Can anybody tell me the probme?

In fnd_log_messages i get error as follows:

i know this is occur by

can anybody tell me that segment7 is wrong setup or what 's wrong?

tell us what is navigaiton, what you are looking to find.
Where you are using segment7, which DFF you are using?
