Build Photo Editing App

I need to build a Flex/Flash app to do some photo editing.
The app needs to be embedded on a HTML page. The functionality is
fairly restricted: brightness, contrast, crop, "zoom", etc.
Do you guys know of any examples for this online? I haven't
been able to find anything.

applications, but I need something that I can tailor to my design
needs and actually embed on the page. Basically, I'm looking for
some articles, or article, that discuss building a photo editing
app from scratch.

Can't find photo library but I can see them in photo editing apps???

When I go to my photo app on my ipad I can see some photos but not all of them. When I tried to open one of the photo editing apps I have all of my pictures are there. Why can't I see them in the other photo app where they use to be. To my knowledge nothing has been changed on the ipad, I just noticed it one day. Thank you!!

you do not say which photo app you can only see some of them in.
if you are looking "Photos" with the rainbow flower icon, then this is only your camera roll, not all of your photos. So any new photo you take will appear in your camera roll, and you can upload old photos into your camera roll, but it is not meant to have all your photos there. Think of it like a roll of film in a camera, you use it for a while, then you take it out and put a new roll in.

What is the best photo editing app

I use Snapseed, but it seems slower and shuts itself off at random since Google bought it. What photo editing app has anyone found especially good.
Do any apps have the spot adjustments like Snapseed?

Anyone know of a robust photo editing app for the ipad that offers brush control like those found in Aperture 3?
Most of the apps on the app store provide just one touch filters that apply to the whole image and I think that's too lacking.
I know filterstorm has some form of brush control but that app is really slow, and I don't want to pay $3 for photogene only to find out it only has simple one filters. Any alternatives you guys suggest?

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I understand the iPad isn't really a viable option for photo editing, but I think it'd be suitable for images that require minor touch ups, and brush controls using touch would be useful. Would be nice if I could lug my desktop 1700 miles away or use my wacom on my mbp in the plane w/o disturbing the passenger next to me. Unfortunately the iPad seems the most portable in these scenarios.

Photo editing app for iPad 2 ?

Hi can anyone tell me of a decent photo editing app for iPad2.
I use aperture 3 on my MacBook pro but would like to find one for the iPad for the times that I can't use the MacBook.
It doesn't have to be all singing all dancing software but also I don't want a very basic one either.
Perhaps someone knows of one ?

Photo gene looks a good app and also gives the option to upgrade to a pro version.

I love the fact I can edit photos on my N8. But searching for apps that has more advanced features has not been good.
Anyone suggest a good app?

Photo editing apps

Can someone tell me if there are some proper photo editing apps for the iPad yet?
I'm not talking about the "toy-like" apps you can also get for iPhone and iPod, but something more serious like PS Elements. Performance wise the iPad should be able to run such an app, it's got enough processing power.

It isn't LR or PS but I thin Photogene seems to be pretty decent. Seems similar to iPhoto which is about all I need on the road on a non photo related trip. I am having one problem emailing the shots that I just posted about but that isn't a show stopper.

Photo editing app on ipad2

I have an ongoing - time consuming - photo project requiring a lot of simple editing of photos - cropping, straightening etc and would like to be able to carry this out on my ipad2 when I am away without my MacBook. My photos are all on my Mac and synced to the ipad through itunes rather than photos taken with the ipad camera itself.
I have downloaded Photo Shop Express App for ipad2 which is so simple and ideal for my needs and I have cropped etc a bunch of photos.
I now realise, and read on the Apple Support site, that you cannot sync PS Express through itunes, so I cannot transfer the photos edited on my ipad back to my MacBook ----- unless someone can tell me how to do so??
Is there a way of syncing back or do you know of a simple editing App that will allow me to sync through itunes please?

I think you are getting a little crossed.
once you edit the photo, its edited, and when you save it saves the edit as a seperate copy leaving the origional.
when you sync your iPad with your computer you will have your edited pictures.
(you are not syncing PS Express but the photos, which are and can be synced.)
if you have been doing editing, when you save you should see the copies you saved when you goto the next photo.
