Bought 2 copies of COD and no purchase history is shown on either! (been a week)
Preordered and picked up 2 copies of Call of Duty (Seperate transactions on 11/02/14) and there has been no purchase history in my account. No points pending! I should be getting the extra $10 for pre ordering as well. I was going to report missing points on both transactions but i want it to reflect the extra $10 for picking up the pre order as well and i thought it wouldnt.

Thanks for reserving and purchasing your copy of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare with us! I hope you're enjoying the game so far.
As you may be aware, it typically takes 15-20 days from the time of pickup or shipment for points tied to pre-order bonus certificates to post. They may also never appear as pending, and instead imply appear in your points history at the end of that timeframe. You may have to check older purchases too depending on how long ago you reserved your copy -- pre-order bonuses will often be listed on/around the same date your order was placed.
If you still haven't seen record of your pre-order certificate after than 15-20 day window has passed, let us know and we'd be glad to look into the situation on your behalf at that time.

Apple tv is giving me a meesage that says... There is a billing problem with a previous purchase. Go to the iTunes Store on your computer and click Purchase History to resolve problem. I have gone to my purchase history but can't seem to fix this issue.
You can contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department at no charge using the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find an "Email Us" button) and explain your problem to them.

Okay - let's cut to the chase...
If the Menu Bar (File, Edit... Help) shown in my screenshot below is not visible, use CTRL+B to display it. Then click on Help/Check for Updates. If one is available, you will be able to select it at this time.
Note the item at the bottom of the list; About iTunes. Selecting that will show you which version of iTunes you are using.
An alternative method to display the Menu Bar is click on the box in the top left of your iTunes window... -

Maybe you have multiple accounts that's why your purchase history is empty. You can try checking for possible Apple IDs that's existing for you or you can ask for assistance from support.

Record about my phone (bought in Verizon store and connected to Verizon for 4 years) has been corrupted and now I can not make any changes to my data plan. Several sessions with the technical support and management have not resolved this issue. Each time technical people and top managers promised that this issue will be resolve tomorrow and they will cal me. Nothing happend!! I can not even cancel my service not just to upgrade it. Completely locked.

If you are the account owner you can go to the My Verizon web portal http://www.verizonwireless.com
You must log in with your cell number and your my Verizon portal password. Not the account pin.
Once there you can change your plan and services. However repeated incorrect login attempts will lock you out of the site. It a fraud prevention measure.
1-800-922-0204 call support with your cell number and or account number and account pin and they can assist you.
If you don't have the information then there is nothing they can do.
If you can verify who you are they may be able to reset your account access. But only if you are the account owner.

I bought an LG phone and a $35 dollar plan card. Less than a week later it said I was out of time for texts. Apparently it only gave me minutes, not the plan I wanted. Is there any way I can get the plan without paying again?
So you bought a plan and used it all and want another one for free? I understand you thought it had more texts or whatnot but they won't do that since you already used the other plan.
That's like going to McDonalds and ordering a double cheeseburger, them giving you a double cheeseburger, you eating it and then realizing you wanted a double quarter pounder and expecting them to give it to you free. -
I don't plan on buying said movies and songs again, and while I'm at it, why are the songs that are in my purchase history out of order? I don't trust that at all....
When you connect the iPad to the computer can you see any apps in the apps list at all in iTunes?
Connect the iPad to the computer and launch iTunes.
Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.
Click on the Apps Tab on the right.
Do you see apps in that apps list? If you do, click on all of the apps that you want to sync.
Click on the Sync Apps Heading.
Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes -

I've resolved my problem now. It wasn't iphoto: preferences:@ that I needed but iphoto:preferences:general where there is the option to choose email for sending photos. Can't believe I missed that before.

Hey I bought an audio book, it said I purchased it, then nothing. No download and it still said last purchase was in 30th sep 2008?! So I downloaded it again and then Iwent through my email and say a receipt! eek what can i do ?
You are logged in with the same account that you bought it with and you haven't changed countries since buying it ? If it doesn't show in the Purchased tab in the App Store app on your iPad then is it hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919 ?

How do I recover my Kings of Leon album?
It can take a day or even two sometimes before the transaction is processed. Paypal is then the first to inform you by email and later it is Apple. I have a credit card in my Paypal account which means that I don't have to put money into Paypal.
And if the purchase is not billed at all, no problem at all I guess. -

ITunes Deleted my Store Balance and Purchase History
Last time I logged in, by store Balance of $55, and my Purchase history disappeared. Also it now only shows 1 machine authorized to play music, when it was at 4. It's like it was reset somehow. Has anyone else experienced this?
Perhaps your computer is logged into the store by someone else who used it?

Complete My Album and older purchases no longer showing as purchased
I have noticed that on many of my older single song purchases, I do not have the option to complete the album (but on others I do so it isnt some account issue).
It seems that for whatever reason, some albums get re encoded and re uploaded. When that happens they delete the old version from the store but leave it on their servers and your previously purchased songs are still attached to the old no longer available for purchase version. They dont migrate your purchases over to their new replaced version (were talking same exact album here, not a newer extended version or something)
You can re download them from the cloud no problem, but when you view the album in the store, it doesnt show any purchased tracks. If you re purchase one of those tracks it now shows in the cloud that you own it twice. (the album are will usually have slightly different coloring from being rescanned) I downloaded them both and the size was a bit different, the newer one even had a slightly higher bitrate.
Just figured id post this here for anyone not able to complete an album and thinking there is an issue. You can test it by deleting the item from the cloud (it just hides it) then going into the itunes store account area and going to the manage your hidden tracks area. If you sort by songs and click the album name, it will either take you to the album page or tell you that this album is not available in the US store (or whatever region you bought it in). If it says the latter, then you purchases are from an older encoding of that album.
I have no idea why they do it like this, its pretty rediculous and leads to a bunch of issues like the endless threads by confused people not knowing why they cant complete an album. Its because the album you bought a song from isnt for sale anymore, even though one with the same name and songs is.My purchased items are not available in iTunes (Updated)

Your purchase history can be found in the account information in the VPP Store:
Purchase history. Your purchase history is stored on the VPP store website under your account information, so you can track the status of each transaction, refer to past purchases, view content you’ve purchased, or download the current spreadsheet of redeemable codes. The purchase history also contains other helpful order information, such as order date, order number, purchase price, and number of apps and books procured.
