C4580 won't run wirelessly on driver downloaded for Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
Got a new computer with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. c4580 not compatible with Windows 7. Working with HP Instant Care, downloaded Windows driver for c4500 series all-in-one printers. Printer now works using USB cable but does not work wirelessly. Techs from HP were to call me back within 48hrs (from 2/11). No callback. Still have open service ticket 8034746768 but have spent so many hrs on my cellphone with HP I have run way over my allowed minutes per month, about $80. worth. Hesitate for that reason to call them again. Can anyone help?

I just order{for the second time} , a set of 2 DVD's system recovery ,for my pavilion dv 9920 us entertainment notebook, since my comp has a broken dvd rom, I tried to put the disks into a 16 gb flash drive, I was unable to do it, so I tought that the dvd's were damaged, so I ordered a second set, to discover that whit the second set it was olso impossible. I followed all the directions from the home page of HP to copy my dvd's , but only get "frustration". I greatly appreciate your help .Thanks

Cannot print adobe documents ... Error message indicates a need to install plug-in for adobe reader.

Please Check under Device manager
Under Network adpter it should show Broadcom 802.11 /
11b/g/n Wireless, Realtek Wireless or Atheros Wireless,,
If non
Check for any Device under device manager that has a yellow Symbol, like an exlamation mark sign,
It should say Network Controller
>if this is the case, Download a Driver from Lenovo Support Website,

Check Your BIOS Settings,
Keep on hitting F2 right after you power on the system, This should boot you to BIOS
Go to Configuration TAB and look for Wireless Option and Make sure it is enabled
hit F10 to Save your changes and Exit

Mid-2007 iMac Running Mavericks Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit Install
How do I go about installing a Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit (OEM) partition on a mid-2007 iMac running Mavericks?
Apple says that 64-bit Windows 7 isn't supported by my model iMac, but I know for a fact that other people have gotten it to work. I'm just a little unclear on how exactly to do it. In any case, I made the mistake of buying two copies of Windows 7 64-bit under the assumption that they would install just fine on my iMac and MacBook Pro (MacBook Pro is from 2007 as well), so I need to get this working.
What version of Boot Camp should I use? What version support drivers should I download? Apple says that Boot Camp 5.1, which is what I have, is incompatible with my iMac, and it says the same thing for every driver download that supports 64-bit versions of Windows 7, but would it be correct to say that this "incompatibility" is only the case if I don't first modify my Windows 7 installation disc according to the instructions in the attached link?
There is a Windows XP partition on my MacBook Pro, so I figure I can get on it to modify the installation disc before attempting a 64-bit Windows 7 install on the iMac.

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OS.I've never had this problem before... today I opened iTunes and it prompted me to download the newest version. I use iTunes all the time and have updated it multiple times with no issues. During the installation process it gave me an error message that said:

I quit the installation, uninstalled iTunes and rebooted my computer. I now receive a similar message with a slight difference:

I did not leave anything out from the error message. It doesn't point to a specific file, it just ends with "(x86)..." Every time I boot up my computer, this error message pops up on my desktop.
How do I repair this issue? I have found multiple suggested solutions but am unsure which one is the best, and I don't want to try a bunch of different things for fear I may make the problem worse. I would like to try and fix this myself if possible but I need to know if that is really possible or if I need to take my computer to someone for repairs. I am running IE 11 on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit Service Pack 1. When I attempt to install Flash Player, it goes through all of the steps, tells me the player is installed, and welcomes me. I cannot open the player and it does not appear in the Start Menu, Task Manager, System Tray, or anywhere else. When I try to open a file, the site tells me Flash player is not installed. I have even downloaded it to a separate folder and ran the install with IE shut down completely. And Shockwave in ENABLED but in 32 bit .I have been trying to get this to work for about 3 weeks now. HELP!!!
Flash Player is a browser add-on, not an executable program.
If you need to open a local SWF file you will need the standalone player (Projector) from http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html
Note that the download is the player, not an installer, so you will need to make the file association manually. -

Bought a brand new laptop from an electronics store in Nov. 2010 with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit pre-installed.
All is well with being notified of all avail. MS updates and I am fully patched with all of them....except SP1. I have never been notified that sp1 was available to download and install.
I have tried everything.
Checked "winver" and no sp1 is not installed
Downloaded SP1 from MS website which requires validation (passed validation of course) and tried running sp1 from desktop and get error "Directory name is invalid"
Turned off A/V and Firewall ran again and same result. Burned and .iso of sp1 ran it, same result.
Ran in safe mode..same thing
Ran MS troubleshooter and updates are fine
I have KB976902 installed

Reset windows updates
All drivers are current

Cannot install itunes 11.1.3 to my windows vista home premium 32-bit. After it finishes the download that it verifies the file I get a message saying "this file cannot be downloaded". What could the problem be??? I uninstalled my itunes and tried again and keep getting the same message. Please help !

Replacing Motherboard on HP Media Center PC running Windows Vista Home Premium (32-bit)
Running OEM version of Windows Vista Home Premium (32-bit) on an HP Pavilion Media Center m8226x Desktop PC. Replacing motherboard ASUS M2N68-LA Motherboard 6150SE HP Narra2-GL8E with an MCP61PM-HM (Nettle2) motherboard due to failure. Both boards have same chipset and form factor. Can I just replace board without reinstalling windows? Do I need to install new drivers? I don't have an install CD or install key, would Microsoft provide a key if needed? Is there a link I can reference for MB replacement/ install?

View Solution.The OEM license is tied to the original motherboard version, ie M2N68-LA. You lose the OEM "rights" when you changed the board.
