i need help with my phone the back is craked my screen wont respond and it doesnt connect to internet any more (wifi greyed out) i was wondering will apple fix it.???????

they might be able to depending how bad the damage is, take it to them and let them look at it and they will be able to tell you what they can do

Plug it into a wall outlet and leave it plugged in for approximately 20 minutes.
Then try a reset by pressing and holding the home and power buttons for 15-20 seconds.
Does the device power on at this point? If not, the battery or logic board is gone.
Take it to Apple for evaluation.
It may be worth replacing the battery, but I personally wouldn't spend the $149US for an Out of Warranty replacement on a 3+yr old device.

when i lock my Iphone 4 it doesn't want to wake back up. the home button and lock button are both fine and i have tried doing a restore on the phone. It was fine for about a day before it started doing it again. I have to either hold down the lock button until it comes back on or wait until it turns itself back on. Any idea of what to do anyone?

I understand you did a restore with the iPhone and it worked fine for a day but the issue of not waking from sleep returned.
You may want to try a restore as new and test for a while before you restore your previous backup to see if something is stopping it.

My ipod touch keeps freezing and doesnt want to turn on anymore.

i have a 32gb 4th generation ipod touch, it stopped working properly like 2 weeks ago. It stopped functioning right when the home button didnt go as smooth. I had to press it really hard to go from one app to the home screen. if i pressed it twice to change music, it would turn negative color. i turned that off but the button kept acting the same. it is fustrating. ive tried turning it off then back on but it doesnt change and today while in an app it froze completely. i held the power and home button to reset it, although it was hard, it turned off. while trying to turn it back on, it froze on the black screen with the apple in the middle. is there anyway i can fix it or what can i do?
i need help its very fustrating and it keeps turning on and off by itself on the black screen with the apple for over 10 minutes.
ive only had it for 5 months. please help!

This also happened to me when I did the jailbreak and restored, he caught the apple in the middle of the screen and spent four monthswithout knowing what to do, I called support and found it was onlyTIGHTEN THE BUTTON UP, HOLD AND PRESS THE BUTTONAND HOME HOLD BOTH, then the image will appear to connectthe pc, when you will connect to iTunes and a message that youriPod disendo is in recovery mode, then just restore it and hope itreturns to normal. probably not because it is cracked, mine started separating at the top for no reason, not one crack or scratch anywhere just separting and opening up, I mailed it in to apple and they sent it back saying because we opened it up that voided the warranty. Apple can fix it without your receipt or box. They pull the serial number from the device and determine warranty status from that. Hopefully ApplCare was registered to the product before you lost the receipt though. If not, you can go back to the point of purchase and obtain your AppleCare receipt and Apple can help attach it to the iPhone.

(The Apple Genius Bar We're Awesome Policy). If not it will be an out of warranty charge of £80 to £150 depending on the size of memory.
