Both itunes and my computer do not recognize my ipod classic, have had this before and reinstalled the device driver when asked to do so. However now it doesn't, how do i get this done?

Neither Itunes nor my computer recognize my Ipod classic. Have had this once before and when asked to reinstall device driver, did that and problem solved. However now I do not get this message, so don't know how to reinstall.

Let your ipod die. Then when it is dead charge it adn turn it back on. After that it should be fine.

I bought a Mastercard Giftcard for $50 the other day. It was only because the games needed updating before I could play them again, and my card on file had expired.
I kept getting a message stating the the card was declined. Also, it kept telling me to try to put in another card, or different form of payment.
I tried several times to get the MC to go through, and it didn't. It was not even showing that the card info even updated!
When I went to check the amount of the giftcard, there were 4 pending charges of $10.89 on it.
How do I get this money back? Please let me know as soon as possible.

You cannot fix it. Nobody can. There is a limit to how many free iCloud accounts that can be created on one iOS device and the limit is three. Obviously, this device reached that limit which means that this open box iPad was most likely owned by someone else or customers that used theiPad in the store got cute and created iCloud accounts on it and then deleted them.
So that's why deggie is recommending that you return the iPad to Best Buy and get your money back. You bought a device that should have never been sold to you.

I had to reload my software due to a virus, and iTunes wouldnt work. Wound up deleting iTunes from the computer and reloading it. It works but lost all my library and the computer now does not recognize my iPod. Like it is synced to another computer, but both are the same as before.
