Broken phone. Still in contract. Can I pay ETF and sign back up with Edge?

Please help me with the best option for my situation: I have a broken phone and about a year left on my contract. I ultimately would like to get on edge when I ge ta new phone. Would I be able to pay the early termination fee to get out of my contract and then sign back up with edge on my same family plan? Is there a better option for me?

Ouch, sorry to hear about your phone. Let's find out what the best option would be to get you into a new device. Is they device physically broken? Is there water damage to the phone? If you have insurance on the line you can always make a claim: http://bit.ly/07CrqPK
When are you actually able to upgrade on your line? You can always check that by dialing #UPG from the Verizon Wireless device. Or you can always log onto your My Verizon to check the date as well. Please keep us posted.

IF you have installed/activated Verizon Message+ on your phone, then yes you can. If not, you are out of luck.
If they are iMessages on an iPhone, you could log into your iMessage account on an Apple computer to read the iMessages, but would be unable to view SMS/MMS.

Your Verizon phone will not work on AT&T. If it's under warranty, take it to your nearest Apple Store for warranty service.

I know that you can use two credit cards to pay an item but the problem is that i can only put the billing address of just one of the credit cards, and since the two cards are from different people (my parents) i can't do it. They live in the same place so i don't know if i should just put one of the billing address.

Do you have any videos/movies in the video app?
In iTunes if you right click on the video and select Get Info and go to the Option tap what Media Type is shown?

Here is what you should do turn the device on hold the home button and the power button until the device turn off keep holding and when the device reboots release the power button but hol the home button until it shows the iTunes logo then restore it

You are on Windows 2000, you do not have a "Firefox" button, and should consider yourself to be fortunate in that you still have menus and don't have to do anything to get the menus back instead of the "Firefox" button. (The same applies to Windows XP users).
Use the "File" menu to get to Import. You are not on Windows 7 or Vista, and don't have to put up with the nonsense added for Aero.
If you want the "Firefox" button you can get it with View -> toolbars -> (uncheck) Menu Bar. The menu bar and the "Firefox" button were supposed to be mutually exclusive (which is impossible in some cases without being incompatible).
Once you are using the "Firefox" button ...
Use the "Alt" key to view the menu bar (temporarily) containing File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, and Help. On Windows 7 and Vista, the menu bar was hidden by default in Firefox 4 and above. What do you mean " back up my photos or Apps"?
The photo sync is one way - computer to ipad.
You can transfer itunes purchases. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases
Copy everything from your backup copy of your old computer to your new one.

Please log off and log back in to your machine and the issue should be resolved automatically. In case that does not work, please manually run the msi installer posted here (may require reboot).

Display separated after drop. Can it be glued and snapped back together?

MacBook Pro Late 2008 - Glossy Graphics display.
Dropped it on carpeted stairs and it separated in the corner.
The display still works, It closes tight with the display is all the way open, just
when I close it you can see it separated in the left bottom corner.
Appears that there are plastic and metal snaps.
Can this be glued and snapped back together or should I replace the clam shell glossy graphix display?
How much does replacing the display cost, anyway?

The best thing to do would be to take it by an Apple Store or AASP and ask. If it can be re-glued, then I expect you would need to use the exact right glue. If it can just be snapped back, then Apple or the AASP would know how best to proceed.
Apple or the AASP would be able to quote you a price on replacing the display. If you want to try it yourself, you can find parts and instructions on ifixit or PowerBook Medic.
It's probably worth a shot at repairing the display. Replacing it is always an option if a repair doesn't work.

Did you remove Quicktime X?
On a normal install Quicktime 7 is installed in the Utilities folder and Quicktime Pro in the main Applications folder.
You will need to reinstall OS X to get Quicktime X back if you have deleted it.
I notice yor profile says 10.5.8. Quicktime X is only available on 10.6 and above.
