BEfore you try to Restore it, try a simple Reset.
Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears (ignore the Slide to Power Off option that shows up first). -

Rotation Lock
Rotation Lock prevents the iPad display from switching between portrait and landscape mode. While Screen Rotation Lock is enabled, the following occurs:
The display remains in landscape or portrait mode, regardless of how iPad is held.
The Rotation Lock icon appears in the status bar.
A padlock appears in the rotation lock button (viewable when you flick to the left on the recently used apps list, after double-clicking the Home button).

I have 2 Airport Base stations that I am trying to use to extend my WiFi but I cant get them to work. I downloade Airport Utility to windows 7 and it doesnt recognize any devices. I have them plugged in and they have a solid yellow light. Does anyone know what I need to do to get them to work. Your help would be appreciated.

I would recommend that you start by performing a "factory default" reset on all of your AirPort base stations. Once completed power them all down. While powered-down, temporarily connect both Express base stations to an open LAN port on the Extreme using separate Ethernet cables.
Once connected, power up the Extreme; wait five minutes, and then, power up each of the Express base stations. Which you power-up first doesn't matter.
Now start up the AirPort Utility on the PC. It should now "see" all three base stations. If so, go ahead and configure your extended network.

An overview of the new features in webcenter 11.1.1.4
JDeveloper has just been released along with the new extensions for Webcenter. This new release is a major improvement for webcenter. We don't longer have a simple webcenter application. Instead we have a ready to use out of the box portal when you create a webcenter application.
This release also introduces some new features like navigation models.

Be careful, Adobe does not provide patches or updates for its bugs. Adobe did not care to fix all the bugs in CS3 or all the bugs in CS4. The last update was released over 4 years ago and I do not think Adobe will care to fix any bugs in CS5.
I will recommend to you to do your own search away from Adobe, and if you still want to buy CS5 with all its bugs that Adobe wont care to fix, at least you will do it informed and knowing what to expect.

I have an iPhone 4 not quite 2 years old. 2 nights ago my iPhone was on its charger and it kept vibrating as if it was being disconnected and re-connected from the charger. When I looked at it had an "error" message but now I don't know what that was as it was 3am and I was half asleep. I just diconnected the charger and the battery read fully charged.
The my volume wouldn't go up or down. The box with "ringer" in it came up but no bars at the bottom to show the volume is increasing or decreasing. It would not play music out of the speakers either even though the screen showed it was playing and it would not work in our dock/speaker unless I used bluetooth and even then, if we touched the volume button on the dock it would switch off.
I tried a "hard" reset 3 times and tried switching it off and on 3 times with no success.
I tried 3 different chargers including a car charger, plus the speaker dock with no success.
It is now out of battery and I cannot charge it.
The iPhone also would not back anything up prior to the battery going flat.
I just need to know if it is fixable or do I need to start looking for a new phone?Welcome to the Apple Support Communities

What is your computer OS ?
Assuming you have a PC, go to Control Panel, Device Manager, see if there are any yellow exclamation marks.
If there are click the + to expand, right click the driver and choose update.

But I do think you may have some conflict on your computer.

Keep in mind that your Library folder is hidden by default in Mountain Lion.
To find it, hold down the option key and choose the Go menu in the Finder.

I would recommend a few things here. If you havent already restart both your computer, and the iPad.

Restarting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesnt work then close all the apps that are running on the iPad with this process:
From the Home screen, click the Home button twice.
Tap and hold on the app.
When it starts to jiggle, tap the to close it.
Double-click the Home button and try opening the app again.
