Cable internet not is working properly

In October I bought a Macbook ‘better’. It worked fine up till now. I have problems with surfing the internet. I have cable internet. When I put the same internet cable in an other computer it works fine. It’s fast and every site opens. So it’s not the internet provider, server or my cable that does not function properly.
When I have the internet cable in my Macbook the internet works for a while but after some time the computer takes a long time for loading a new internet page and sometimes he can’t find it at all and gives an error.
Strange thing is that when I close my Macbook (sleep mode) and then open it again my internet works for a very short time normally. (I can open one or two internet pages normally. After that it gets very slow again or it can’t find a normal page like google.
I did the Apple hardware test but nothing came out. I called the Apple support in the Netherlands. They gave my tips like putting the battery out while pressing the on/off button. Deleting the cookies and empting the waste-paper basket. But off course this all does not solve the problem. Has anybody found a solution for this problem yet? Thank you a lot in advance.

As I asked before will Apple not take care of the problem? It's under one year warranty and if you purchased Apple Care then 3 years. I'd call Apple and tell them to fix it. IF they refuse then you keep calling with the same problem and every other little problem after that. If you don't then it will not be documented that your computer is having issues.
Now on to your problem, as Templeton Peck stated above, you need to back up your data and possibly rebuild or reload OSX.
With that said, I would like to make a very strong suggestion. If I were you I would go buy you a descent size external hard drive USB or firewire-(preferred if you have firewire on that Macbook). Once you get a good drive then load a fresh install of OSX onto that external drive and do not do any updates yet.
Now that you have a good fresh OSX system on the external, you can now boot from that new OSX system to help verify software verse hardware.
This way you'll not have to erase your entire system to reload OSX, only to find out that reinstalling did not help. You can use this new drive as a backup later and use SuperDuper to create and entire backup of your system with it's data that will also be bootable, for future troubleshooting or if your internal drive breaks you can just swap them out.

I work for a mobile network operator and although this isn't something we support anyway, we would usually stumble across something like this when customers call us for advice prior to contacting the manufacturer for support, yet this hasn't been a call driver so I'd imagine this is isolated... (either that or not many people have updated their device and set up the wireless sync lol)...

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
Try This - Renew IP Address:
    •    Launch Settings app
    •    Tap on Wi-Fi
    •    Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

After reading your post, it sounds like you are experiencing performance issues with your device. You may want to consider restarting the device first, and then resetting if that does not work. This article provides detailed instructions for Restarting, and Reseting:
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset
How to restart
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on the top of your device until the red slider appears. Then drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
How to reset
You should reset your device as a last resort and only if you can't restart it.
To reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Comcast Cable Internet not working with router (WRT54G), but network is fine?

My Comcast Cable Internet is not working with my router (WRT54G), but my home network is fine. The internet works without router.
I have a WRT54G Wireless-G Broadband Router from Linksys.
I was using Bellsouth DSL Internet up until two weeks ago.
I had my DSL modem connected to my router, and the router let me use the internet and share some files and printers with my laptop upstairs.
A few weeks ago we changed to Comcast cable. The technician came in and connected it himself, but only for the desktop. The internet worked perfectly, and still works perfectly on my desktop (the one downstairs). He didn't really give me any instruction or CD-roms for it.
When I tried connecting my router, the internet stopped working. It was weird because the router worked for the file sharing and printer sharing between both my computers, but the internet didn't work. Although, the light for the internet is lit on the router itself.
I even have this program called "AOL Network Magic" which shows a map of what is connected to the router, and it shows that the router and my laptop and desktop are connected, but then it has an "X" for the internet connection.
I have tried everything. I lost all of my CDs and things that came with Linksys, but I downloaded some guides from the Linksys website and it doesn't really help. I tried something called "NetSet", but after I set everything up it says my router is not compatible or something with NetSet. I read a bunch of FAQs, I tried going to comcast and seeing if they had any FAQS about it, but I can't find anything.
Maybe one of you can help me?
Also, I don't know my modem's IP address. I had it for Bellsouth, and sometimes when I would lose my connection I would go there and click on "reconnect" or something like that.
So the only way I can use the internet is to disconnect everything from my router and connect the ethernet cable directly to the modem.

You may open the web setup utility page of the router by typing its IP address on your browser's address bar. By default, it is 192.168.1.1. When you're asked for username, you may leave it blank. For password, its "admin". If in case that does not work, reset your router at the back for 30 secs and do a power cycle again, see if it becomes accessible after that...

i downloaded the Mavs about 2 days ago. it restarted automatically as it stated... i have not really used it again until tonight. and boy was i so ******!
after downloading the new OS update, the list below stopped and wont work properly:

You don't need to downgrade. If it worked in Mountain Lion it will work in Mavericks. Do this:
Reinstall Lion, Mountain Lion, or Mavericks without erasing drive
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Repair
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported then click on the Repair Permissions button. When the process is completed, then quit DU and return to the main menu. Select Restart from the Apple menu.

My iPhone 5 has not been working properly please help!!

I have a 16GB iPhone 5 with the latest update (iOS 7.1.2) and lately (about a week or so) it's not been working right. It first started where the screen would freeze and then I'd have to click the power button and return to lock screen I get it to work again, or sometimes even turn off my phone. Then one day I tried to take a picture and it wouldn't let me?? So I turned off my phone and when I turned it back on it worked again. Then the other day I went to play music and it wouldn't let me. First I tried from the itube app then thought maybe the app wasnt working, so I went to my iTunes music on my phone and that wasn't working. It wouldn't let me press play/pause/next. basically it wouldn't let me do anything and then it just froze. I put it to sleep and went back to my music about 30min later and it was fine. Then today my screen froze so I held down the power button to turn it off. Nothing happened for 10 seconds then the screen just went black, no little spinny thing like what normally comes up when it powers off. Then no matter what I did it wouldn't turn on. I looked up on here how to fix this and found a solution (plugging it into my computer and holding the power and home button for 20 seconds). Anyway, basically what my problem is is that I dont want my phone to be like this? Should I take it in to be looked at or is there maybe an app causing this ?? I honestly have no idea and it just recently started being like this (I've had this phone for 3 months and it's new. It still has about 5GB of space left). Please let me know if you have a solution or if this phone just is like this. Sorry if this isn't very descriptive :/ Ive been able to get my phone working again every time so far, but next time I might not and I really want to fix it. Thank you!!

Apple is aware of the issue and is workingon an update to address iMessage issues.
In the meantime I have found that a good old fashion reset cures it for a while.
Reset: Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons and don’t let go until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo appears (no data will be lost)
Others have had success with this:
1. Turn off iMessage in Settings > Messages
2. Reset networking settings in Settings > General > Reset
3. Reenable iMessage in Settings > Messages
Note: This will clear all wifi passwords.

My system needs internet explorer for a application I need to down load, however I need to down load the latest yahoo tool bar for internet explorer to work properly and firefox will not allow the down load of yahoo toolbar. How do I fix this?

I have not used Internet explorer since downloading firefox and I need IE for a trading platform that I need to use. In order to get IE working I apparently need to down load the latest version of Yahoo toolbar, however when I try to down load the tool bar Firefox will not allow the down load of that file.

Yoga 13: the Realtek RTL8723A new driver not yet working properly

After having faced lots of stability issues with my bluetooth mouse (Microsoft Sculpt Touch) I installed the new driver for the wifi/bluetooth chip RTL8723A (v1.04.0213 - 6th June 2013) and after having used it for several weeks, I have noted the following:
Bluetooth issue:
- Still several disconnection of my mouse (but slighty less than before)
- There is a general trend that my mouse connection is worser everyday (used to work better) - and not a problem of batteries
Wifi issue:
- If I activate the "plane mode" from windows 8 wifi bar, it's impossible to reactivate the wifi! I have to run the windows'internal utility to sort out the problem (right clic on the wifi bar from the desktop and "resolve problems")
- Sometime the wifi just doesn't connect properly (its connected on the router but there is no network) and I have to turn on the plane mode and do what I wrote above to make the wifi work again. But some time it doesn't work and I have to reboot
- Despite the "wifi hotspot mode" is implemented (the "netsh wlan start hostednetwork" command) and work it's so instable that it always end in crashing the computer and followed by a reboot (perfectly managed by Windows 8 at least). Anyway I managed to cope with that during my holidays (I used it to create another wifi network which was a network share of another wifi network to which I could only log in for one device (my Yoga 13) - so I used my "hostednetwork" to connect iDevices at the same time). But after several crashes and reboot, the wifi was so instable that I had to reinstal the driver
I have never faced so much bugs in a so basic but vital component of a laptop which is the network card. This card is already far beyond what we could expect of a laptop of this range (the wifi n is single band, no 300 nor 450 mbits speed! It's worse than any modern smartphone!) and has not a good sensitivity but in top the driver seems to have been written by beginners.
So Lenovo, please, do something and pressurise your provider (Realtek) so as they release a driver working correctly - or just don't use their cards and invest in better providers (like Intel which is doing great network cards with professional class software).

Sorry to hear about all your wifi issues. Unfortunately a lot of Yoga 13 owners are having problems, especially due to Realtek compatibility with specific router hardware. Just to see if things improve you might try some of the other driver versions discussed here:

After installing the latest version of adobe flash player, my internet won't work properly.

I'm not sure if anyone can help, but you might know of where or who else I can ask. I have Mac 10.4.11 and yesterday my internet was working fine. My computer had just performed an automatic firefox update, as is usual. When firefox restarted it suggested that I update my adobe flash player, which I was pretty sure could use an update. So I did. I downloaded and installed the latest version. SINCE then my internet has been doing strange things. It often acts like I've lost my internet connection - I open a new tab or type a new address into the browser and it won't do anything or go anywhere. It doesn't tell me that I've lost my internet connection. It's like something's blocking it because it doesn't even attempt to load the new page or website. And I know that I haven't lost my internet connection. I have to quit firefox completely, and then re-open it for it to work, and even then it will only work for a few minutes at the most. I have no idea what's going on or how to fix it.

Try relaunching Safari and/or logging out/into your Mac.

Ever since the lastet update my calender has not been working properly?

Recenty after updating my Iphone with the new software, my calender has been losing information and not syncing properly. Any ideas?

I'm having the same identical problem, however my address book isn't updating neither. I also noticed that the Apple servers are not checking my email. I wonder if the iCLOUD is down again? Apple STATUS never tells us anything until the problem is resolved (: This has been going on for some time now. As a businessman I can't wait for emails to appears.

I have a big problem - I decided to make a website using flash as I am good with photoshop and thought it would be fairly easy to construct in flash using tutorials. All went well except now the website is published, weird things happen. The homepage works fine but when you click on "portfolio" some of the buttons don't appear and when you try the buttons, some images don't appear. Occasionally some of the buttons take you to the wrong place also. When I test the movie in flash, everything works fine so I can't work it out. PLEASE HELP! Ps. I am a complete novice so advice will have to be spelt out in black and white.

I have published the flash file as a SWF and assume all the images are embedded in the file. If you keep pressing buttons repeatedly, the website starts to work which makes me think they are all there but only work once the web browser has cached all the images. I have tried it in firefox and IE with similar effects.

IMessage not quite working properly

Since I've updated to iOS 7 everything's been fine, but when I go to send a text message to someone I know has an iPhone, and I start typing their name in the "to" field, my phone doesn't recognise that they have iMessage, so it tries to send as a text message.
I've tried deactivating iMessage and activating it again, to no avail.
When the other person replies, it comes as an iMessage, and from that point on I can reply with an iMessage, but for some reason I just can't initiate them.
Anyone know how to fix this?

I try to use this function to show entire name CONCAT(name, ' ', surname) and it doesnt show the surname. it looks like it only tooks 2 arguments. I use it with the option "Add element by expression" within a SQL Query - Data set.

may be because for some case "surname" is empty or may be you incorrect use concat function
