Bluetooth not working even after reinstalling Bluetooth Stack and Monitor

I have a Satellite L70-A PSKNAU-06N06W which was U.S. custom ordered with bluetooh installed. It worked fine for 4 months then stopped. OS is Win7. After reading the boards I downloaded:
   Toshiba Bluetooth Stack for Windows, 9.00.03T
   tc00442200e.exe
   Bluetooth Monitor, 4.08
   tc00299500g.exe
It still doesn't work.Bluetooth Settings says "Bluetooth is not ready" and Bluetooth Assistant says "Autosearch has stopped because Bluetooth power is turned off."
In Device Manager under Bluetooth, Bluetooth V4.0 Module(WB335) and Bluetooth RFComm both have the yellow triangle flags.When I Update Driver Software-Browse my computer- Windows tells me the driver is up to date.When I ask the updater to search automatically it says either that or that the software is corrupted and to contact the manufacturer.

If you cannot identify the Bluetooth there, then check the wireless. Assume it's the same.

Calling not working even after reinstalling

Hi,
I really need someone's help, cos I have no more idea what to do.
So the Skype didn't work at all, it was like you tried to call someone, but on the other side they didn't get the call. I reinstalled the Skype, and then it was working on a weird way. The first few call was okey, but then it had the same problem. When I tried from the other side it wrote that there is an internet connection problem. But actually the internet worked well.
So it was working for a few days, the first 1-3 calls, then when we restarted the computer, it worked again. But then after these days it doesn't work anymore.
Could you suggest something?

QuickTime not working even after reinstall

For some reason QuickTime is not working in Safari 5 for a page on my website even after a reinstall of QT 7.6.6
Yet for Firefox 3.6.6 it is.
I added an extension ("Deanimator") for Safari 5 a few days ago, but then removed it soon afterwards.
There is a chance this extension may be the culprit because even Firefox had QT disabled so I had to reactivate it.
Unfortunately I don't see any easy way to simply reactive QT for Safari (and as I said... I did reinstall QT 7.6.6 and restart my computer).
Any ideas? Is there something simple I am missing?
FWIW... HERE (click) is the webpage that works for Firefox but not Safari.
It is normally a popup window so it will be way off center when the link above is clicked on... but you get the idea...

Strange indeed since if my very first link in my first post is clicked on (while using Firefox 3.6.6 or Camino 2.0.3) the simple animation displays.
I did open the .mov file in QT and I agree it does not animate for me either in this fashion.
I had not viewed this page, or .mov file, in some time and when I last looked (many versions back on both QT and Safari) there was no problem.
Again... very strange that it would animate in Firefox and Camino since when directly opened in QT it does not.

According to Apple there is no closing tag for this... and my syntax checker does not indicate a missing closing tag. Would you refer me to a URL that defines this?

HT3964 USB port not working even after resetting the SMC and PRAM, what can I do now?

I've got the "USB port draining too much energy" error message a couple of weeks ago and since then I've tried many times to reset the PRAM and SMC but still, one of my USB port is not working.
Could anyone please tell what I can do next ??

If you live near an apple store make an appointment. They will perform a DFU restore using known good equipment.
If that doesn't work you probably have liquid damage.

TOOL BAR ADD TAB NOT WORKING EVEN AFTER REINSTALL.

ADD TAB IN TOOL BAR HAS BECOME NON RESPONSIVE. UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL DIDN'T HELP. YOU CAN STILL GET NEW TABS BY RT CLICKING FROM BOOKMARKS. BUT THE BUTTON AND THE PULL DOWN MENUS DON'T WORK. MY FIRST SUSPECT IS A VIRUS AS I JUST CLEANED ONE OUT OF MY SYSTEM. MAYBE A BROWSER HELPER LEFT SOMETHING FROM IT IN THE CODE. Win 7 ie 9 and 10 flash player not working even after reinstall

I was running ie 10 and flash worked fine, then it quit. i tried to reinstall, i tried to uninstall and reinstall, tried as a different user. the install performs without error but flash isnt present. when i try to enable it, it isnt in the list. downgraded to ie 9 and went through same steps again with no change.

Update, I fixed it although it feels more like a workaround. I had to enable the extension in extension manager. That still left a blank panel, but once I closed and reopened the panel I was prompted to login. Seems that closing and reopening the panel is the fix once it is enabled.

Social App not working even after update from noki...

nokia n8 social loading feeds.
My wife and i have the same problem now, only last week she said my phone will not work on facebook the widget on main home screen will not load feeds at all, and the widget is now blank saying refresh all the time, so i linked the phone up to the computer and did a scan for new updates with nokia updater which you can download from nokia site.
Its now the 4th jan and the phones still will not work even after and update from a socail app,
nothing , facebook will load after a few pushes, and looks like its loading till it says loading feeds then it says the (wording unable to load news feeds)

Uninstall the social app and reboot your phone. Then go to software updates and reinstall from the offering given in the updates. I've uninstalled and reinstalled social twice and it has worked both times.

You might try a "hard reset" where you remove battery and AC charger, hold down power button 20-30 seconds and then reassemble and turn on. Reset BIOS (F10) to default settings, too.

I have had used D Link router before, and I faced problems to connect my computer.
Now I bought Netgear, and it shows strongly better than the f.... D Link...
Try:
Settings>>WiFi, and then turn off Ask for Conection;
Or:
Settings>>Privacity, be sure the Location Service is turn on;
Or:
In Settings>>General>>Reset, select "Reset all Adjusts". (Sorry, but it will change some personal adjustments, but will not delete anything at all)
