device via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off'

    iOS is the operating system for iOS devices like the iPhone and iPad. Your Mac runs on OS X. You have installed OS X 10.10.2 Yosemite.
    I have the most recent version of the Kindle app for Mac from the Mac App Store (MAS) v. 1.10.6 and it works fine. Look again in the MAS for the Kindle app, does it say Get or Open on the button?
    Are you confusing Kindle for Mac with Kindle for iOS. The iOS version won't run on your Mac.

    Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.
    If its not in your purchase history, you should report it to your credit card company instead.
