Business Document Navigator -- Show only specific document types

Hello to all,
I'm using the business document navigator.
With parameter excluding of method cl_bds_document_set=>call_navigator you can disable the standard document types are shown by passing the value NO_STANDARD_DOCS.
Is it possible to define document types that should be shown and aren't a standard document type?

Dear All,
One of my customer have two branches and for that they created them as two separate warehouses. And both branches are excisable unit. So when they are transferring inventory from one branch to other which are excisable so they have to raise Excise invoice based on Inventory Transfer.
They require in an incoming Excise document automatically show the base document Series and Docnumber in a "Excise Ref No." field .
pl provide me FMS query .

No GRC vá em SPRO --> SAP GRC Nota Fiscal Electronica --> Configure System Response for Each Tax Number (CNPJ)
Para ligar/desligar o Validador basta clicar no check box na coluna Validation.
Observação: Para correto funcionamento do GRC deve-se sempre utilizar o validador ligado.
Após isto refaça seu teste, é provável que você receba um erro de validação para a NF-e. Veja em GRC Web monitor -> NFe Detailed View -> Validation History.

View of Document Library showing only documents based on dates in columns.

I have a document library which includes only one content type of "Job Posting", which includes a "Posting Date" column, and a "Closing Date" column. I want a Web Part View of this library that will only show the documents when
the current date is after the Posting Date and before the Closing Date. What is the best approach?

I usually create a view with filter OOTB and then change the query inside SharePoint designer, may be you can try this approach. here is a Q&A on this topic in this forum -

HTML form: file requestor to show only specific extensions?

I included an upload page in my web application via a HTML form. When pressing the browse button, the file requestor shows all files in the given directory. Is it possible to set up the form so that the file requestor only shows specific file types (e.g. only extensions ".zip") - just like the file filters in JFileChooser?

There is an interface java.io.FileFilter. You can implment this interface to check for your extensions then pass it to the listFiles method of the File class.

Pre-Configure QT 7 Installation for only specific file types

Is there an 'ini' or similar configuration file or command line option set I can use to pre-configure QT7 to only associate with specific file types?
I want to leave the associations for Media Player intact and have QT handle only MOV and other Apple-specific file types.

Basic answer. No.
You set file associations after the install of QuickTime.
Most of it's adjustments and options are found in its Control Panel. Here you can set associations for MIME types that control the browser plug-in.
Each user can set their own values.

Several browsers perfect, Navigator shows only top 1/3 of page

Opera, Firefox, Safari, Seamonkey, Camino and IE all displpay iWeb-=created pages perfectly, but Netscape shows only the top third of pages. Somehow, too, the "Made on a Mac" logo appears at the bottom of the pat that IS diaplayed (i.e., it's "shifted" to show (behid??) the last text Netscape condescends to show.

The default page was done in Freeway as it allowed me to hide the QT controls, which iWeb doesn't seem able to allow, but that page auto-redirects to the main site, which is all done in iWeb.

Show only specific columns

hello,
using obiee 11g
I have a requirement like this
I have 2 prompts, begin date and close date as prompts,Depending upon the date selected i want to show or hide the column.
By default i made the prompts to show current date and current_date-365
And also the column header and the data shows properly for the column.
My only problem is if i select the date as
01/01/2011 to 30/07/2011 it should show only 7 months data so should show only 7 columns and hide rest 5 columns.
Its showing from jan to Dec and I want it to show only jan to july?
Is this possible is my question?

I created a filter report which has 2 columns and 1 row->Start And End Date.
More info on my req--->
Actually my data is in column wise and not row wise,i.e. my columns are dynamic,headings are start date as col1 and .....and show start date+12 as the last column.
I have 12 columns in the main report whose header i am taking from the prompt values because i want the header to be dynamic depending upon the date selected.
So in that prompt i have 12 variables for each 1 headings.So first variable will have the value like startdate prompt and then next variable will have startdate+1.
In the column formula for each column i am using a filter function to filter the measure column depending
the month and year of the table.date
is equal to
the month and year of the start date prompt.
So in the main report if i add a filter based on another request,since i have the data as column, no effect its showing.

2012 Deduplicated volumes - hydrate only specific file types

I have a file server with roughly 4 TB of data. We have found that turning on 2012 Dedupe feature is causing corruption with Access databases. Databases worked fine for a week or better before we turned on Dedupe. Everything else appears to work fine.
I know I can exclude specific file types (ie. AACDB, MDB, etc). Simply excluding them won't re-hydrate the currently deduped database files correct?
Is there a version of the start-dedupjob -type unoptimization where I can specify a file type so that I can just hydrate specific files?

The corruption didn't start until after I migrated these file shares over to the 2012 server and enabled dedupe
After we first noticed the problem, we moved just the databases back to a 2008 file server and didn't have any more problems. Due to some other issues with backups, I moved all the data on the 2012 server to another drive on the same server and left
dedupe turned off.
I had to wait for about a week before turning dedupe on for the new hard drive. During that time my users were able to work in a database that didn't get moved to the 2008 server. A couple of days after I deduped the drive they are getting corruption
issues again.

Deduplication is implemented as a filter driver over NTFS. So I can bet you have some backup application installed (SQL Server specific?) and it has own filter drivers conflicting with MS dedupe. What apps do you run on that box except SQL Server (obvious)?

Physical inventory document not showing the warehouse stock type in MI24

Hi Friends,
I am facing two issues.
1. In Production system, after executing MI31 for plant 3070, if i see the report in MI24, in Plant 3070, sLoc 0010, for some materials Warehouse stock type is not coming even though the materials are warehouse managed and having warehouse management views are there in material master. for some materials warehouse stock type is coming in the same plant and sloc.
2. In qulaity system, afetr executing MI31 for Plant 3070, no PID is generated for Sloc 0010 even though the sloc is having materials and those are warehouse managed and having warehouse management views are therein material master.
where i need to check for the problem,
Please help me in resolving this issue, this is high priority for me.

in your training documents (just kidding) .
You wrote that your storage location is warehouse managed. But MI31 is the transaction to craete physical inventory documents for a non-warehouse-managed location.
You have to create your physical inventory with WM transactions like LX16.

Old cwk documents now show as "Preview Document"

I have been using cwk/Apple Works for many years and have just upgraded to new iMac (Intel) with 10.4.6 and now can't open these old files. Most were cwk doc's however since upgrading now show as Preview doc's. When double clicking, Preview starts however doc does not open. When I open Apple Works and try to open one of these docs it will not let me highlight any of these files (with "All type, All available" selected).
This is a real pain.. Help please.

Don't open the file. Click once on a closed .cwk file and press Command +i for the Get info window and choose Appleworks for Open With, then Change All.

Jar only specific file types

Hi Folks
Is there any option to feed my requirement ?
I have below folder structure
acme/hmtl/1.html
acme/html/2.html
acme/html/3.css
acme/css/2.css
acme/css/1.css
acme/css/3.html
I want to create jar which should contain only html files. But the recurssive folder structure can extend to any number. And the jar should contain the exact folder structure same as source. I need to execute the command from parent folder level and it should jar all the html files in same folder structure...Any luck :(

Your best bet - and something that's a good idea anyway - is to get hold of, and learn to use, Apache Ant. It'll do what you need, and a lot more.

MIRO (accounting document not showing)

Dear Guru's
When ever we save the miro transaction one miro document will generate and inside accounting document, profit center and controling document will generate. my problem is when we save the miro document bottom of that screen miro document will show. In my client place when we save miro document that time miro document no. and accounting document also showing within brackets like this - Invoice doucment 5170123 saved (accounting document 441234). but my issue is only a few login id's it is showing like this.
one login id it is not showing which is said above that login id it is showing only miro document (5170124).
pls suggest me how to over come this problem.

The parameter ID IVFIDISPLAY need to be added in the User Master Parameters tab using SU01 for other user or for slef user use SU3.
after maintaining the parameter, maintain the Parameter value as X
Run this parameter...its not provided in the scrap system...we need to run it...try to do this...
Even if it doen't works then check with the basis consultant...

Reprice at time of billing - only certain condition types not all of them

Hi,
My client has a requirement to reprice certain condition types at time of billing. Is there a way to reprice certain conditions at time of billing document creation and leave other conditions as they are copeid over from the sales document?
It doesn't matter if a User Exit is used, routine, etc.

Hi,
It is not possible to reprice only specific condition types and not all the conditiontypes. We have a pricing type to redetermine the tax conditiontypes. But it is difficult to reprice the c.types of our choice.
However through user exits, it should be possible. If you discuss with ur developer, he can help you. Also you can look at the possibility of creating a new pricing type (again withthe help of developer). I think it is not possible, but give it a try,may be the developers will find a way to dothis.

Authorization Object for specific Output types maintained via MN11 & MN12

I was looking to see if we could limit the access of users so that they can change only specific output types (see T-code NACE) when using transaction code MN12. specifically only LPH1 (standard SA output type). I'm not seeing anything within the system, and I can't seem to find anything via SNC which describes this, so I am wondering if this there is nothing like this/
Is anyone aware of something for this or a potential solution if an authorization object doesnt exist?

Ledger Group vs. Ledger Specific Document Types

Can anyone tell me the value in having a document type that is purely used for tracking accounting principle specific adjustments (GAAP Adjustments / STAT Adjustments / IFRS Adjustments / etc.)? If you already have various ledger groups hitting various accounting principles using a standard accounting document why would you need a ledger specific document type and when would it be used in normal business transactions instead of using a ledger group / standard accounting doc type combination?

In my company I set up IFRS-leading ledger, 2 local ledgers for each comp. code.
Accounting key-user found it easier and more traceable to make ledger specific postings using one special doc.type / number range for each ledger (group). "normal" doc. types can only be used to make posting in all ledgers assigned to each comp. code.
With this setting they can easy identify ledger group specific postings from postings happened to all ledgers using the same account number.
But,as you mentioned, its not really necessary to do so.
