Bo connection to the appstore (iPad4)

Hello Apple Community.
Every time i try to update or download apps in the appstore an error message appears "no connection to the appstore" (or something like that, i'm german).
I can not download anything for 4 days now !

I have tried to look in the Master note but can't fint a simular problem. The problem of mine is the same, but i try to authenticate with Enterprise users.
I can log on as Administrator and see all the documents in the categori, but logging on with a non Admin user, I can't se anything. I have tried to give the user full control i the categori with no success. When I put the user in the Administrator group the user can se all the documents.
We are getting the same issue on iPhone and Android. But from Android we get the error 'Connection to the server Could not be established(MOB06031)' on iPhone we don't get any special error, but is the same behavior so we can't see any report her either.
Application on mobile are downloaded this week.

    I had the same problem last night with my iPad Mini and then this morning on my iPhone.  I did contact support this morning and they sent me a form to complete for the engineers.  Support did tell me that I don't have to change my password (have done it already twice - frustrating!!)..  Last night I was able to get my iPad to work but I had to sync it on my computer, after back up/sync was completed, the item that I was able to purchase on my iPhone yesterday finally was able to download onto my iPad.  But wasn't able to get into the itune store online kept receiving the same error.

  • For the last 2 days I have been unable to connect to the AppStore or iTunes via either my iPhone/iPad or MacBook over wifi.

    I have spoken to my ISP (Sky) and they haven't got a clue.
    I cannot connect to iTunes/AppStore on any of my 3 devices (iPhone/iPad/MacBook) when connected to my home broadband yet I have no issues over 3G on my iPhone.
    I also cannot play YouTube videos on iPhone/iPad via the app or the website but have no issues on my MacBook. I have done all of the usual things like rebooted devices, reset network setting and all settings. I would restore but that isn't going to go so well if my MacBook won't talk to iTunes is it?
    In all my years I have never had an issue like this before, it HAS to be down to my ISP right?
    Any advice will be GREATLY appreciated, thanks.

    So far I have reset and rebooted my router, the firewall is as default, no blocked sites etc
    Sky don't have a clue what I'm talking about so can't really help me.
    Just don't get it :(

    Hi I am being told that iTunes has an update, but when I go onto the AppStore I get the error 'A server with the specified hostname could not be found' I have gone through the forums and can't find a solution.
    I have found a few forums that link to Arthur Lockman having a solution, but can't get to the link.
    I have reset the certificates and tried every other link that I could find and now it is getting frustrating.

    Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
    This works for some users. Not sure why.
    Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

  • My iPad won't connect to the AppStore of the iTunes store

    i just got my iPad yesterday and went through setting it up and at first e dry thing seemed to work fine but now it will not connect to the App Store or the iTunes store. It does connect to the browser and other apps that use wifi, my iPhone which is also connected to the wifi can connect to the App Store and iTunes store fine.

    If the above doesn't work, try this:
    1. Turn off router for 30 seconds and on again
    2. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

    So this all started yesterday when i realised that i couldnt send pictures on whatsapp, so i went online to find something that coild help me and i found a solution. It basically kust needed you to delete a profile in settings and make a new one, but after deleting the profile i couldnt find the option to make a new one. after that i went back to whatsapp and found the i still couldnt send any images. after this i deleted the app, and went to the appstore to redownload it, but the message "cant connect to appstore" popped up. after i got back home i put it on my home wifi, tried connecting to the appstore but the same thing happened. so i just gave up on that and went to messages to tell people that i didnt have whatsapp anymore, but the red ! mark kept appearing every time i sent a message. i had service and everything, so i dont know whats wrong. i also cant update my i phone 5c to IOS 7.1.1, the latest one i have and all it says is verifying update for about 10 seconds, then "the update is not avaiable". my phones pretty new, i got it last christmas. i havent done anything to my phone before all this, but i think i havent been anle to connect to the app store for a while now (my apps dont auto update like they did before) but i dont check the appstore much so i dont know how long its been like that... Please help me also everything else works fine, skype, internet, calls... its just those 3 things

    No try this go to settings>general>reset>reset all settings "please note you will need to reput your wifi password in and nothing will be erased"

  • Every time I tap install or buy in the AppStore it gives me "can't connect to iTunes Store" -I'm running ipad mini ios 6.1

    OKay guys what happened: My ipad mini was working fine as good as it should be. I was able to install games and multiplayer with the apps. And suddenly everything changed when I tried to go play multiplayer it says something that I can't do multiplayer cause there's a connection problem or something that the Internet/wifi doesn't work..
    but I'm connected at maximum 3 bars in my wifi. Also every time I go to AppStore , it loads the games and features but no updates. When I search games they appear. I tried to buy fifa 13 but after I tap the buy button it gives me a message of ""Cannot connect to iTunes Store"" AND I WAS SO MAD AND IRRITATED I turned off my ipad and turn back on nothing happens. I reset the network/just settings nothing happens, I turned off my router and back on . Still nothing happens. THIS TIME I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP GUYS CAUSE I WANT TO DOWNLOAD FIFA 14 but every time I tap install it gives me the "Can't Connect to iTunes Store" message .

    Since 2 or 3 weeks, I can't connect to the iTunes Store nor the AppStore.
    When I try to download any app or song, I get prompted to write my password, and as soon as I begin to write it down on the iPhone 4 GSM, the propmt window dissapears and I get the "No puede conectarse a iTunes Store" (Can't connect to iTunes Store).
    I have used this account both in my first iphone 3g which works perfectly with this account, and I've been using it also on this new iPhone 4 till 3 weeks ago when i Couldn't connect nor make any purchases or update any app since I can't write down the password.
    I've tried writing it on the notepad, copying it so I can paste it really fast, and still the iPhone 4 GSM won't let me. Please help

    to be honest these are the solutions that may or may not work..
    first thing I would try is rebooting the phone by holding the sleep/wake button and home button for 15 seconds until you see the white apple logo
    if that doesn't work I would restore from backup and if that doesn't work I would restore as new if all else fails take it to your closest apple store they may replace the phone for a working one..
