Typically the default packet size is modified by 3G cellular network card software, ISP communication software, or Internet speed download optimization software. There are legitimate reasons to change the TCP/IP packet size and not use the Windows default settings (for example, network traffic optimization, home/broadband optimization, enterprise app optimization such as database apps, Exchange, and more). Deleting the "TcpWindowSize" or "GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize" entries in Windows Registry could affect the system's performance with other apps or on their network connections. Deleting the customized TCP/IP settings may require the reinstallation of any third-party applications that had modified the TCP/IP settings from the Windows default settings.
There are two ways to resolve this:
You can follow this article by Microsoft: How to reset Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) , or follow the steps below to manually find and remove TcpWindowSize and MaxGlobalTcpWindowSize entries from the Registry.
For Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7: Go to the C:\Windows folder and launch regedit.
Go to Edit > Find.
Search for "TcpWindowSize" entries. There are typically multiple entries of TcpWindowSize/GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize spread throughout the entire Registry. If "TcpWindowSize" exists, one or more third-party applications have changed the user's default Windows settings for TCP/IP.
Go to File and select Export. This step will export a copy of the Registry that can be used as a backup of the original settings.
Delete the "TcpWindowSize" entry.
Search for the next "TcpWindowSize" entry and delete each one until the Registry no longer has any "TcpWindowSize" entries.
Close Regedit, restart the PC, and test.
If you are uncertain as to why these registry entries exist and the PC is a business computer, contact your network administrator and determine what values TCP/IP can be set in their Windows Registry setting so that the PC can update or restore an iOS device rather than deleting the "TcpWindowSize" entry.
If editing the registry does not resolve the issue, restoring on a different computer that did not install the communication software is the step most likely to resolve this issue.
I would first try restoring on another computer. -

This worked for an English version and the concept should work with all Adobe programs - new or old (hopefully in any language). My guess is that you have/had an older version of Acrobat/Reader on your computer hard drive that needs to be *completely* removed first. Uninstall the new (and any old) Acrobat; then try using the "kb2..." guideline link below before reinstalling the new Acrobat. I am including the lengthy instructions in order to help others with more extensive installation problems. Good luck!
I live on a fixed income and use CS for a hobby. I had problem installing Adobe Creative Suite (CS1) to Windows 7 64-bit Pro on my new computer. Also installed Adobe Photoshop LR3. What I learned: All Adobe products (Flash, Acrobat/Reader, Photoshop, Creative Suites, etc.) leave a VERY pervasive footprint on your hard drive. Logic finally worked for me.... think of building a house; there is an order you have to do things in. First, you have to clean the area before laying the foundation; then you have to build the framework before you put the roof on. You cannot install an older program over ANY newer program; and you will sometimes have a problem installing a newer program containing Flash, Reader, etc. unless you "erase" the older versions of Flash, Reader beforehand. If installing older programs, do a Custom/Manual install; do not install older versions of Flash, Reader, etc. packaged with your Adobe software.
SOLUTION (not easy, but it works):

Before doing anything, make document and any database/presets/cache back-ups beforehand (keep notes on their designated location*); manually create a System Restore point. (Be prepared to reinstall Windows if necessary - I didn't have to.)
Completely and meticulously eradicate (clean) your hard drive of ALL Adobe programs [uninstall, remove remaining folders, and remove only the registry entries that have the Adobe name attached (unless you are an expert and fully understand the other entries)]. Do a Custom/Manual reinstall of all your Adobe products *in order of release dates* (OLDEST first).... do not include Reader, Flash, etc. If your CD will not automatically run at this point, click "Open folder to view files" (use Computer/Windows Explorer, if necessary). Click "Adobe Creative Suite (or your desired program) ==> Setup.exe" (IMPORTANT: Make sure that Reader, Flash, etc. are unchecked.)
After each of your desired Adobe programs are installed, test to insure they boot up. Then download the latest Reader, Flash, etc. apps and install them (I did this in order of release date - oldest first). Do test boot(s) again.
Copy/Paste your document and any database/presets/cache back-ups into the appropriate folders (*this will vary depending on your programs and your filing system).
It has been four weeks and all my Adobe programs work flawlessly - system is stable, no problems! -

I think in your situation it would be worth trying the things listed under the event. It does have to do with FRS and it's easy to do. I've used it to fix journal errors after a server unexpectedly restarts and sysvol stops replicating. I
could see where it could fix your issue, and if it doesn't, you're out 5 minutes. :)

Can any one help? "Windows cannot repair this computer automatically."
I have a laptop satellite L455-S5000.
And when I try and trun on my computer a black screen comes on that says "windows is loading files..."
and after it loads a window pops up saying "startup repair is checking your computer for problems..."
and after that gets done it says "Windows cannot repair this computer automatically" so I click "Send information about this problem (recommended)" and then I click "finish" then it shuts down. when I try turning it back on it does the same thing over. Please can any one help me fix it? Im really clueless about computers and I have know Idea what is wrong with it, or how to even go about fixing it. thanks._Ashley_
Turn the laptop off, hold down F8, turn the laptop on and let go of F8 when you see the Advanced Boot Options.
In here, choose Repair Your Computer then press enter, follow the prompts, choose System Restore and restore your laptop to a point before the problems started.
If the laptop cant get you there, a system recovery starts the laptop from it's factory state but you loose your programs and files doing that. Holding the "0" beside "9" while you turn the laptop on boots the laptop from its recovery partition if you accept data loss. -

I am Anil, I am doing an application in java. it needs a browser as IE or Morzilla . i tried to implement the browser using jdic.
i add jdic.jar files as a external jar file and added it to my project. when i run the program in eclipse it works fine. when i want to create a jar file to my application it shows the follwing error..
when i click on that jar file , it shows a Java Virtual Machine Launcher dialog box and in that dialog box it shows error Could not Find the main class. Program will exit ..
this is the error.

On the iPad tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Then restart the iPad. Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button down until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPhone. To turn iPhone back on, press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

jpmarkques post is a good start point, after folling his directions, you can try detect displays. Also try different rsolution and refresh rates.
Most of the projectors I have used support a 1024X768 res.
Youcan also try a pram reset if it still does not detect.
Leave theproctor connected and powered up, power down the MBP.
Power back up the MBP and hold the following keys before you hear the start up chime:
Option, command, P,R (no commas) continue to hold these keys till you hear the start up chime 2 times.
