    Hi Madhu,
    If you want to create a communication component for a business system from the System Landscape Directory (SLD), choose the Business System menu option.In the wizard, select a business system from the SLD and create a communication component for it in the Integration Directory.

    Thanks in advance
    Naveen

    Hey
    you dont convert business system name in XML format,
    do you want to use ur business system name in message mapping?if yes,then use the following UDF code to get BS name in message mapping
    String Sender = "";
    String key = "SenderService";
    // get runtime constant map
    map = container.getTransformationParameters();
    // get value of header field by using variable key
    Sender = (String) map.get(key);
    return Sender;
    Note: the above code is from the following thread

  • I am not getting Business System into my Integration Directory.

    Hi All!
       This is satish, <b>I created Business system in SLD. How to get them in Integration Directory.</b>Please help me.
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Satish,
    Go to Service without Party->Right Click->Assign Business System->it will show you list of Business Systems created in SLD -> then go ahead
    Then
    2 options to refresh the cache-
    Integration Directory->Environment->Clear SLD Data Cache
    Another way is -go to SXI_CACHE / Goto - Business System -> delete the content
    Still , if you are not able to see the Business sytem in the Directory, the just go and check in the SLD. If it exists just change and save it.
    Then synchronise the same by SLD cache refresh as mentiond.
    changing BS

  • Assign Business System in Integration Directory

    Hi all,
    i have basic question.
    in my ID, there are some configuration scenarios.
    for example, the left side look like,
    in case,one of Business System created on SLD was assigned to one of configuration scenarios,
    i would need to assign same business system into Business System in Service Without Party in another configuration scenarios, it was not possible to assign.
    can i assign BS1 to several configuration  scenarios?
    or should i create Main scenario in order to define communication channel?
    thanks in advance
    venjamin

    Hi venjamin
    Yes, you can assign the same business system to different configuration scenarios.
    to do this there are 2 ways.
    1. Open the cofiguration scenario to which the business system has already been  assigned.
    Right Click on the Business System> Add to Scenario> Select the scenario to which you want to
    assign your business system.
    2. Select the objects tab>service without party> business system> your business system> right click-->
    assign to scenario and then select your scenario.
    Hope this helps,

  • Download the Business System

    Hi
    I have created the Business system In the SLD,
    Can someone give an idea how can I download the Business system into Integration Directory
    Thanks
    RP

    Hi Pha.,
    Login to the INTEGRATION DIRECTORY..
    we can see the Scenarios / Objects / ChangeList the default one was the Scenarios..
    there we will be creating our own Scenario.. After creating the scenario when u open it u see the party and service without party options.,
    depending on the requirement choose party or service without party., in both u find the option BUSINESS SYSTEM.,
    Right Click on the BUSINESS SYSTEM * u get the option Assign Business System
    when u click it * u have an *INTRODUCTION     //   ASSIGN PARTY  // SELECT BUSINESS SYSTEM *
    Proceed with the options., if it is party then select the party using Assign party option if it is service without party then dont give any name in the party and press Continue.. and select the appropriate Business system and click finish.,
    Before u Press Finish button make sure that uncheck the Communication Channel check box present in the window., why because it creates the default communication channel for every business system., it may  not help out our requirement...
    revert back with if any queries..
    regards,
    Kishore

  • Idoc not visible in Business system

    Hello Experts,
    I am trying to configure a scenario where in I am trying to use the IDoc ZCNOSE_PRICAT.PRICAT02.ZPRICAT1.
    However, this IDoc is not reflected in the business system in which I am using.
    I have already released the extension from the backend SAP system.
    Can you please suggest what I am missing such that the extension is visible in the Business system.

    Hi,
    You imported the idoc structure into the ESR, under a specific SWCV.
    Make sure that SWCV is linked to your Business System in the SLD.
    Kind regards,
    Dimitri

  • Error while reading the ID of own business system from the SLD for system

    Hello,
    I try to send master material data from a 4.7 system via XI 3.0 to an autoID Infrastructure system 2.1. All Communication Channels, Receiver Agreements, Receiver and Interface Agreements are configured. The IDOC gets propper into the XI, Inbound Message is "green". Now, I get the following message:

      <SAP:Retry>M</SAP:Retry>
      </SAP:Error>
    Can anybody help me?

    Probably, its due to incorrect RFC Adapter properties in config.
    Go to Integration COnfiguration. Double Click on the Business System for your R/3 system. On the right hand screen, Click  on Service-->Adapter Specific Parameters.
    Check whether the Logical System Name comes up as SAP<SID> and whether R/3 system ID and Client are appropriate.
    If these values are inappropriate, make changes to the corresponding Technical System defined in the SLD. After you have made the necessary corrections, come back to Integration COnfiguration, Double click on Business SYstem for R/3. Switch to Edit Mode. Click on Service-> Adapter Specific Parameters and then click on the Icon between Apply and Cancel buttons, inorder to compare with SLD and make those values reflect in config. Then click on Apply and Save the Business System.
    After this, you can retry sending the message.

  • Business system and logical system names

    hello experts,
    Right now m creating scenarios of IDOCs, Files and RFCs. Just wanted to know that is it compulsory to give Business system name and Logical system names same?
    Does it make difference if i will give both names different?
    Regards,
    H.S.

    Hi,
    I guess i have not explained you proprely.
    Here logical system mean m asking abt the system name which we are using in RFC connections to make connection between two systems.
    does Business system name and Logical system name should be same?
    Actually right now we have done system copy of production system into our sandbox. So all the things are pointing to the production system.
    I was just wondering, if i will just change ip/ hostname into the Technical system (ip of sandbox system) and keep business system name as it is( which is right now of production system)... then for me no need to create all ID Objects again. Its just an idea. So just wanted to check is it ok... bcz in ID i have more than 60 objects which i need to create again. and i have very less time
    Or if anyone can tell me any good idea to do that.
    Thankx in advance.
    Regards,
    H.S.

  • Business system does not exist in the SLD

    hi,
    I am trying to export the ID objects into QA, when i get the error saying that "Business system D01 does not exist in the SLD".
    I have created the Transport target for the D01 business system in the SLD to point to the QA system T01.
    When i try to export the objects and reimport them into QA i get the above error.
    Any ideas what could be missing?
    Thanks,
    Tirumal

    hi,
    Prashant -
    I did refresh the cache but no luck. I still see only the QA Business system but not able to see the Dev SLD Business systems at all.
    Stefan -
    They are pointing to the same sld. If i do an sldcheck from QA XI Server it directs me to the dev SLD. So this is good.
    I am using only 1 SLD. Is there a way that i can tell QA to look for DEV SLD instead of QA SLD?
    Thanks,
    Tirumal
