Can a wholesale customer checkout without payment?

I want to set up an e-commerce site that will allow wholesale customers, as well as retail customers to order directly from the site.
I want wholesale customers to be able to login, order and choose an option for payment "on account" so that they can continue without making a payment. Is this possible?

Hi, I thought it was a good answer, the iSight is a built in feature, I doubt if even Apple would consider building a scaled down version for 1 order..

I've been moved to action on this because of a recent NSA security document that states that it is not possible to disable the iSight cameras integrated into Apple computers without also disabling things like USB keyboards and mice. This is simply not true. When a program from OS X (Tiger at least) needs to access the integrated iSight camera, it has to call the QuickTimeUSBVDCDIgitizer.component. This file is located in the /System » Library » QuickTime folder.
Simply deleting this file will prevent any program from being able to access it. Instead, the system will simply display a message stating that the hardware is already in use by another program, and that it recommends you quit that program in order to use the camera. The beauty to all of this is that any program on your Mac that needs to verify the iSight at the hardware level can still do so. This allows things like Skype and iMovie to continue functioning, but without use of the camera. I've been using this on over 200+ MacBooks and iMacs at our Academy, and it works beautifully without causing other issues.

Because of I am still a student I no have any credit card anyway i try to apply with visa debit card already but it's still cannot. For right now i have no idea to do. My brother got just got an old Iphone 3g and was trying to download some apps.
Ofcourse he needs an apple id to download these apps from the app store.
So I was trying to create an account for him but I couldn't do it without filling in the payment information.
Even the account help says it's possible without, really don't know what to do.

Netflix on Apple TV 3. Without payment via Itunes?

I've got an Apple TV 3 and want to use Netflix on it. But can i also use this without payment via Itunes?

I cant think of any reason why not- I use a Netflix account on my ATV that isn't associated with my iTunes account in any way; or any iTunes account for that matter. I signed up for Netflix thru Netflix.com before I had Apple TV, and when I got my ATV and set it up for the first time I just entered in my Netflix info and have remained logged in ever since. My debit card is still charged monthly by Netflix; not by iTunes. Thats the great thing about apple TV- you buy the box, and from there you are not committed to any charges or fees through iTunes unless you buy something through your iTunes account via your ATV.

how can i view and apply new custom patterns without going to preset manager? i had this facility but have now lost it. i design patterns but am fairly new to photoshop. i used to be able to click on the drop down menu in patterns in the 'fill' box but cannot now do this. have i inadvertently clicked on something to turn this facility off? i now have to go to 'preset manager' and manually move my new design to the first box and click 'done' so that i can use it.

Which version of photoshop are you using?
After you define a custom pattern it should be added to the bottom of whatever patterns are already loaded.
For example, if you define a custom pattern and then go to Edit>Fill>Pattern, the newly defined pattern should have been added to the existing loaded patterns.

Use this menu path:SPRO->Sales and Distribution>Master data>Business partners>Customers> billing Document-->Define terms of payment.
Select your terms of payment----> click on magnifing icon and change.

Can a busines customer order MacBook (or MBP) without iSight?

I've read in past threads and on other online forums about the concerns of business MacBook (or MBP) users needing to have a portable without the iSight web cam.
I guess with the original MacBook design it was possible to pay a 3rd party or perhaps even the Genius Bar to physically remove the iSight.
Now with the unibody design, I'm told this is virtually impossible.
Some have suggested -- well just disable it via software or put a piece of black tape over it.
Still for some of us who really need a laptop without a webcam, that isn't good enough.
I've read that Apple occasionally customizes MacBooks for government customers without the iSight..... I don't know this for a fact.
So what I really want to know is.....if I order through Business sales or some other channel -- can I order a MacBook without the iSight?

R12 - Approach to Insert into custom table after payment is done

Hi,
I have a requirement to insert into a custom table after invoice payment in R12. Code units are already in place to load data from ap tables to custom one.
I have identified 2 ways in which this can be done:
1. Call from the business event oracle.apps.ap.payment
2. Call after the program 'Send separate remittance advice' completes, again as a business event after the concurrent program completes i.e. to use 'Request Completed' business event.
My questions are as below:
1. Is there any other way in which I can write to a custom table after payment is done
2. How else can after report trigger be fired for SRA in R12 (without customizing the standard SRA java conc pgm)
3. When exactly business event 'oracle.apps.ap.payment' will be fired? Will it be fired for all payments irrespective of the way payment is done like thru PPR, payment workbench, etc?
Please share your thoughts on this.

Purchase order was created and the material was received on port (imports).
custom clearing agent has cleared the goods.
now custom clearing agent needs his charges.
the inv from vendor with reference to PO is not received.
any solution to settle the custom clearing agent payments.
till the inv. from vendor not received custom agent payment is is pending.
what should be done to resolve this issue.

Copy one of your freight condition types and create a new condition type as custom clearing charges, please ensure that condition category is Delivery charges (B). In calculation schema enter this condition type at the appropriate position. Now when creating the PO, enter this condition type put the value, then select this condition type and go to details, here you will have a field to enter the vendor code, there key in the vendor code of custom clearing agent.
Now in MIRO enter PO no. and choose layout for Planned delivery cost, you can now enter the value for your agent and pay him.
Note: Please use this to pay only for service charge for the agent, for payment of custom duty you should use the condition type for custom duty and key in the vendor code for the customs clearing office there so that its easy to differentiate between custom duty and the service charges charged by clearing agent.

I deleted iPhoto because it was installed under a different Apple ID, now I can't get it back without paying. HELP!!!

Hello. I started work at a new job and am continuously being asked for the previous employees Apple ID for various different reasons. I have sorted out most of the places where his ID was set as defualt, but have run into an issue I can't seem to figure out.
My Mac update notification popped up to lket me know I had some updates ready for downloading. When I clicked it brings me to the App store update screen. From here I selected the updates (iPhoto and iMovie). The only problem is that as soon as I select these and hit update, it brings up a window which instructs me to put in the password for this prior employees ID. Obviously I don't have this and can't get it. The problem here is that the ID name is grayed out and doesn't let you change it to my own. I did some reading in these support community walls and found that the reason for the name being grayed out is because the app that I am trying to update was orginally downloaded by using that ID. It instructed to delete the app from the computer and reinstall...
Here's where I am now and my current problem. I can't reinstall iPhoto or IMovie without paying for them through the App Store. How can I get these back without paying?

Is this your machine or the company's? Machines that came with Snow Leopard or earlier installed come with system and software install disks that can be used to reisntall the iApps that came with the machine orignally.
If this is your machine and it came with Snow Leopard or earlier installed the disk will look slimialr to one of these:
If it is the company's machine see if they have the disks.
Do a custom install and then use Software Update to update iPhoto to the highest version that is available.

Custom invoice clearing & payment posting

we are not recieving BAI2 file for lockbox from bank but we have an external software which will identify SAP customer invoices & corresponding payment.
Now how can we post this payment as we do nor have BAI2 file. I think that some custom program will be required for cash posting & clearing but I am not sure how to create it.

Usually you can reset or reset & reverse at a time.
But for some documents there will be forex gain/loss line items which will happen automatically when a open line document cleared with another document.
e.g. Line item 1 :- 500 Cr balance in a vendor account.
When you done the payment to this vendor through F-53, system also analyze the valuation differences if any and post.
so these are generated automatically
While reset this document you can't avoid reversing.
May this is the issue you are also facing.
