My goal is to use an iphone 5 (with cell connection not wifi) connected to a tv using airplay and apple tv (newest version), to search the web in real time using the mirroring feature.

You already seem to know what the issue is, it is the parallax feature that was added to iOS 7. From your rant, it appears that your attempt to work around this was not successful. According to the Apple documents I've seen, they recommend that you enlarge your image (not reduce it). Make your image have excess space on all sides, which is not displayed on the screen. This way, when you tilt your device one direction or another, it can shift the image to give the appearance of 3D.
As a photographer, I like to use the full frame of my images, but I also know that I need to leave room around the image as well. I have some photos I have taken that I can't use because I have them cropped too tightly too, but I have others that work just fine. Just remember that part of the image file is "off screen" so that if iOS has to shift the image up it has some image that can scroll onto the screen. It needs this space on all sdes, so just make youre images larger, and keep in mind that a portion on each side will be outside the normally visible screen... If you don't like this feature, you can always go into the settigns and turn it off. -
I have an hd movie on both my ipad and iPhone 5, using airplay on my apple tv with my iPhone 5 plays perfectly but gets stuck with my ipad 2, almost like its buffering? I just want it to play smoothly like with my iPhone. Any suggestion?
About 6 months ago I discovered iTunes was set by default to 720p. These MUST BE CHANGED TO 1080P!!!!!!!!.......So I installed FULL 1080P file on my laptop on iTunes... When I download movies on iPhone 5s/iPad mini the file is 720p So within about 60 seconds of starting download of 1080p files into my laptop of iTunes purchases. It was at that moment that I realized it was that file my laptop has on file to sync to my Apple device...Ten minutes later when the first 1080P HD file was downloaded I must say... The resolution is amazing... I now use this same process to install movie files from iTunes.. In FULL 1080P.. Not 720P... Works on my iPad mini also... Avatar is 5.4 GB if installed over Wi-Fi... However sync with laptop and file is 6.5 GB in size... Called Apple told them... No reply yet.... You must delete 720P files from your laptop... Look for file size in any movie purchase and you will see DOWNLOAD IN 1080P.. This will open preferences in iTunes for you to the correct tab so you can change setting to 1080p from default of 720p... DELETE any downloaded movies already downloaded into laptop... You can check file quality by right click on any movie folder and the look at movie info... Will say 720p HD... Delete to recycle bin and iCloud will appear on each movie... Now download 1080P HD file... When completed. Right click any file to verify it is 1080P HD... The sync with device...... And get ready to be upset with Apple for holding back your device for the last 2 years 3 months and 16 days......And be ready to catch your jaw from hitting the floor when you see your screen in full 1080P HD.... Apple Engineer's were asleep.....
You will notice better pic quality... Apple by default is still sending the 720P file to the new iPhone 6 plus over wifi and sync.. howve this process above will give you full HD file for your Apple device... -

You sign up for ATT service, activate your iPhone, and cancel your ATT account within 30 days.
The catch is, once you have activated your iPhone, then cancelled your account and removed your SIM, you can never update your OS software again -- i.e. if 3.1 comes out, then 4.0 etc you can NOT upgrade the software. It will relock your iPHone and wait for activation from ATT.
So if you are happy with your iPhone exactly as it is with the OS that you currently have, then you can use the workaround, and plan on never upgrading your iPHone's OS from this point on. -
I have an iphone 4S on ios 7.0.3 and am attempting to use airplay with an airplay enabled AV receiver (Pioneer VSX-53). I also recently upgraded my wireless router and the roouter is working fine with the five elements on the network. Prior to the upgrade to 7.0.3 and the router upgrade the airplay feature working fine and i was able to consistently use airplay to stream music th the AV receiver. After the upgrades the airplay icon no longer appears on my iphone or on my macbook running itunes. Any suggestion on how to trouble shoot the missing airplay icon is much appreciated.

You're running an old version of Safari. Before troubleshooting, try updating it to the latest version: 6.0. You can do this by clicking the Apple logo in the top left, then clicking Software update.
You can also update to the latest version of OS X, 10.8 Mountain Lion, from the Mac App Store for $19.99, which will automatically install Safari 6 as well, but this isn't essential, only reccomended.

Sadly, only music and videos saved in itunes can be streamed to the appletv. Hopefully this will change soon!

Of course. If your Mac is compatible with AirPlay Mirroring, you can watch your DVD in your TV with the Apple TV. Read > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5404 You just have to play the DVD on your MacBook and turn on AirPlay Mirroring.

I'm not saying it won't work at all, I'm saying if you decide to try, you'll have to work out any issues with them.
