Bluetooth disabled on MacBook Pro Retina 13-inch early 2015

My new (3 weeks now) MacBook Pro 13 inch will randomly decide that bluetooth is not available. I can restore functionality with an SMC controller reset. Anyone else having this problem? Just trying to figure out if it's software or if I have a bad bluetooth module.
Thanks.

  • MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2013) Storage

    Hi all,
I am using MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2013). Base on its spcification [http://support.apple.com/kb/SP668?viewlocale=en_US], it's configurable to 512GB or 768GB flash storage.
My corrent storage is 256GB, and I want to upgrade it.
Is there one more free slot or it need to be replaced with my old SSD???
    Thnanks,

You need to replace the flash storage. Note that the MacBook Pro with Retina display comes with flash storage because a SSD doesn't fit on it.
I recommend you to get an external drive and store the files there instead of replacing the flash storage, which is expensive and will void warranty

  • MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2013) Flash Storage Failure

So I've been getting Kernel panics for the past few weeks on and off. So I ran the Apple Diagnostics and right off the bat told me my hard drive was failing. I'm going in tomorrow to the Genius Bar. I have Apple Care and Time Machine.
My question is how are they going to replace the Flash Storage? I can't find anything online about one failing let alone being able to replace/upgrade one.
    Thanks for the help!
    Nate

  • Macbook Pro Retina 13 inch Hinge Pop

    Hi,
I had my 2 week old rMBP 13 inch exchanged for a new one, because the palm-rest was creaking excessively and was interfering with my work progress in quiet work conditions.
However, this new one is even more irritating. Whenever I open my laptop from clamshell at a moderate to fast speed, there is a loud popping sound on the right corner hinge that supports the screen. Also, there is a bit of looseness that can be felt where the screen angle can be readjusted moves without much resistance, but after that there is much more resistance (which is the normal kind found in all other MacBooks).
Does anyone else have this problem? Is this worth the hassle of exchanging?

  • Mac Book pro Retina (15 inch early 2013) is constantly freezing.

    Problem description:
My Mac is constantly freezing, for (how it looks like) no good reason. Sometimes it occurs when I load League of Legends, sometimes it does not, also it just froze when I opened Iphoto, so I am not sure why this happens. So when I shut the Mac down, which is, or so it seems the only thing I can do, at the time of the freeze, it tells me, I have a graphic problem, but I am never able to see the report. Yea this is my problem right now with the mac, thanks for reading.

  • Macbook pro retina 15 inch running Yosemite extremely slow previews/rendering

    Hello,
So I got the newest version of Macbook pro retina 15 inch (mid-2014) basic model with 16GB of RAM, updated the OS to Yosemite, got Adobe CC on board, was happy for a second until I tried to edit stuff in After Effects. Preview plays at 13 fps at best when rendering something basic as a shape going from one point to the other. If you add footage it is 7fps or something. Already tried some options that were suggested on other threads like disabling App Nap but so far nothing helped. Please help me out, I'm really getting frustrated because of this.
Also, it takes ages to render final comp form Premiere Pro as well.

    Hi Connorsimone,
Thanks for the question. It sounds like you are experiencing issues with your MacBook Pro unexpectedly restarting (kernel panic). The following resource provides information on Kernal Panics, as well as troubleshooting steps for recurring kernel panics:

    Hi
I got a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014) running on Yosemite.
I wonder how is possible to enable the NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M card?
I am looking around but I cannot find documentation explaining about how to enable the other video card.
    Any tips/help?
    Thanks

    Check System Preferences>Energy Saver>Graphics Switching.

Hi David.  I don't have as modern a Macbook Pro as you, mine is a 2012 model, but perhaps I can help.  I often find that my SD card will not load when I first insert it.  I have to remove it and then put it into the slot again firmly.
You also haven't posted any information about the SD card.  What size is it, do you know how it is formatted, has it worked in that same mac previously, where did it come from, does it currently work in another device (such as your camera)?  This sort of information will help to narrow down the problem.
If you post some more information I'm sure people will try to help you.  In the meantime, if you look at your post again you should see "More Like This" at the bottom of the page and you may find an answer in some of those related posts.
    Hope that helps.
