If you are getting it when your iPhone is not connected to anything it probably means there is line/debris that is causing a short between the pins on your dock connector. Get a soft brush and clean it.

Message bar keeps telling me that Firefox would not allow a page to reload. What does this mean?

For a few days now when I go to certain sites I get this message at the top of the page "firefox will not allow this page to reload." Then there is a button that says "allow" or an X. Regardless of which I do, it keeps coming back.

My question is if I remove the program how do I locate my file to reinstall it and am I going to lose any of my music?

If you do not have a local copy of a song which you have purchased (i.e. it is available via iTunes in the Cloud), you may need to redownload it before you can transfer it to your device. You may find the following article helpful:
