BP relationship replication : error

Hi everybody,
I try to replicate a relationship partner from SAP CRM 7.0 to SAP ISU.
When I use SMW01 transaction, there are the following message : "Sent to receivers (not all have confirmed)" and relationship is not visible.
How I can see the error ?
Thank for your help !
Best regards,
Rémi

  • FSMO Replication Error

I have been getting a pattern of errors on my DC. I have two pair of eyes on these errors, but everything seems to running ok. The only issue we've had is our workstations were putting out the "Trust domain relationship failed..." error. We were
able fix this issue by removing those machines from the domain, changing the names, and then adding them back. My only concern is that the errors below were the cause of that, and that the issue may return unless this is resolved. I've checked all of my services
and DNS's settings. IPv6 is on. There haven't been any changes to the server in sometime. Which is the baffling part. Any insight on this would be very helpful. I apologize in advance for not being well versed in this area... AD Replication is not my strongest
    point.

    Level:         Warning
    Keywords:      Classic
    User:          ANONYMOUS LOGON
    Computer:      LAHDC1.LAH
    Description:
This server is the owner of the following FSMO role, but does not consider it valid. For the partition which contains the FSMO, this server has not replicated successfully with any of its partners since this server has been restarted. Replication errors are
    preventing validation of this role.
Operations which require contacting a FSMO operation master will fail until this condition is corrected.
    FSMO Role: CN=RID Manager$,CN=System,DC=LAH
    User Action:
    1. Initial synchronization is the first early replications done by a system as it is starting. A failure to initially synchronize may explain why a FSMO role cannot be validated. This process is explained in KB article 305476.
    2. This server has one or more replication partners, and replication is failing for all of these partners. Use the command repadmin /showrepl to display the replication errors.  Correct the error in question. For example there maybe problems with IP connectivity,
DNS name resolution, or security authentication that are preventing successful replication.
    3. In the rare event that all replication partners being down is an expected occurance, perhaps because of maintenance or a disaster recovery, you can force the role to be validated. This can be done by using NTDSUTIL.EXE to seize the role to the same server.
This may be done using the steps provided in KB articles 255504 and 324801 on http://support.microsoft.com.
The following operations may be impacted:
Schema: You will no longer be able to modify the schema for this forest.
Domain Naming: You will no longer be able to add or remove domains from this forest.
PDC: You will no longer be able to perform primary domain controller operations, such as Group Policy updates and password resets for non-Active Directory Domain Services accounts.
RID: You will not be able to allocation new security identifiers for new user accounts, computer accounts or security groups.
Infrastructure: Cross-domain name references, such as universal group memberships, will not be updated properly if their target object is moved or renamed.

  • Customer Master replication error from R/3 to CRM

    Experts,
I am trying to replicate Customer Master from R/3 to CRM.
All the settings have been done. Nothing shows up in Queues. However, Bdoc hangs in "Received" state.
When I try to reprocess the Bdoc, I get a prog dump of type DBIF_RSQL_INTERNAL_ERROR in below function module: CRM_BUPA_FRG0020_SAVE_TABS
at INSERT crmm_but_set0020 FROM TABLE it_set0020_insert[]
This data corresponds to Shipping data in Customer Master.
Can you please help? I saw a similar thread in the forum where there was a suggestion about R/3 plug in update. How can I do that?
    Thanks in advance,
    JD

  • Replication error BP from CRM to R/3 - "Fill in all required entry Fields"

    Dear Folks
I have maintained all steps mentioned in building block - C03. I have maintained separate account group approach. Made sure that number ranges are in sync in both the systems. Particularly in PIDE, mapping classification Consumer-Org 'A' to 'ZZ01' (Copy of 0001).
I changed all required entry to optional entry in my 'ZZ01' field status using OVT0.
But when i replicate using R3AS, i get an error 'Fill in all required entry Fields" - Error in receiving system (i.e R/3).
I tried manually creating customer in R/3 with the account group ZZ01. Surprisingly it does not allows me to save unless i give the reconcillation account entry, even though it is not a required field.
Please let me know for further details and Please help me to resolve this error. I am in real urgency.
    Thanks

    Hi Karunakaran
Your reply answered my question of creating customer with no 'recon' a/c required entry. Thanks awarded 2 points.
My replication error is still hanging around. I found that It has no bearing on the 'Reconcillation A/c' required entry.
Some other field is still restricting my BP Role- Consumer:Organization to replicate. The error still showing as "required fields are not entered in R/3", even after suppressing "Reconcillation Account".
I think my reference customer master i created in R/3 using VD07 is not assigned in case of the account group Consumer:Organization.
But i don't know how to verify my doubts and get rid of this error.
    Please help, in great urgency.

  • Replication Error with Vendor Master Records

    Hello,
We are trying to replicate vendor master records from R/3 to SRM via BBPGETVD.  When we go to SLG1, there is an error stating Business Partner XXXX: Invalid Value 0003 for field Authorization Group.
Currently, the AP dept. maintains the field Authorization Group in the Vendor Master Record 'Control' screen with a fixed value of 0003 (LFA1-BEGRU).  When the replication occurs, SRM complains that this field value does not exist in a SRM customizing table or is a fixed value.
Do we need to implement the BBP_TRANSDATA_PREP BAdI to pass this value as a fixed value to replicate vendors?
    -regards
    Shaz Khan

I'm planning to implement bbp_transdata_prep. Wondering if either one of you can help. I've also opened another thread with my specific questions.

    Hi suren,
Error 1256 is logged as the replication status per partition as a result of the destination DC cancelling the sync request from the source DC due to a connectivity failure previously encountered.
Please refer to the articles below to troubleshoot the issue:

  • Replication Error in Quotation from CRM to ECC

    Hi All,
This is regarding the Replication error which we are getting in the Quotation/Orders in the CRM server, when the Quotation/Orders is getting replicated to ECC server.
    Let me explain the process,
We have the Internet Sales Application (ISA Version 5.0) implemented with B2B Scenario.
Dealers create Quotes from ISA for Configurable materials. The Configurable material has a "knowledge base" version already created in ECC in the table "SCEKB". Based on the configuration of the material, the knowledge base version of the material gets updated time to time.
When dealers create Quote for Configurable material from ISA, the latest "knowledge base" version gets determined in the Quotation. As a process, a new knowledge base version for the configurable is created for the material subsequently.
When Dealers are creating Orders for the Quotation from ISA, the order gets created in CRM server but does not get replicated to ECC due to the following error.
Internal error in communication between configuration and sales doc.CONFIGURATION_PROCESSING (Notification A V1 854)
    Item 000100 does not exist (Notification E V1 331).
We suspect that the Order when getting replicated to ECC, is trying to determine the latest "knowledge base" version in the system for the material and since there is a mis-match between the Order and the "SCEKB" table, the Order is not getting replicated to ECC.
Can someone tell me how to suppress the above error and get the Order replicated to ECC without any issues.
    Thanks,
    Ravi

    Hi Ravi,
Did you managed to get a solution for this?
We have a similiar situation, can you please provide an input if you have any?
    Thanks,
    Sindhur.

  • DataSource replication error

    Hello experts,
when running a process chain I get an replication error.
    it says
"..the DataSource 8Z_ODS_1 (its an ODS-Object) has a different timestamp in sourcesystem than in Business Information Warehouse ..."
I have no clue what this is supposed to mean!
    any suggestions?
    thanx
    Axel

    Hi Linda,
    1. You can use the below program to activate.
RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL porgram (se38) -> give the infosource name  and activate.
    2. Or search the Infosource in RSA1 and go into the Tranfer rules and click on activate button.
If you do not have authorisation in your Quality or Production server for the above two steps, do the step 2 in Development. You will be prompted for a transport request creation. Create the TR and release it to the target server.
    regards,
    Archana

  • ACS 4.1 replication error

    Hi netPro,
when i start the replication that's an error ,

    Number Error

    what does it means ?
    thanks.
    regards,

    Hi Jack,
Under database replication components, either select "user and group database" or "group database only"..You can't have both selected, as first option include the other..

  • Merge Replication Error When Initialising subscription

I have a SQL server 2005 server with a merge publication of 6 articles all of which are tables which is also the distributor. I have two existing subscriptions one from a SQL 2005
Server and one from a SQL Server 2008 R2 Server both of which are working fine on this publication. I am trying to setup a third subscription to another SQL Server 2008 R2 server, the only difference with this server is that it is a named instance. I have
forced the port to 1433, and created an alias on the publisher connectivity is not an issue or at least i don't think so.
    when I try to initialise the subscription from a new snapshot I get the below error;
    Error: 14151, Severity: 18, State: 1.
Replication-Replication Merge Subsystem: agent failed. No subscription is on this publication or article.
    I've changed the agent profile and turned on verbose logging and output the results to a file the snapshot delivery is failing on the below for the first table;
    call sys.sp_MSsetup_identity_range (?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?)
I've checked the subscriber and the table does indeed get dropped and created, permissions / routes don't seem to be an issue. I've included some of the verbose logging output below.

Any help would be much appreciated.
    Thanks
    Chris

The error happens on this table every time.
    The schema of the table is below;
    CREATE TABLE [dbo].[tblEmailMessages](
[EmailMessageId] [bigint] IDENTITY(1,1) NOT FOR REPLICATION NOT NULL,
    [Guid] [nvarchar](32) NOT NULL,
    [Recipients] [varchar](8000) NOT NULL,
    [CcRecipients] [varchar](8000) NULL,

The table gets dropped and recreated each time i try to reinitialise the subscription.  I can't remove the article at the moment as two other servers subscribe to the publication.
    Thanks for your help

  • Replication error on windows 2012 DC

    Hi,
I have added Windows 2012 R2 server (cadpdc1) to windows 2003 sp2 DC  (Primary DC) and promoted it as DC. After the promote I have ran dcdiag and it shows errors.
Each of servers have three NICs connected to different networks.
Please help me with your expertise since I need to bring this up on monday.
    Thank you
    Kind regards

The Kerberos client received a KRB_AP_ERR_MODIFIED error from the server cadpdc1$. The target name used was LDAP/cadpdc.engineer.com. This indicates that the target server failed to decrypt

If the server name is not fully qualified, and the target domain (ENGINEER.COM) is different from the client domain (ENGINEER.COM), check if there are identically named server accounts in these two domains, or use the fully-qualified name to identify the server.

  • Business Partner relationship replication issue.R1781

    Hi Experts,
I am currently modifying BP in ERP and in that I am changing Partner function. So when I replace any existing partner for any given partner function and save ( in XD02) a Bdoc travels to CRM. That BDoc is failed to process and in SMW01 I can see it is in error. When I open the error segment I see 'Partner XXXXX already has the maximum number of relationships possible'.Message no. R1781.
Is it some config issue of BP relationship or there is any OSS note missing or there is anything else?
    Kindly help.
    Thanks and Regards,

    Hi,
When you create a Partner Function on the R/3 side
(in XD02), a relationship (sales area independent) is created along with
the Partner Function (sales area dependent) on the CRM counterparts. But
when you delete this partner function on the R/3, the corresponding
partner function is deleted from the relationship data of the bp on the
CRM system but the relationship itself is NOT deleted.
That's standard, as explained in 490454.
To correct the error, please also check  note  497146 - this should help you.
    Best regards,
    Brian.

  • MM SUS Vendor Replication Error: Error in ALE Service

    Dear Experts,
We are implementing MM SUS (SRM 5.0). As a part of this we need to replicate vendors from ECC to SUS system via XI. We have created a Reduced Message Type Z_CREMAS_SUSMM and had set up the partner profile in WE20 with SUS logical system as destination and specifing the Message Type, and port of the XI system
We executed the transaction BD14 for replication, it is resulting in error 29 : Error in ALE Service : Entry in Outbound table not found.
Please provide inputs to overcome this problem
    Thank you,
    Regards,
    Ravi

    Hi Ahmed,
Thanks for your reply. We have configured as per SAP configuration guide(plan driven procurement). As per this we had set up partner profile for SUS logical system and define the outbound parameters with receiver port of XI system.
If you feel one more partner profile need to be setup for XI system then please advise us for necessary configuration.
    Thanks
    Ravi

    Hi,
    Check
Re: Idoc Error Status "Entry in outbound table not found "
Looks like some issue with the partner profile set up for the sender or receiver of the EDI message in WE20.
Set up them again and When these have been set up try reprocessing your IDocs from BD87

    =============

We re-initialized the problem-master to fix the problem. Then we started getting other issues - The problem master could now replicate to the other masters, but it could no longer replicate to any of the consumers. Then we saw that the the other master in the data center could no longer replicate to those same consumers either.
We ended up re-initializing the consumers as well.
At this time, everything is working, but I thought I'd put the details of the replicas here anyway. It may not be pertinent anymore, since we are no longer experiencing issues. The hard part is trying to find root cause now. Regardless, here are the details:
