Billing due list not getting updated-deliver realted billing

Hello,
I am carrying out delivery related billing in CRM.
When i make an order in CRM and carry out the  Goods movement (Post goods issue) and delivery in ECC,the document flow is getting updated in CRM.However,the billing due list is not getting updated.that is it does not show the delivery document to be billed.
Is there something missing?

Hi Naresh,
Can you please try to debug in the badi "CRM_UPLOAD_BEA_FILL " after saving the service order.
(May be i think there may be some custom implementations in this badi where it checks  some conditions to be met were getting failed which results in  not generating of billing due lists).

    I am trying to create billing due list from service order, but billing due list is not getting generated due to some reason. I have checked in both Maintain and Analyze billing due list, but nowhere I can find the billing due list.
    I have set the service order item to billing relvant (E), defined Billing Type, Biling Unit, Billing Item category, Item category Determination.
    And this is the first time we are trying to create billing due list in system, so Please let me know if some other activation / configuration needs to be done
    Also is their any way by which during creation we can check what has missed. I tried debugging during service order save, but no luck. May be I am not able to reach the point where billing due list creation is triggered.

  • Download list not getting updated

    Whenever I download anything, it gets downloaded with bar properly showing up, but after the download it just gets wiped off from the list. The download list do not gets updated and the last entry is stuck on May 21st.
    There are other problems as well. I do not get any suggestions while filling forms. Firefox do not suggests me passwords anymore, though I can see passwords through preferences -> security -> show passwords.

    You need to add the development system in the Development  system tab, the test system under the Quality Assurance and the production system under the Production system of your logical component which is currently being used by your maintenance cycle and once again generate the CTS project and accordingly adjust the tasklist manually.

  • CCS Details are not getting updated to COPA in Sales Order Settlement(VA88)

    Dear Experts,
    Our scenario is MTO with valuated material.
    1. Production order is tagged to Sales Order.
    2. Production order is settled to Material and variance is getting posted to COPA.
    3. At the time of Delivery, COGS Debit (Cost Object- Sales Order), Credit - Inventory.
    4. At the time of Billing, Accounting Document is getting generated, COPA document is not getting generated.
    5. We  are not executing WIP. (as per Business process)
    6. Settlement is done thru transaction code VA88. COPA Document is getting generated.
    I am facing the following issues in the above MTO process.
    1. At time of sales order settlement thru VA88, In COPA, only COGS is getting as updated with one value field i.e. Material Cost.  Cost Component data (Material Depreciation, Labor etc..) is not getting updated to COPA.
    2. When I settle the Sales Order thru VA88, Billing Quantity is not getting updated to COPA though Quantity field mapping is done properly.
    Please help me how to resolve the above issues.
    Note: Same Cost Component Structure, we are using for Make to Stock scenario. Cost Component Data is getting updated Properly to COPA  (at the time of Billing)

    1. CCS (Cost Comp Split) wont be updated to COPA if you settle via sale order.. In sale order, COGS cost element is posted.. the same will get settled to COPA as one single value...
    In MTS, the CCS gets updated to COPA upon billing because of the "valuation" strategy customization... Billing posts to COPA in that case, COPA gets Sales Qty and it is valuated with CCS to give you the break up.. But, in your case, Billing is not posting to COPA, but to sales order.. hence, there is no qty flow into COPA upon billing.. thats why you dont get CCS for MTO
    2. The sales qty should be updated to COPA upon VA88.. For this, make the following settings in your PA transfer structure which is used during VA88
    1. Go to KEI1, Select your PA transfer structure...
    2. Add an assignment line in it... Check on "Qty Billed/Delivered" in the assignment line
    3. In the Tab "Value Field" below "source", assign Qty Field
    Now when you settle, it should update qty as well

  • Billing Due List shows third party sales orders that have no SGR

    Hello,
    I've run into an issue where the billing due list (VF04) shows sales documents that have not gone through statistical goods receipt.  In our normal flow we create a sales order, which automatically creates a purchase requisition (PR).  We create a purchase order (PO) from the PR and when we generate a shipping notification (ASN) we also do a statistical goods receipt, which kicks off billing. 
    Normally items show up in the billing due list based on the billing type of the sales order item category.  In this case that indicator is B - relevant for order-related billing on the basis of the order quantity.  My understanding is that it should not show up in the billing due list until goods receipt, which is not happening for us.  We're seeing sales orders based on non-SGR'd PO's in the billing due list. 
    Also, in sales to billing copy control (vtfa) the billing quantity indicator is E - Goods receipt less invoiced quantity.
    Any ideas?  Have I provided enough info?  Thanks in advance!

    Thank you very much!  However, a setting of 'F' only seems to show line items in the Billing Due List after I create a vendor invoice.  We are not using vendor invoices for our process and I want items to show up in the Billing Due List after the GRN.  Are you saying that you think items should show up in the Billing Due List after the GRN?  I know SAP doco kind hints to that, but I did try a setting of 'F' and it does not work; the items only show up after I create a vendor invoice.
    Any other info or guidance is greatly appreciated.

       I am creating billing doc from VF04, using Delivery document as
       SD Document in VF04 Selection screen.
      My question:  I want to prevent some of the delivery doc to create billing due list.
      Example:  I am creating billing doc from VF04 by using delivery 80131567
      ( Just for exampel)  If this delivery's  sales order type is = 'ZSKE' then only
      i have to allow the system to create billing due list other wise no billing
      due will be created.
      I hope you got clear idea abt the issue from my example.
      Could you please let me know any perfect USER-EXIT exit or Routne
      and any thing to work my scenario.

  • Third Party Orders not appearing in billing due list. Item Cat billing rel 'F' & VTFA Billing Qty E

    I had a requirement to do my customer billing for third party scenario before doing the invoice verification.
    The solution that was proposed was to make the following changes,
    In VOV7 (For TAS )item category the billing relevance should be (G) and
    in the copy control VTFA  at item level  for item cat (TAS)maintain the billing qty(E).

    The problem I faced with the above config change was that nothing was appearing in the billing due list and when I tried to do a billing from the order directly, it would not let me.
    Then I made the following change,
    In VOV7 (For TAS )item category the billing relevance as (F) and
    in the copy control VTFA  at item level  for item cat (TAS)maintained the billing qty(E).
    Now after the MIGO is done based on the PO, the system allows me to do a customer billing from the SO before the invoice verification. But still this SO is still not appearing in the billing due list. Have any of you experts faced the same problem? How can I get this to appear in the billing due list? Or in other words, how do I identify open third party sales orders that are due for billing?

    @ Joan, in that case invoice verification would now be necessary anymore right? In my case i need the invoice verification to happen...but at a later stage
    With the existing config...i.e. F as billing relevance and E as billing quantity, I now tried doing a MIRO immediately after the MIGO and then it appears in the billing due list. So basically I think its the billing relevance F...and if I want it to come in VFO4 before MIRO, perhaps a tweak in the logic of VFO4 to include billing relevance F + billing quantity E ?

    if the above is not working then kindly  use the below logic with the help of ABAPer to update the same
    TABLES: VBFA.

    UPDATE  vbfa  SET PLMIN = ' ' where vbelv = ' '  and vbtyp_n = ''.

    Hi Swati,
    Every document will have two types of statuses
    1. Header level
    2. Item level
    Whenever the item is set to Released (Not the Header status) then the billing items get triggered and you will see them in the billing dues list.
    and one more prerequisite is you will have to set your item category as Relevant to billing and also have to do the config around that item category

  • Route is not getting updated in billing

    Hi all,
    I have a freight condition type which is having the key combination of plant & Route (werks/route). we give route manually in the delivery document header but it is not getting updated in billing item and because of that billing item is not picking the condition records.
    My copy controls from LF > F8 Header 009 and item 010 maintained.
    Please give your valuable inputs to resolve this

    As I know there is no field for Route or for transportation in Invoice.
    I suggest you to consider trying routine based pricing for the same.

  • Deliver completed indicator is not getting updated in the PO item Overview

    Hi Gurus,
    We have the PO with quantity of 10 and it has been GR/IR, but the  Delivery completed indicator is not getting updated (Checked).
    The deliver completed indicator is selected in the config of t-code OMCD.
    Also there is no tolerance limit is maintained.
    Could you please suggest us why the indicator is not getting updating.

  • Item billing plan lines not appearing in billing due list ...

    Hello Team ,
    I have one question on service contract billing plan. Contract has status released.
    I have one contract which has header billing plan that is applicable at line item also.
    1. At line item level billing plan two items are due for billing but in billing due list this line item does not appear. Some of the lines in Item billing plan are already billed.
    Also at item billing plan there is no check (tick mark) for Header Billing Plan.
    Can some one suggest what are the possible checks for item billing plan not appearing in billing due list.

    Please define a billing unit and assign the Sales/Service Org to Billing Unit and in turn assign the billing unit to Company code.
    And define item categories for CRM Billing and define item category determination as well.

    Using VF04, i get a Billing due list. The issue is - I don't want a particular invoice type to be seen in the Billing due list though that invoice type exists and has different purpose.

    pl do it this way
    1) go to VF04 t.code
    2)enter the selection criteria as required to carry out the billing process.
    3) then the second field in the VF04 selection screen, you have billing type field > on the right side you have an arrow > clikc to open it > on the top you will find two green light and two red lights > here you have options to select or exclude
    a) a range of billing doc types
    b) single values.
    4) now go the red light single values and give the billing type which you dont want to invoice.
    5) click the execute button there.
    6) Now all the screen selection is done
    7)Now click the save button > it will ask do you want to maintain billing due list > click yes > give a name and save it.
    8) now you have created a varaint for VF04.
    9) Execute the due list.
