Blackbook Apps - licence key probleme after purchase

Hello, I am a french user of BB.
I bought Blackbook app yesterday but It don't generate a license key. I have received the confirmation of the purchase by email with my order number but no license key.
How sould I do to resolve this problem? I don t know what to do.

There is no Apple provided duplicate remover application. You must have bought a third-party application. Which application is it?

App photogene not appearing after purchase.. says installed

New Ipad 2, first purchase, Photogene. The app does not appear on the ipad. Does photogene appear as a separate app or is it embedded within the photos?
It looks like from the developer web site demo that photogene is a regular app ... Not sure what happened.. but this was the first app we purchased and we had to enter credit card info after selecting the app. The app says it is installed so we can't repurchase it. .... help.. no support from the developer yet.

I hope someone comes along who knows more about this than I do. I've seen other comments about missing downloads, and some of the time it is because the App is hiding on the second page! I've had that happen at least twice.
It is my understanding that your iPad and your iMac must use the same account. If not, then you can't transfer Apps between them. The store "knows" what your account has downloaded, and will refuse to download it again if you try.
Are you familiar with folders? Is it possible the downloaded App either went into a folder where you haven't looked, or caused a new folder to be created that holds the missing App along with one you already had?
Have you synced the iPad with its host computer since downloading the Apps? That might make it show up. Another thing I'd try (for no good reason!) is to reboot the iPad. Hold down both the Home and Sleep buttons until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" arrow. After the iPad has restarted, see if the new Apps have appeared.

I just found another article that suggests it would be worthwhile to try downloading the App again on your iMac. I don't think it would hurt to try.

Preview app retina resolution problems after Mavericks upgrade

Hi everyone!
after upgrading from Mountain Lion to Mavericks, the Preview app (Version 7.0) stops working in Retina resolution.
For instance, a 2500pix graphics now does not fit in the monitor (2880x1800 pix native resolution) when displayed at actual size, i.e. 1 image pixel per 1 screen pixel. It is rendered at twice as low resolution.
As with the previous os x mountain lion, in Mavericks too I am using "Best (Retina)" screen resolution mode in the Display Preferences.
Any idea how to resolve this?
actually, I belive this is some sort of bug of the Preview app.

i have a solution!
well at least that worked for me.
It is nothing like a bug or software problem. It is just that after mavericks install for some reason i found a change in my Preview app preferences. So i set it correctly and now everything is back and working correctly.
Go to the Preview Preferences, then choose the "Images" section/tab, then choose "Size on screen equals size on printout" option, and thats it!
Try this out and I hope this works for you too!

XCode App Does Not Download After Purchase

1. Select "Buy" for XCode app.
2. Dialog window displayed and I enter PW in authentication window and click "Billing Info"
3. Dialog window closes and nothing happens.

In the MAS on the right under Quick Links click Account. Then click the Edit button to the right of: Payment Information. Make sure your *Security code* is available then click Done.
Try purchasing Xcode again. If you still have problems, since this is not an isolated issue, please report this to MAS Customer Service here.
Then install the v10.6.7 combo update that includes MAS fixes that were not included in the original 10.6.7 update.

IOS 8: apps and space problems after install

Anyone have this problem and maybe a solution? I had to uninstall a lot of downloaded apps in order to install iOS 8. I then reinstalled some apps back, not all, but now says I have zero space to take even one pic. Also, four of the apps I did reinstall, including YouTube, Facebook and Google Maps are grayed out. Can't use them. I deleted a lot of pics, including streaming and turned that option off. Apple, my dear, why don't these apps work? And why can't I take a pic? I have iCloud space, am I missing something? Thanks in advance ~

Yes! I've seen that problem circulating. Now I can return the favor: Users can do their part to save battery life by turning off unwanted Notifications (Settings > Notifications), switching off Location Services (Settings>Privacy>Location Services), disabling Background App Refresh (Settings > General > Background App Refresh), and stopping their devices from constantly searching for data via Fetch New Data (Settings > Mail > Contacts > Calendars).
Also it recharges faster in airplane mode..
Maybe that might help until they address the issue ~

What happens when you try to do the purchase, if you are getting an error message then what does it say ?

Apple TV - Syncing Problems After purchasing TV season on ATV

There appear to be numerous issues with ATV and syncing. However, I've yet to find anyone requesting assistance with my particular problems:
1. I purchased a season of television episodes with my iTunes acct. on ATV. Now my MacBook fails to sync. It's stuck on the moving striped bar indicating that syncing is just initiating. A couple of times, it's stopped and an error message appears advising me that my computer is not authorized to play the television shows that are being synced back to my iTunes. This is ridiculous as I only use one iTunes account. When I "re-authorize" my computer as the message instructs, of course I am advised that my computer has already been authorized. But the episodes still fail to sync.
2. A week before I purchased the TV episodes giving me trouble, I purchased an HD movie on ATV. That movie synced without issue back to my iTunes. But today, in the midst of attempting to deal with the sync issues on ATV, I decided to backup all of my iTunes (on my computer) on my external HD. Everything backed up with the exception of my movie. The error message I got simply said there was an error and it could not be transferred to the HD.
I am having more and more issues with iTunes and ATV. I hope Apple gets these under control. For years, I've been a happy Apple customer, turning many other people on to Apple products. But lately I've become increasingly concerned with Apple, at least regarding their online media purchasing/rental system and its compatibility with Apple hardware.

Sorry Capoho for calling you the "other person" just didn't remember you screen name but am thankful for your input. I sure hope it is only an itunes problem.
*Winston*, I tried setting up another account and brought up itunes and had to agree to terms, blah blah blah, and atv didn't come up, however, the homesharing showed up, which it doesn't on the adminstrators account (my original account) anymore, which is another issue. However, I can say this, since I have "repaired permissions" atv is acting like it did when I downloaded itunes 9.0. If I tell it to sync everthing that I wanted to it will only sync in sections. For instance, I had it sync, a couple of movies, 3 playlist and music videos, 1 tv program, and around 2000 pictures and having that download first. Yesterday, it downloaded all the pictures and then quick syncing. Last night it downloaded the tv program and the music videos and then quick syncing. It usually would download one movie and then quit syncing???? Network problem?, atv problem?, itunes Problem?
What does that mean if in the other account atv wouldn't show up?

Still got 'V' key problems after AppleCare

I had problems with the V key on they keyboard, each time i pressed while typing it pop up in the lower left corner and i had to click it back in to place. I called apple support and they sent me a box to ship the powerbook to their repair center. 2 days later i got the powerbook back, seriously fast, but the problem has not be dealt with. This is what a text file on the desktop said when it came back from AppleCare
"Please be aware that the key board has been re seated but this is a common issue with these units and may return in time but is within Apple spec." and on the proof of repair it states "Reseated Keyboard and replaced a new 'V' key"
What am i supposed to do about this as it is seriously annoying especially when writing words that have alot of 'V' in them?

do to an apple store if there is on close by and they will give you a new key and then you can tell then the key is not up to your satisfaction and they will replace the key till it works beautifully. same thin happened to my z key

Tab key problems after sleep

I have a fresh install of OS X 10.5.1. After my system sleeps or comes out of standby, the option to tab between text boxes works with everything except the wireless 'join other network' box. I have to manually move from the network name to encryption to password. If it doesn't sleep it works fine.
Very minor but annoying?

Unable to get new Apps after purchasing iPod Touch app update

I know this is a frequent topic but I can't help but feel my situation is a little different to others I've read.
After purchasing the app update the new apps failed to appear. I also had a USB port problem at the time that prevent a correct sync - after switching ports everything is fine again - except for the new apps.
On each subsequent sync itunes attempts to sync the new apps but instead I get :
"Unknown error occurred 0xE8000001"
The only problem is the apps though, any new music, podcasts, movies etc are synced without a problem.
From reading other posts on similar topics I have seen (and tried) the following :
Do a restore - tried more times than I can count.
Make sure you are running up to date iTunes and iPod software - done and done - 7.6 and 1.1.3.
Try a different USB port - I have 8 USB 2.0 ports available (4 sets of 2) none have helped. Neither did my powered USB2 hub. Neither does unplugging everything but the mouse and keyboard. The ports work fine for everything else; mouse, keyboard, gaming claw, ext hard drive (with the exception of the bad one).
Switch off manual management and resync - no help.
Uncheck the checked items only option - no help.
Out of desparation I tried to restore and buy the update again on my MacBookPro but the iTunes store prevented the purchase as I already had it.
I have read that when this error occurs it generally seems to be related to USB power but in those cases it usually means the iPod is not being recognised by iTunes - and I am not having that problem.
Any suggestions anyone can provide would be most appreciated.

I managed to fix this one out by copy the app enabling file (iPod tiuch App Pack 4A93) to the corresponding directory (\iTunes\Mobile Applications) on the Mac and doing an 'erase and sync'.
The apps were promptly synced to the iPod and remained when I resynced on the XP machine.
I noticed this one got a few readers but no responses - has anyone else had the same problem? If you are, I suspect you may be able to get the same result by copying the file and syncing on another PC.

Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

Unable to download apps after purchase-in-app

I've been trying to download apps but its unable after i purchased lives in "two dots" app. Then i couldnt able to download any apps because appstore sent me the error message abt the billing. Eventhough i tried and tried to use the same billing method and address (like the last time i used) but it was decliend though my bank account still have balance. Then i try to use another account to download still cannot and it pop up with unable to download app at thiis time message again!

Hello, I used to purchase games of big fish games. Since February I can't purchase in apps. After purchasing I receive a mail that I've been charged, but the game is not downloaded. The process is stuck and Each time I get another comment, "authenticating", "purchase is being processed right now" etc. I tried to delete apps and download again, restart the ipad, enable and disable restrictions and nothing helps. I always get a refund but the problem remains the same. Did anyone meet the same problem?

Look, I understand I still need a card attached to the account. The problem is, it won't accept my card because I only have 87 cents in my bank account right now.
If I had known there would be so much trouble with the iTunes card, I would have just put the cash in my bank account in the morning instead of buying an iTunes card (I didn't expect the banks to be open on Thanksgiving of course).
Apple will only accept cards that have a balance. The balance is so small in my account that it won't accept it as a valid card.
I'm going to have to contact Apple anyway to reset the security questions. That's obvious. Your answers were not exactly helpful. You didn't tell me anything I don't already know, but thanks for trying to be helpful.
